• Izabela (8/5): Wyjazd z przyjaciółmi - Świetna lokalizacja, pomocna i przyjemna obsługa hotelu. Hotel w pełni spełnił nasze oczekiwania. Nie lubię włoskich śniadań. Brak warzyw, jajek, głównie na słodko. Pokój znajomych miał wyjście na taras który był studnią. Nie było można nawet sprawdzić jaka jest pogoda. Zabrakło mi tej informacji przy rezerwacji.

Jakieś dziwne podejście właściciela bądź obsługi, a mianowicie od momentu rezerwacji dostałem kilka wiadomości, aby koniecznie skontaktować się z hotelem po przylocie do Palermo, celem potwierdzenia, o której godzinie dotrzemy do hotelu. Dzwoniłem czterokrotnie, ale nikt nie odbierał telefonu? Po co to było? Nikt nie był w stanie tego wyjaśnić.

The perfect location, the wonderful room with a nice bathroom (the shower with a water massage :) ), small balcony that always makes the difference - and a very comfortable bed. Plus the room was so silent - zero noise at night, I slept like a baby :) I want to especially highlight the personnel - started from the guidance on how to reach the hotel and the room specifically to a lovely and helpful attitude. And my special love goes to a very cute, nice and sincere boy - Angelo :) Thank you so much for taking care of me, Angelo! I wish you, guys, all the best in what you are doing and a lot of success! Das Frühstück und der servierte Kaffee ist gut, auch wenn noch etwas mehr Auswahl wünschenswert wäre. Antonino war sehr freundlich im Umgang und alles konnte gut besprochen und geklärt.

• Anny Fabiola (10/5): Adoramos! - O check in às 10h30 é um grande diferencial. A localização é ótima. O quarto grande, limpo e local silencioso. Café da manhã é muito bom, servido no terraço do prédio. O atendimento é perfeito. Chegamos antes do horário de check in e o Antonini nos recebeu, ofereceu café da manhã e antecipou nossa entrada no quarto. Tentamos prorrogar a estadia e não havia vaga. Então o Ângelo providenciou quarto em outro hotel da família, nos levou de carro, e contou algumas histórias de Palermo. Foi muito gentil.

El desayuno tampoco tan bueno, sin casi fruta, repetitivo, incluso un día se acabó el pan integral (tostadas en bolsitas) y no fueron capaces a poner más.

• Greenaway (8/5): Good Value - Thank you Antonio for the clear instructions on how to locate the accommodation which is very close to the centre. The room was very pleasant with good air conditioning. The bed was comfortable, room clean and tidy and was a very good location from which to explore the area. Plenty of good restaurants within a short distance - and shops. The breakfast area is spacious with a tasty selection. While there was not the usual Reception , nevertheless Antonio was always contactable and very helpful. If I were to return to Palermo I would certainly consider La Terazza. The entrance can be a little difficult with suitcases but is manageable.

• Keith (10/5): Great communication, great location, great staff. - The location is incredible, and there is parking right behind the building which was ideal for us with a car rental. It’s a no frills place, and has everything you need for a night or two. The staff is super friendly and accommodating. We will def stay here again next time we’re in Palermo. We don’t care, but if you’re looking for a high end 4-5 star hotel, look elsewhere.
