• Chloe (6/5): Cheap and ok for a night - Fantastic location, cheap price, warm bath and washing machine (but no dryer). The Google map is wrong so we had great trouble finding it. Unaccommodating host refused to let us drop bags before the 4pm check in time which cost us time, money, stress and hassle using coin lockers at the station. Cramped living area, poor internet and overwhelming rule posters plastered on every surface was uninviting.
• Dominik (1/5): I do not recommend staying at all - Location is great, the place itself is great, and I was looking forward to staying at it, unfortunately that wasn't the case. The beds were uncomfortable, the springs go right into your back, the pillows were rock hard, and you could not get a good nights sleep. The property has not been cleaned in a while, there is a huge build up of dust everywhere, even behind the beds and there was trash behind them too so if you have allergies, or any breathing problems please don't go. The fridge was stained and had a piece of hair in it. The microwave is stained, had food scraps on the door, and has a wire hanging out of it so we did not use it.The utensils and cutlery are stained. The oven had dust all over it so we didn't use it out of fear of dust falling on our food. There is bug droppings in the kitchen sink cupboard. There was someone's undies left over. If you ever need to use the fire extinguishers good luck, they are not easy to access. When we addressed this issue with the owner, and asked for a partial as believe we were owed as the property was definitely not suitable for us to come into. The owner said they would clean it up, and all they did was wipe the fridge up a bit, and the door of the microwave. They didn't even clean the inside of the microwave. The dust and the bug droppings were not cleaned up. The owner still refused a partial refund, and only towards the last couple of days of our stay offered to send a professional cleaner to clean the place. We refused as we were disappointed by the first clean job and all this should've been done before we entered the apartment, I mean he was there straigjt away to collect our tax but not to sort our grievances All a shame because we were hoping to have a good stay there.
• Sado (4/5): 4人では狭すぎた - ベットは広かった。2階のエアコン温度調整は機能していた 1階について、部屋が狭い。ソファーがシミがあり汚い。収納扉が壊れていた。エアコンの設定を30度にしてもぜんぜんに温まらない。ポットの電源コードが短い。フライパンが汚い（使用感がすごくある）Wi-Fiが入口すぐのところに床着してあり踏んでしまいそうで怖かった。1階にもテレビを設置してほしい。 2階について、入口すぐにベットあるので通路が狭い。
• NURUL AMIRAH (9/5): - location is excellent—only a 5–6 minute walk from Kyoto Station. It is very convenient for traveling around the city. There is also a 7-Eleven on the way to the house, which made it easy to buy food and daily necessities. Overall, a very convenient place to stay. The house has stairs, so extra care is needed if you are traveling with small children or elderly guests. However, overall the stay was good.
• Christian (10/5): Inmejorable calidad y ubicación a ese precio - Ubicación muy buena. Instalaciones totalmente equipadas y muy cómodas. No le faltó detalle. Ninguna queja
• Natalia (9/5): It's close to the station, and there's a bike rental nearby - we had a wonderful ride around the sights. - Spacious for 4 persons. Restroom and shower are separate. One can go to a shower and second person can clean tooth or dry hair, make makeup. -

• Thanh (7/5): The street to the place was dark. It was also difficult to find a restaurant to eat for family with kids nearby. -
• Chi-ying (3/5): It was not a satisfied experience even though we had tried hard to make ourselves enjoy it. We hope the stuffs can reall - Near Kyoto rear station with about 5-7mins walk 1. There was water left in water heater. It was probably left by the pervious guest and the stuff didn't even notice and clean it. 2. The shampoo was over-diluted. We can hardly wash our hair until we bought a bottle of shampoo ourselves. 3. There were full of dirt on the floor, stairs and in bed room. Those allergens made us kept sneezing and running nose especially when sleeping. 4. Wi-Fi power station was poor. In most time of our stay we couldn't connect to Wi-Fi. 5. We had complained those conditions we encountered to the stuff, but they just said they will improved their stuff instruction and did nothing. We are exhaustively disappointed.
