• Vukile (8/5): Real value for.money in that area - Everything spot on except the Breakfast service. The service was not properly coordinated and time consuming. Slowness on serving breakfast....more than 30 minutes waiting is too long.

The rooms are clean and well-equipped with all the essential amenities you need for a comfortable stay. Nothing to complain about
• Shin (10/5): 공항이용 예정자에게는 최적의 휴식처 - 공항에서 가깝고, 무엇보다 가성비가 최대의 장점이고 체크인 시간도 탄력적으로 적용해서 밤늦은 시간 체크인도 가능했음 가성비가 좋은 만큼, 상대적으로 시설의 세세한 부분에 대해 관리가 다소 소흘한 점이 보였는데, 예를 들어 샤워 부스의 유리문이 제대로 안닫겨 물이 화장실로 센다거나, 샤워 헤드가 오래되서 연결부에서 물이 옆으로 세는 점 등이 아쉬웠다.

• Babalwa Chubeka (7/5): We enjoyed our stay, rooms were clean, and friendly staff. - When we arrived the rooms were very clean, clean bedding and the location easily accessible. The staff was also friendly. I left the key on day 2 and asked for our room too be clean however when we came back in the evening the room was not cleaned. Other guests were making noise midnight but we called the reception and this was sorted.
• Anna (2/5): No hot water and bed sheets were not very clean. It's not worth the price. - The location with respect to the airport, even if the whole area is dodgy. The bed sheets were not very clean. There was no hot water. I had to take a cold shower.

Get and extender for the wifi so that the signal is strong even in all the rooms. Your rooms are clean and neat.parking secured.your beds are so comfortable 👌 Was given a queen deluxe which had nomicrowave and fridge instead of a King Deluxe Room I had booked for.I only got to move to the right Room on the last night.

My room in particular Q02, was not what i hoped for, no bar fridge in the room, no aircon, no milk sachets, insufficient sugar sachets i had to to drink black coffee, no microwave and yet the one in the kitchen is far, no spoon, no glass, plastic cups provided with a cheap tiny plastic teaspoon, 1 channel on the tv which is sabc3,,,

• Immy (10/5): - My partner loved the pool and that the place is clean. The cleaning stuff was very friendly. It was not complicated to get the room keys. There was a lady at the reception when we got there that was busy on the phone talking about personal matters and didn't even acknowledge that we were there. Another lady had to come help us get the keys and show us our room.

• Anita (8/5): Value for money - It was a last minute booking after missing my flight. I liked that I could still get a booking from a place not far from the airport for a reasonable price. They do not have a tea and coffee station
