• John (7/5): Comfortable but lack of servicing. - Roomy, comfortable with plenty of facilities. Swimming pool a definite plus. Lack of servicing, we were there for a week and not serviced once. Gets a bit dirty and no vacuum supplied. No provision for rubbish recycling which was disappointing. Second bedroom with young child directly above living area and not sound proofed Ducks camp at rear door where outdoor furniture situated, smell and mess.

• Jason (8/5): Enjoyable stay! - The location was great, and we loved that there was a little creek out the back where there was a mother duck and her ducklings, who we fed every morning. There was also a very fat resident cat who came inside and made himself comfortable, which was adorable. The master bedroom bed was comfortable, kitchen was good. The twin beds in the second bedroom weren't very comfortable and the headboards were loose and banged against the wall. We had to put towels in against them so we could sleep.

• James (9/5): This apartment is an excellent option as a home base for exploring Wanaka and the surrounding area. - The apartment is excellent. It’s a short walking distance to the lake and town. It’s clean, spacious, and has all of the amenities that you need on vacation. It also is very comfortable for us as well after some long days of driving. A clothes dryer would be nice, but that’s an American thing. The drying rack worked well especially if placed where the wall heater blows air.

• Sin Man Miu (6/5): - We stayed for 5 nights, and while the accommodation did not include daily housekeeping, I was surprised that only half a roll of toilet paper was provided for our entire stay. I had to go out and purchase more myself, which I believe should be a basic item the hotel prepares in advance for guests. This small detail made the stay less convenient than expected.

• Sofie (9/5): Lovely place to stay in Wanaka - Perfect 1 bed apartment. - I loved the cosy bedroom and adjoining ensuite and walk in robe. Plenty of room to store suitcases and bags. The spa bath was a really nice addition. Bed was very comfy! Nothing! Was all great.

• Nigel (9/5): Serene and Spacious - The host met us at the apartment. She was very helpful and friendly and responsive when we had a request. The condition of the apartment was excellent and far superior to another apartment that is identical in plan but operates under another name. The apartment was very clean. A very peaceful location. We will stay here again. The dishwasher was a little on the cheap side but fully functional and effective.

Screens on the patio doors would be great. It got warm and bugs got in through open patio doors. Bedroom windows do have screens

Really appreciated being able to extend our check out time a little later (as we were tackling Roy’s peak for sunrise that morning!) We had a great 3 days here as our base for exploring Wānaka, thank you.

• Sarah (9/5): Fabulous apartment in a great location, would stay again - Great location in a quiet, tree-lined cul-de-sac. Easy walking to town centre. Great apartment with patio and creek, plus access to shared pool and spa. Apartment was well equipped. Fans in upstairs bedrooms, lots of towels and cleaning consumables were much appreciated. Property managers were very friendly and accommodating. Main bed was a queen, which is smaller than we are used to, but it was still comfortable and soft. Single beds in second bedroom were firm. No access to garage but this wasn’t an issue for us.

• Warren (6/5): Weather was great a quiet area - Initially confused as to where reception was but I don’t think there is any just by chance the cleaner was still working in the apartment so got keys ect.. Sound insulation is poor between apartments although the folks in the next room were not noisy we could almost here the young girls conversation I would assume the apartments would be very hot in the summer as there is no cooling 🤔

Walk to the town was quite okay. It was an especially pretty neighbourhood with so many well-cared-for gardens, all in bloom. An excellent choice we’d highly recommend. nothing not to like

Heating worked brilliantly and appreciated the Nespresso machine. Access to the shared spa Clean under couch cushions please and a dust brush and pan would be handy.

• Verified traveler (10/5): Small blunder overshadowed by kind landlady - Spacious and clean apartment with well-equipped kitchen. Forgot to activate call roaming, missed the call and messages from owner on key collection. Luckily after able to call through, the landlady was already planning to drive over to check if we had arrive early. Very nice stay in Wanaka and greeted by friendly locals.
