Perenaine on super, vastab Whatsappi teel praktiliselt kohe ning aitab ka nendes küsimustes mis pole otseselt majutusega seotud. Santa Maria kirik asub kõrvaltänavas, Kolosseum, Trevi ja muud vaatamisväärsused paraja jalutuskäigu kaugusel. Kui läheksin järgmine kord siis valiksin sama koha. Suur tänu, Monica :)

The room was clean, tidy, and comfortable, and the location was ideal for exploring the city. We would especially like to highlight that we were able to leave our luggage at the property upon arrival, which was a great help, and we could also leave it there for a longer time on the day of departure. This is extremely practical and a rare level of flexibility. The host was very kind, attentive, and helpful, responding quickly to everything and supporting us throughout our stay. We can only recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable and comfortable place to stay in Rome.

• Sandro (10/5): Muito boa. - Quarto de bom tamanho! Amemities nos banheiros e tudo limpinho. Localização. A porta do prédio na entrada estava com defeito. Não é problema sério, apenas diminue a sensação de segurança. As outras estavam ok. Sobre a proposta de limpeza, só fazem na troca de reserva.

• LUIS JAVIER (8/5): Buen lugar relación ubicación calidad precio - Buena ubicación, habitación amplia y limpia. Muchas facilidades por parte de la anfitriona en cuanto a acceso y mucha información sobre la ciudad. La ventana da a una calle bastante transitada y hay ruido por la noche. La cocina compartida hace que no sea un apartamento independiente y no es un hotel donde te hagan la habitación a diario.

Rooms are independent but close to the other rooms they have, if people in those rooms are not quiet, you are able to hear them. This is not a problem of the property but the guests, you never know what you are going to get so just have that in mind. Otherwise is perfect for a quick stay

• Sara (8/5): Fiel a fotos y comentarios - Buena ubicación, fotos acordes con las instalaciones y buen trato via whatssapp con Monica, la dueña. No hay trato con ninguna persona fisica que te reciba o puedas hacerle preguntas. Las sábanas tenían algunas manchas, parecía que las habían lavado pero no bien del todo. Había otras en el alojamiento y las cambiamos nosotros mismos. Si hay dos duchas del alojamiento funcionando al mismo tiempo se complica lo de ducharse, la presión de agua varía mucho.
• Jadwiga Maria (9/5): A comfortable apartment - Very good location within walking distance of Rome Termini. Lots of restaurants and cafes nearby and the whole area was less frenetic than the centre so after a day of dodging tourist groups in the centre near the sights, a pleasant place to spend a quieter evening. The accommodation was peaceful and very little noise within the building itself. The kitchen had an eating area and communal fridge and lots of utensils. A kettle would be useful, though I used the microwave.

Trevlig och tillmötesgående host med tips på saker att göra för den som inte orkar lägga ner tiden på egen research. Ingen smart tv. Huvudmunstycket på duschen fick vi inte igång för knappen i duschen satt fast. Lite kvavt i rummet så fick ha öppet fönstret och det var en del trafik utanför.

• PInatia (9/5): Pleasant stay at a convenient place - The location is great - close to Termini and various bus stops; very close to Santa Maria Maggiore; also, walkable distance from various other attractions. The accommodation is on the first floor (there is an elevator, but it's not really necessary). It's actually a flat converted into a three separate rooms with private bathrooms + a shared corridor and kitchen (which is mostly empty and quite convenient to use). And there are all the basic necessities in the kitchen (including tea, coffee, sugar, etc.). Everything is quite comfortably arranged and good enough both for short and longer stays. Generally it's a good value for money. There were a couple of small details, but nothing serious. There's some street noise, of course, but not disturbing at all.

• Melanie (7/5): It was a good stay - Place is near the train station and the place is very easy to find No privacy, we were out for our tour and when we came back to the hotel, to our surprised the owner left a note on top of our bed asking me to call/text. We found it very odd & lack of privacy for the owner to go inside our room (without our knowledge). We have stuff inside the room, she could have just left the note outside our door rather going inside our room just to leave a note. The owner was nice but I think when the place is rent out you have to give the privacy to the people renting it.

It has AC and a common kitchen space so you have some freedom to cook and store food. The host was also super nice giving tips about the city. Price is good considering it’s super close to termini station. It’s not the best area in terms of safety but it’s convenient for moving around The noise made by the AC

Instructions on how to get to the property were excellent and Monica was so helpful with regular contact via WhatsApp. It’s very minor but a kettle would be nice 😊

• CATHERINE (8/5): - L'établissement Grey & White est situé proche de la Gare Termini. Ce qui était confortable car nous arrivions en soirée, et pratique lors de notre départ car nous avions ensuite loué une voiture proche de la Gare afin de poursuivre notre séjour en Italie. Proche de l'établissement, nous pouvions prendre facilement les transports en commun, une supérette, et des restaurants sont proches également. Nous avons apprécié la disposition de l'établissement car nous aimons aussi la marche à pied et on peut se rendre facilement sur certains sites touristiques. La chambre spacieuse disposait d'un lit King size, d'un petit frigo et de la climatisation. L'établissement dispose d'un coin Breakfast où nous pouvions nous préparer un petit-déjeuner et quelques-fois dîner. Le frigo à disposition fut très appréciable aussi pour notre organisation. L'établissement est propre, calme.

