James (6/5): No room available - When we arrived to check into our prepaid studio apartment, they had no available room for us. They instead sent us to another hotel that was terrible and told us they'd be back to pick us up at 7am. We were in the lobby waiting until 7:30 when I asked if they were coming. They instead sent a car for us. Our Studio at IStay was as advertised and was nice enough. But for them to not have a room for us after we had spent all day traveling and were exhausted did not sit well with us. My wife and I were not happy.
