The staff were very helpful and accommodating when our flight was cancelled and we needed to check in later than planned. We especially liked the free tea, coffee and hot chocolate available for guests at the bar at any time. The views were great. Plenty of parking right in front of the property. We enjoyed everything about our stay! Thank you.

• Grit (9/5): - Das Frühstück war von der Qualität sehr gut. Guter Kaffee und eine hochwertige Teeauswahl haben dazu beigetragen. Waren 4 Nächte im Hotel- eine Abwechslung der Käse- und Wurstsorten wären gut gewesen. Auch über Porridge hätte ich mich gefreut. Sehr schöner heller Frühstücksraum, in dem man auch am Tag verweilen kann, zumal die Zimmer nicht sehr groß sind. Es gibt eine Ecke mit Gesellschaftsspielen und einen gemütlichen Sitzbereich mit Sesseln und Decken. Kaffee und Tee sind auch außerhalb der Frühstückszeiten verfügbar, was ich sehr großzügig fand.

• Elaine (9/5): Spotless, modern, friendly small hotel. - Lovely little hotel with really friendly welcome. The twin room wasn’t large but super clean. No tv or coffee making but free coffee in the restaurant. The room looked as if it’s had a recent make over like the rest of the hotel. We had lake view which showed a fab sunset. The hot spring baths is getting a remodel so not open as writing this but looks really promising. Perfect stop over. The shower a little small but the bathroom was spotless and usable.

Stupendi gli spazi comuni, per non parlare della vista sul lago così magica. Abbiamo potuto bere un caffè e berci un tè caldo davanti a giochi di società e un buon libro letto sulle poltrone.

We enjoyed an evening in the bar, where the view is quite nice. The room was clean, warm, dry, and out of the wind. :) The neighborhood was quiet, safe, easy to walk around. We walked to a nearby restaurant (Babylon Bistro) for dinner, which was fantastic. The room was a bit of a different arrangement than we are accustomed to, with head-height fixtures to be mindful of. The bathroom was a bit small.

• Rebecca (7/5): Pristine but annoying - Very clean room and huge bathroom. Everything smelt lovely and new. Clear check in instructions. Poor lighting in room and lack of sockets, hooks and places to put things.

• Julia (8/5): - The hotel was cozy and very clean, which definitely made the stay comfortable. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist. Great location to explore golden circle! the hotel offers a good value for money. Overall, I rate the stay positive! What could be improved is equipment- for example coffee machine dispensed very little milk for white coffee.

Personnel accueillant Une chaleur étouffante dans la chambre <26°C, impossible de réduire la température et toutes les chambres sont aussi chaudes.
