• Julie (7/5): Séjour correct et chambre propre mais prix trop élevé pour la qualité de l’hébergement et des équipements. - La chambre d’hôte est bien située dans Levanto avec tous les commerces et restaurants à côté. La chambre de d’hôte est correcte mais bien trop cher par rapport à la qualité de l’hébergement, c’est dommage.

• Tanja (9/5): Gereist als Familie mit 1 Baby - Das Zimmer wsr sehr sauber und schön. Das Bad war sauber und alles hat super funktioniert (Dusche, WC). Die Terrasee wsr ein Traum. Das Frühstück fand in einem Cafe in der Nähe statt, es war aber mehr als dürftig. Würde ich nicht mehr dazubuchen. Am ersten Tag war dieses Cafe auch gleich geschlossen und wir wurden darüber nicht informiert. Auch standen beim Cafe direkt nicht mehr Informationen darüber und die Servicestelle hatte noch geschlossen. Wir sind dann einfach woanders hin frühstücken gegangen und haben das Geld zurückgefordert. Es hat funktioniert, allerdings ist so etwas immer mit etwas Ärger verbunden, den man im Urlaub nicht haben will.

It helped that the reception was willing to keep our luggage during the day of the check out so that we could sightsee without having to carry them around. On the day of the arrival we got to the address in booking to find out that the reception was located somewhere else - it would be better to have this information from the start. The wifi did not work. The mattresses were a bit thin.

• Väänänen (5/5): - Aamiainen oli kohtalainen. Sijainti hyvä. Hinta-laatu - suhde oli huono. Mielestäni kallis verrattuna huoneen viihtyvyyteen ja olemattomiin palveluihin. Aamiainen tarjottiin muualla. Huoneessa haisi todella voimakkaasti siivouskemikaalit. Aiheutti päänsärkyä ja ikkunat oli pidettävä auki, jotta haju hävisi.

• Frauke (8/5): Angenehmes sehr zentrales Zimmer. - Wir waren im Herbst eine Woche in der Unterkunft. Die Putzfrau hatte immer gute Laune und war sehr rücksichtsvoll. Es war alles sauber. Wir hatten einen kleinen Kühlschrank im Zimmer, was sehr praktisch war. Die Gemeinschaftsterasse ist gross und schön zum Sitzen. Leider waren keinen Sonnenschirme vorhanden. Die Lage ist super zentral, direkt neben dem Supermarkt und trotzdem ruhig gelegen. Alles in allem war es ein schönes Zimmer und wir haben und wohl gefühlt. Es war recht hellhörig. Vorallem wegen des Vorflures, von dem die Zimmer abgingen z..B die Kaffemaschine hat man gehört und wenn die Gäste im Flur ginen oder die Türen unsanft zumachten. Es gab wenig Möglichkeiten zum Aufhängen von Handtüchern. Die Handtücher hatten keine Schlaufe und vielen immer wieder vom Haken. Auch auf der Terasse wäre ein Wäscheständer für Badesachen nützlich. Die Kaffeepads und Teebeutel waren abgezählt, leider war kein Flaschenöffner vorhanden. Aber es ist ja auch keine Wohnumg sondern nur ein Zimmer.

Sul foglio di accettazione vengono date le indicazioni precise partendo dall'agenzia, ma sempre a causa del navigatore avevamo la macchina dall'altra parte del centro storico e abbiamo girato un poʻ per trovare l'accesso giusto.

• sharon Ohana (7/5): סביר - שימו לב שמדובר בחדרים/דירות שמפוזרות בעיר. זה לא מלון. הצ'ק אין נעשה במשרד ראשי וממנו הולכים לחדר. החדר הזה שהזמנתי לא היה זמין ונתנו לנו במקום דירת שני חדרים על הים, כך שאני לא יכול לחוות דעה עליה. זו שקיבלנו במקום כלל חדר עם מיטה זוגית, מטבח/סלון עם מיטת ספה וחדר מקלחת. בסהכ סביר. מצד שני, ונטה במקלחת ומקרר שהמנוע שלהם לא מפסיק להרעיש. מזגנים שהתקינו בחדר ונשאר חור בקיר ליד המזגן. אז לא ממש מפריע למי שלא סובל מרעשים. מצד שני עשרים מטר מהים ומהרחובות המרכזיים של לבנטו. כרבע שעה הליכה מהרכבת לכפרים. ארוחת בוקר במסעדה סמוכה, קפה, מיץ, קרואסון וזהו פחות או יותר. לא ברור בהזמנה שזה דירות ולא מלון. החדר די מוזנח.

• Reb.92 (8/5): Si può migliorare - Posizione centralissima con supermercato sotto l’appartamento. Frigorifero in camera molto comodo, stanza e bagno spaziosi. Lo shampoo/bagnoschiuma forniti non erano sufficienti, si trattava di bustine piccolissime sufficienti appena a lavare i capelli. Per fortuna avevamo portato il bagnoschiuma da casa. Per il check in le istruzioni su Booking non erano chiarissime, per fortuna siamo stati chiamati direttamente prima dall’agenzia che ci ha spiegato tutto (le ragazze molto gentili!). Non è presente un ascensore, scale da fare a piedi e con il caldo. Inoltre in caso di richieste come asciugamani da cambiare, carta igienica, sapone ecc. non sapevamo a chi rivolgerci perché a parte l’agenzia non abbiamo avuto contatti con nessun altro.

