- Lynn (8/5): Location suited our needs and the rooms were very comfortable - Comfortable room . Hotel felt more suitable for a business stay rather than leisure We didn’t enjoy breakfast and the cold coffee . The pool was open for very limited hours .

- Michael (3/5): For a hotel that bills itself as luxury, this was not really reflected in my experience. - Size of room was nice. Good location and pretty view from balcony. Breakfast was below average. Quality of food was not great and the selection was limited. There was a roach in my room crawling around by the sink. Bed was firm but not comfortable. Carpet in the room was stained, and the room looked old and weathered. I misplaced my room key and was charged for a replacement - most hotels would gladly replace this at no charge. I never felt particularly valued as a guest.

- Trang (7/5): Fairly ok but services need improvement. - The location is good, close to the sightseeing spots. The staff is friendly & supportive. The swimming pool is open not all day but for particular time only and allows the locals to use the pool, which is not convenient for the hotel guests. The breakfast time is too short 6-9am.

The room was very clean and modern, with a great shower. The buffet breakfast had lots of choice, with eggs and pho cooked to order. The pool was great. Everyone at the hotel was really kind and friendly, especially Linh and Anh on reception. I would definitely stay here again!
