• Zoe (5/5): Very average, for the money charged there are far better hotels in that price bracket,definitely wouldnt return. - Close to the Dragon bridge, staff were ok. Rooms are tired. Pool closed due to maintenance, no shower curtain in the bathroom, had to pay by cash, wouldn’t except visa.

Staff was unfriendly, we booked a stay for one night for 6 people and the lady at the front desk started arguing with us and said we booked two rooms for 2 people when we booked it clearly said triple bed for each room and they tried to charge us extra. We showed them our booking and they finally gave us our room after trying to charge us extra and be dishonest. We went in our room air conditoner was not cold, hotel is old, room filled with mosquitos, room STANK. Fridge had water bottles that were half dranken(did not clean fridge out). The room smelled like poop and the bathroom was disgusting. Random disgusting brown stains on the floor, pretty sure the room stank and smelled like poop because a leaking pipe. We had to put a wet towel over it to cover the smell. We were going down to ask for a room switch when the door wouldnt close/lock. Door is unsafe and doesnt close and stays open.

The staff were all sour, didn't get the room we booked and paid for, we had to complain to give us the room we booked them when they changed our room it was filthy they hadn't cleaned it so back down to reception for them to get cleaning staff to clean. The receptionist was sour and grumpy as with the bell boy didn't help with luggage just stood there and watched us. Breakfast was Halal and nothing was fresh do we are out
• Stefan (7/5): Good - Amazing view through large windows in 9th floor from where you can even see the dragon bridge which is just a 15 min walk away. the beach is 20 mins away. Lots of restaurants, bars, and clubs on the street. Breakfast was okay. Room was very spacious. It is really loud at night on the street, even though we had our room on the 9th floor and the windows were shut. There was some mould on the ceiling and the windows were very dirty. But what annoyed us most was the unfriendly and unhelpful staff. We asked for ice because of an acute injury and were fobbed off with a disinterested "we don't have any ice". No further help was offered (e.g. where we could get some or where the nearest pharmacy was). When I went back to reception at 9pm to ask for a second pillow, the security guy was asleep in the lobby and nobody else was there. It was only when I woke him up that he took pity on me after another 5 minutes and looked for someone who could help me.

Reception staff were very cheerful and helpful We were on level 16, in a 2 bedroom apartment. The room seems not in use very often, dusty and dirty. The bathroom was not clean, yellow mouldy edges in the shower, and the shower head came off. The water didn't run well. No chance of good showers.

Decent bathroom It was not disclosed that the hotel only took cash and no cards. Plus they added extra tax onto the price stated when booked. This was also not stated when I booked. The swimming pool was very dirty and therefore unusable and with no real room to sit. To get to it you had to walk through a floor of apartments and rooms, most of them abandoned or used as presumably staff sleeping quarters. Then climb some rickety stairs. It gave a very seedy feel to what should have been a good pool facility.

The only hotel i have ever had orange juice that was hot. The toaster didnt work. I put my bread through the toaster 5 times and all it did was dry it out. The bain maries were always cold. The breakfasts did not cater for Westerers. The breakfast room closed at 9am.

I can see a lot of hairs on the floor. Place is kind of rundown condition. Breakfast was below an average, toaster did not work and provided just a few pieces of bread and dishes. The toilet was very old. Overall, it was not worth and not recommended if you have other choices.

The dining area looked like an abandoned dining. There was just 1 staff and the food option was really either a bowl of noodle or a small loaf of banh mi with egg. The banh mi wasn't even toasted.

The real catch of this hotel is the rooftop swimming pool, it offers a wonderful night view of the bridge and the city. Last but not least the staff is incredibly friendly and ready to help you. • KYUNGMIN (8/5): 위치는좋다 - 편의점이없는다낭특성상이호텔옆에마트가있어서좋다.그밖에도어딜가기에도위치는좋은거같다. 객실청소상태는그닥깨끗하지않다.조식은먹을만한게정말없다. 샤워시 물온도 조절이 잘되지않았다.