• Claudia (10/5): Perfect stay for a vacation in Levanto - Clean room , friendly staff we arrived early and because our room was ready we were allowed to check in sooner which was heaven . The location is also very close to the beach , close to the pedestrian streets and also you have a supermarket downstairs in case you need something . It was not too noisy so we could also rest . I really liked the staff and how friendly they were with us . The parking I found it a little bit expensive 20 euro a day but if you take into account that we had our car in a closed garage and without the stress of having to wait for a free parking and walk with the luggage’s a great distance then it was necessary . Not really a dislike rather more of an option.

• MARGHERITA (8/5): - Stabile esternamente non invitante, b & b ben ristrutturato nell'ingresso e camera molto carina, terrazzino un pò raffazzonato con struttura in metallo di sostegno a ??? tenda ??? e sedie spaiate di cui una arrugginita, frigorifero interno camera rumoroso, condizionatore poco funzionante forse da revisionare...comodo e funzionale il posto auto. Peccato che la macchina del caffè sia posizionata nell'ingresso, sarebbe stata più utile all'interno delle singole stanze per non dover disturbare gli altri occupanti.

Peccato per la testata del letto che aveva la pelle che si sgretolava e quindi non potevi appoggiarti neanche con il cuscino senza ritrovarti con una forfora di pelle nero capelli. Invito caldamente alla struttura di togliere quella testata del letto. La testata del letto con la pelle che si sgretolava.

Le impiegate della reception invece erano molto gentili. Cialde del caffè contate e una macchinetta del caffè che buttava acqua e non caffè. L'ultimo giorno non ci sono stati neppure forniti gli shampoo. La terrazza era molto comoda, arredata male, peccato perché poteva essere molto carina

• Maria (4/5): Disappointing due to AC and no emergency contact. - Large rooms and bathrooms. Centrally located. The air conditioner in the rooms did not cool. The hallway was colder than the rooms. Room 3 was the worst with the bad AC. I requested for the staff to check and they said it was fine. We sweated all night due to the warm room. Also, there was no one to contact after hours in the event of any issues or problem. I realize I rented a private property but there should at least be an emergency contact in the event of a problem.

• Alessandro (9/5): Ottima posizione, sistemazione adeguata e servizio molto buono. - Parcheggio pagato a parte in agenzia ma meglio averlo preso, nel prezzo è incluso anche il pedaggio per la ztl. Adiacente alla sistemazione quindi comodissimo. Nonostante il primo giorno si fossero verificati problemi con l'elettricità e l'aria condizionata, sono stati sistemati e, per questo motivo, ci hanno riservato uno sconto sul soggiorno.

• Kate (10/5): - Posizione ottima, staff molto disponibile. C’è stata una problematica legata al condizionatore una notte e ci hanno resa disponibile altra stanza (non è stato poi necessario) e in più ci hanno omaggiato una notte. Davvero molto apprezzata la disponibilità e la cortesia. Niente.
• Gandino (7/5): Pour deux nuits ça passe mais pas plus, difficulté pour stationner, pas de petit déjeuner - La chambre est relativement grande et conforme à la description faite dans booking. La salle de bain est grande et bien agencée. La climatisation fonctionne bien et n'est pas bruyante. L'emplacement pour se déplacer à pieds est pratique. Dans la description faite dans booking il est précisé Parking. Or il n'y a aucun moyen de stationner sauf à payer 24 €/jour. Les cartes de crédit ne sont pas acceptées et 24 € en monnaie c'est pratiquement impossible. Si vous avez une grosse voiture impossible d'aller jusqu'à la chambre, les rues sont si étroites. De plus il n'est pas clairement précisé qu'il n'y a pas la possibilité de préparer un petit déjeuner. J'avais lu 9 € le petit déjeuner. Je n'ai pas compris de quelle façon cela était possible et surtout où. Enfin la nuit débranchez le frigo si vous voulez dormir car il est extrêmement bruyant. les femmes de ménage qui passent dans la matinée coupe la climatisation et ne font rien d'autre, pas de ménage, j'ai retrouvé les mugs dans la salle de bain. Ni rangés ni nettoyés.

• Rebecca (10/5): Adorable local stay in Levanto, served as the perfect base for Cinque Terre adventure. - Very kind staff that went out of the way for us on more than one occasion (and we only stayed for one night), the first room we have experienced on our Euro trip that came equipped with a fridge, large and nice sized bathroom, room seemed new and was well-furnished. Wonderful location—we even came back from Cinque Terre early to spend more time in Levanto. Beds and sheets could have been a bit more comfortable but they were fine and that is honestly my only “complaint”
