• 41f2e814b50571abe24a9de47d5bd1bc (7/5): - The Girl at the reception, I forgot her name, oh my word she was so welcoming. She made sure that I had my room on time, and she made me feel at home. Her service is amazing. But in the room there was no shower gel, soap etc on that one I was not happy.

When travelling for work it also includes laptops etc for office use. So space for luggage and office luggage for 2 people sharing was impossible Staying over as tourists would also be a space problem.

From the moment we arrived, Itumeleng gave us a warm and friendly welcome and even assisted with our bags, which we really appreciated. The rooms were cleaned daily with fresh towels provided, and everything was always neat. Overall, the customer service was excellent, and we felt well taken care of throughout our stay. There were no plates or cutlery in the rooms. You have to pay to use the iron and ironing board.

• Hellen (2/5): Terrible - Affordable but now I know why The room I was booked in was upstairs, no lifts, had to climb a fleet of stairs carrying bags and suitcases, no security at the gate nor Buttler, given a key, with a big wood, no tags, door looked broken I felt unsafe. Inside the room there is no information on WiFi, contact of where to call e.g reception, hotel etc. I had to use my phone to dial the main line through reception to ask for WiFi. No water in the kettle had to fetch from the toilet sink to make tea as it was cold, no coffee. The water was whitish like milk, very dirty towels looked brown yet they were supposed to be white couldn't use them. Ordinary TV with just local channels is not smart, and very foggy. Power went out and WiFi cut off, again without reception. Had to call the hotel from my mobile to report I had no power. Terrible place , cheap quality 2**. Best to pay but enjoy.

• Ellen (8/5): Fair - I liked that they cleaned the room at the time I made them aware that they can come clean. I didn't have to wake up early. They received my food from Uber eats and brought it to my room. 1. From the 3rd night there was a problem with electricity and there were no emergency lights 2. The fourth night electricity problem was still there, and I was not notified what was actually going on, I had to use my phone torch from the 3rd until the 5th night. 3. The TV was blurry from 1st night till 5th night 4. I paid for my breakfast for 2 but actually I was not sure whether I already paid with booking.com. please let me know if I already paid with you for my breakfast. I did make them aware and they promised to pay me back if I already paid with booking.com 5. The quality of the towel on the 5th day was truly not that kind of accommodation. I had to use my own towel. Not even a cat or dog can be g8ven such towels to use.
