Welonika (1/5): never stayed there - we do not like it at all it smells bad, badly-ventilated, there’s no way we can breathe and sleep well at night, this property should not be on the market. It’s the worst accommodation I’ve ever booked. We left 1/2 hour after we found it although we spent almost 1 hour looking for it on google map. The stairs are too narrow to carry our luggages upstairs to bedroom and first floor has no space at all for even cabin-size luggages, beside the dining table is the stairs, and the tv is next to entrance door that has stairs, no space to open luggages, we understand it is small but the stairs are only about 70cm width, how to drag luggage upstairs? we requested for refund because we did not stay at all but was declined, not even partly refunded. I am sorry to say this nobody should rent this place at all. I am sorry if the owner is a Japanese, I am just being honest. this property is not suitable to anyone, not children, not elderly, not young people, and it smells really bad, like old damp carpets.
Akshay (1/5): BEWARE DO NOT BOOK - property owner is a FRAUD and CHEATER.. dishonest who ate our money unfairly - Nothing .. they are liars and cheaters! Dishonest people - DO NOT BOOK. We have travelled to multiple countries and stayed at multiple hotels, including this trip in Japan, but this is the first time we have encountered such dishonest and lying people. The property is not liveable. DO NOT trust the pictures or the advertisement.. STAY AWAY… . And BEWARE. We were travelling with our senior parents and this property had several issues. First of all no one responds to phone calls or emails - it is on the middle of nowhere and very hard to locate. There are no bathrooms near the bedrooms and no detergent for laundry. Ultra dirty, nothing is clean or in working condition including the water filter machine, the TV etc… .. they also charge you cash for tax that was never previously specified. We had to leave after a night and look for an accommodation elsewhere and the property owners did not have the decency to even partially refund our stay for days we did not even stay ( we had 4 more nights) and this place was so bad that we were forced to look for another place and pay double for last minute booking. Nothing is provided in this ‘hotel’ in fact it is not even a hotel or a guest house .. all appliances are in red alert mode and nothing is working in this apartment. No trash cans, no space at all to even move. You are better off staying at Hotel Briller where we moved to …PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF hassle and do not book. The owner didn’t even have the decency to offer half the money back for the days we didn’t stay (we moved out next morning at 6:30am ) we’re booked for 4 nights, they misplaced our bags , we had to sit without a room and bags for several hours as no one would respond to phone calls or requests - extremely rude, they should just shut this place down.
Jiang (9/5): If you are not visiting Japan for the first time,if you want to go deep into Kyoto， if you can buy and cook your own foo - The kitchen is good! can't watch programs on TV….
