- Tom Fu (7/5): - 設施1樓有專為小孩設計的閱讀空間、溜滑梯、球池等等，旁邊有幾張咖啡桌，有提供咖啡機和簡單的零食，讓家長可以在旁邊看這孩子，可以打發點時間，蠻方便的。 設施有提供早餐，但早餐的品質只有粗飽，難得休假旅遊，一般會期待有更特別的更當地的特色早餐，或是主廚精心準備的餐點。目前提供的只是一般早餐店的漢堡、炒麵、燒餅等等，飲料則是鋁箔包的含糖茶品，過於簡單。

- Chia (8/5): Recommend for the family with kids and travelers head to the harbor and Hualien. - Very big kids playground that is a Great option for the family with kids, but some facility need renew. Clean and provides basic equipment, sadly has no tub. Provides famous and delicious local breakfast, big portion! Big parking lot and close to convenience store, harbor and Hualien. Although the Coral museum closed due to pandemic, the Coral treasures displayed on the corridor which is very beautiful and breathtaking that you will not see the similar treasures in other places. it is a 3 -start hotel for travelers, which is good enough for this rating!

- HSUAN YU (10/5): 內裝乾淨舒適附大型兒童遊樂場及免費停車場 - 外觀看起來雖然不是太豪華的那種，但內莊卻感覺像是整新過非常乾淨舒適，再來蘇澳首選一定還會是考慮住這家，非常推薦有小朋友跟開車來玩的遊客。
