• Daniel (9/5): Kleines feines Hotel mit super Mitarbeiter nähe Ninh Binh Walking Street - Das Personal ist unglaublich lieb und sehr bemüht. Wir waren zwar nur eine Nacht dort, trotzdem wurde alles versucht um uns einen tollen Aufenthalt zu bereiten. Wir haben ein kostenloses Zimmer Upgrade bekommen und unsere Koffer wurden aufs Zimmer gebracht. Wir konnten das Frühstück am Vorabend bereits bestellen und es wurde am nächsten morgen frisch gekocht. Als wir nach Salz gefragt haben und sie keines hatten ist eine Mitarbeiterin extra losgefahren um Salz zu kaufen. Wir durften die Koffer nach dem Check Out den Tag über dort lassen und uns sogar nach unserer Tour am Abend im Hotel frisch machen. Das Personal kann nicht so gut Englisch, das würde ich jedoch nicht negativ bewerten da wir die Touristen in ihrem Land sind. Mit Translator-App, Händen und Füßen konnte alles geklärt werden. Sauberkeit hat überall gut gepasst, nur im Bad könnte es etwas sauberer sein. Es hat trotzdem gepasst.

• Morantes (10/5): Exceptional - The location of the hotel is convenient to travel places nearby the tourist spots in Ninh Binh. The room is spacious and clean. The hotel staff were very helpful to accommodate our needs.

• Pauline (10/5): Great location, staff and very clean premises! - The location is great just a short walk around the corner and across the road, you are on the walking street. Very handy, especially as we travel with a toddler who likes walking. The breakfast is delicious and the place is exceptionally clean, we used the laundry service also. The staff are extremely helpful and awesomel and have the cutest son who came and played with ours. We stayed for two nights after being on the outskirts of Ninh Binh but if you are short on time and want to see and experience everything, I recommend this place as you can go sightseeing in the day and then experience the walking street and restaurants at night and the host can help organise the activities for you. Nothing the hotel could control, there was construction next to us (although they basically built a building in two days so probably wont be a future issue) , I'm a night owl and love a good sleep so bring ear plugs.

Unica, poco, nota positiva è la cordialità dell'unica receptionist che parla inglese..... gli altri membri dello staff zero. Colazione assai scarna e... da attendere (ordini e attendi orologio alla mano minimo 45 minuti....) livello pulizia accettabile, per il resto meglio trovare alternative.

I believe the reception desk is staffed 24 hours, she was there when we got in late and at breakfast as well. She went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful stay. She also helped us with bike rental and laundry. The room was very comfortable and clean. We only wish we were staying here longer

The room itself was very clean and had everything we expected. The only drawback for this hotel was the location. There wasn't much to do within walking distance (20 minutes).

• PY (10/5): - Staff is very helpful and accommodating. Room is spacious, clean and well maintained. However, it is not near to local attractions and restaurant. It is easy to get GRAB service.
• Caroline (8/5): Good location - Rooms were really big and accomodating, but breakfast options were limited in both space and food choices. Good location because it’s across a street with a lot of restaurants
• Kent (10/5): - The Camellia is a nice place, although a bit out f the way. Luckily I like to walk, but everything was either a long walk or a taxi ride. It is probably closed to some of the tourist attractions than the center of the city.
• Rebecca (8/5): Clean and spacious hotel. - Hotel was great, really good size room with a balcony and smart TV. Location wasn’t the best, there’s not a lot nearby so we had to get taxis everywhere. Service was good, staff were very attentive and wanted to give us a lot of information - a bit too much information at times, as they were a bit pushy about us doing things when we wanted to just relax and explore! We had breakfast twice during our stay, as the menu in the bedroom stated it was included with the room. However on checkout we were given a bill and told this was not the case, so beware! Overall I would recommend this hotel as it’s spacious and clean, but be prepared to travel a bit to see the local area.

• Verified traveler (8/5): Central Ninh Binh hotel - The hotel was fine for our one night stop over while we visited the Ninh Binh area. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. Breakfast was good and freshly cooked for us.
• Bob (10/5): Nice hotel - Stayed three nights last week. Helpful staff, good WiFi, spacious, modern and clean rooms. The hotel offers bicycle hire for 50000VND per day as well as mopeds, which I think were 150000 per day. Laundry service quick and reasonably priced at 40000 per kilo. I would stay again
• Huan Yu (10/5): Newest budget hotel near Trang An - This is the newest (stayed in Jan 2018) and best looking budget hotel in the area near Trang An. Need a bike/motorcycle to get around. rate of rental in Ninh Binh is around VND80-100/day. Comfortable bed and large room with balcony. Breakfast is free by order from menu. 2 mins by motorcycle opposite the hotel will be a street full of restaurant. Forget Tam Coc river cruise, not even 1/4 as nice as Trang An. Be careful of police in Ninh Binh that is on the look-out for foreigners and ask for $. (They will make up some traffic violations)
• Zhi Xin (8/5): Great hospitality - Room was very big and clean, with a mini balcony. The host Jenny gave good suggestions on meal choices, and had also been very helpful in suggestions for itinerary. It is a little far to walk to the city centre, but it can be reached with a quick cab ride. Traditional and English breakfast were both available on the menu with hit and miss. I would strongly recommend the rice noodles with grilled meat.

• Orit (10/5): Great room - Huge room, highly equipped with all needed. Shower was superb compare to other hotels. Great location (5 min taxi ride from center of town) and very friendly staff at reception.