• Robert (7/5): A lovely stay in a great spot - My partner and I enjoyed our stay here. The location is excellent, with everything within easy walking distance, and the bed was comfortable enough for a good night’s rest. Communication with the host was also fantastic and very quick and responsive, which made everything easy. I want to say before I make my own comments that I have just seen some of the very negative reviews and I think they are quite unfair. There were a couple of small things at first, such as the air conditioning being noisy and the shower needing some attention, but the host was very understanding and did what she could to take care of them promptly. As I understand, the host is looking to fix the air conditioner noise asap, but it was definitely adequate for cooling the room with the bathroom door closed. We really appreciated how quickly everything was addressed, and it made the stay feel very well looked after.

Abbiamo soggiornato nella camera Grey, pulita, silenziosa e climatizzata (anche se a volte il telecomando del condizionatore faceva un po’ i capricci). La connessione Wi-Fi era ottima. La proprietaria è stata molto gentile e disponibile, accogliendo le nostre richieste e suggerendoci cosa fare durante il soggiorno. Consigliato!

Відносно новенькі номери, зробили косметично гарну картинку, чиста постіль, рушники. Близько до всіх памʼяток Риму, поряд є багато закладів з гарною кухнею та обслуговуванням, де можна смачно поснідати і не тільки. До вокзалу Терміні 5 хвилин пішки. Номери всього три і сусідів зовсім не чути і не заважають. В номері холодильник, також є загальна кухня - не користувалися та наче є все необхідне. Фото номерів зроблені аж занадто професійно) Насправді непоганий косметичний ремонт та не чекайте вау як на фото. Основне і жахливе кондиціонер - цілий квест його спочатку включити. треба знайти щось гостре, щоб натиснути кнопку, якої вже немає. І по факту він охолоджує сам себе, а не кімнату. В 33 градусну спеку це мінус. Постіль нова та подушки треба замінити - явно старі і збиті. По чистоті номера питання - там прибирають чи просто міняють постіль і рушники. Рукомийник був абсолютно брудний і забитий і це огидно. Чи то від старості чи його просто взагалі не мили. Плитка та дзеркала також у «слідах попередніх сусідів». Мило для рук відсутнє. Міський податок за дитину не платили в жодному готелі, тут по повній.

• Tatiana (9/5): Overall, I would recommend these apartments and would stay here again. - I had a pleasant stay at these apartments. The location is excellent — very close to Termini train station, which made getting around the city and to/from the airport very convenient. There's also a good supermarket nearby, and just around the corner is the beautiful Basilica di Santa Maria Maggiore, well within walking distance. Check-in and check-out were easy to follow with clear instructions provided via WhatsApp. I really appreciated the shared kitchen and fridge — it was convenient to cool down drinks and have a light snack now and then. The room was generally clean and comfortable. However, the air conditioning could be improved — it struggled to keep the room cool during the hot days. Opening the window wasn’t the best option either, as it faces a busy main street and can get quite noisy. Still, considering the building is historic, the limitations in infrastructure are understandable.
• Ana-Maria (10/5): - The location was absolutely perfect — everything we wanted to see was within walking distance, which made exploring the city incredibly easy and enjoyable. We didn’t need to rely on public transport at all. The room itself was clean and very spacious, exactly as shown in the photos. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Even though there is an air conditioner in the room, we didn’t need to use it since the weather was pleasant and the evenings were cool enough to sleep comfortably without it. But temperatures are expected to rise now so it js nice feature to have in the room. Monica was an exceptional host — warm, friendly, and incredibly helpful from the very beginning. Before our arrival, she sent us a detailed list of recommendations for places to visit, eat, and explore, which was super useful and helped us make the most of our time in the city. During our stay, she was always available for any questions or help we needed, and she responded within just a few minutes every time, which made us feel very supported and taken care of. All in all, we would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

• Vangelis (9/5): - Ήταν ότι ακριβώς θέλαμε ακριβώς γιατί θα είμασταν την περισσότερη μέρα έξω, αλλά το δωμάτιο ήταν καθαρό το κρεβάτι άνετο και σε πολύ καλό σημείο για να μετακινηθεί κανείς άνετα με τα μέσα. Το μίνι ψυγείο του δωματίου δεν δούλευε και το καλά και ίσως ο κλιματισμός θα έπρεπε να είναι πιο δυνατός αφού είχε πολύ ζέστη.
