Guest Reviews
- Thomas (6/5): Everything else was Good - I think that the breakfast could have had a little more then just cereal . And I asked for a smoking and a balcony but I got smoking A pool area
- Janie (10/5): -
- Nekina (8/5): -
- Rodney (7/5): Meh. It was just alright. - Comfortable bed No handicapped parking. We were told our room was handicap accessible. There was NOTHING handicap accessible in the bathroom! The breakfast was ONLY cereal.
- Roy (7/5): Good - I was in Rm 105-which were great. Sink does not a working stopper.
I should be back by mid November or earlier.
Thanks
- Beckham (6/5): - Cheap, but clean. Poor lighting in outside hallway/walkway.

- Gala (1/5): The owner should do better for the upkeep of his/her property. - The staff worker The roaches crawling, the dirty floor , and dead bugs on the floor, the staff work change my room , the second one at least roaches were not crawling. I will never book a room there again!!
- Anya (8/5): -
- Lee (7/5): - The staff was very good and courtesy Just disappointed in what they had for breakfast not enough to offer to eat for breakfast
- McCune (9/5): -
- JaRon (8/5): Good place - Good location Staff was some what rude
- kimberly (8/5): - It was clean, convenient, front desk was nice. The water to a long time to warm up and didn't get that hot. Also, the curtains were messed up and wouldn't close properly.
- Hardin (3/5): Weirdest motel stay ever - The sink, toilet, and tub were pretty clean. Management and housekeeping were friendly and helpful. They’re absolutely not to blame for the condition of the property. Lots of noise, slamming doors tall night, and HEAVY smell of marijuana in my room. Everything in the room was also DAMP—maybe because of the AC unit? The bed was lumpy and misshapen. Bathroom was practically falling apart.
- Willie (10/5): -
- kimberly (6/5): Old but clean - The desk clerk was nice, the location was good. The room was clean. The price was reasonable. The bed was (uneven). Lol. The edge of the bed had a dip, like you were going to roll off. The sink had no water pressure at all and wouldn't get hot. It took a while for the water in the tub to get hot(but it finally did). The curtain didn't close real good, so, I had to use a hair clip to close it, and light still shown thru. The ac was on 66, but actually felt like maybe 73. It was clean tho, and for me only having to be there one night, I will go back.
- Paul (6/5): - It was good, definitely different, did have some coffee & orange juice but that was it ..
Shower was ok , very slippery!!
Bed was good
- Paul (10/5): The best place to stay while in Magnolia. - The young lady who checked me in (she had no name tag) was very professional and welcoming. She explained a few things about the hotel check out. She gave me my room key and directed me towards my room. The room was large and clean. There was a 6 foot couch, a desk with a chair, a huge dresser, and the king size bed. In the vanity area, there was a small refrigerator and a microwave oven, ample storage with hangers, with an ironing board and iron. The toilet and shower were apart from the vanity area. This was a very nice place to stay.

- Maxine (5/5): -
- Daniels (2/5): -
- Deprisha (7/5): -
- Rachel (6/5): - Front desk was extremely nice. The room was okay. Most of the plug-ins didn't have any covers on them.
- Gena (8/5): - The breakfast is definitely lacking!
The AC unit wasn't working very well, but the staff was friendly and the room covered our needs.
- Ashlyn (10/5): -
- Samantha (6/5): -
- Douglas (8/5): -
- Wade (9/5): My stay was magnificent - Nice quiet and clean Nothing
- Derek (7/5): Good - Great for the price, rooms were not spotless but not dirty
- Stephanie (7/5): Good - Quiet Breakfast was only cereal, milk, and orange juice. Need improvement
- Jerry (7/5): Good - I love that the bed is so soft. Friendly staff. Not much of a breakfast!!!! My whole family agreed on that.
- Pearly (10/5): Good housekeeping - Good service and affordable. Close to everything.
- Brandon (5/5): Short and sweet. - Property was clean and easy to get to. There was a group of men on the second floor that were loud and watching my mom and I. It made us uncomfortable.
- Verified traveler (4/5): - The room was very dirty. There was no coffee pot, one towel and stains on everything. The floor also had sticky stuff on it, I had to buy my own cleaning supplies to clean my room before I stayed. Probably should have left however it was my son's college graduation and I didn't have time.
- Lurenda (8/5): Overall good value for the area, clean, and very polite staff—inconveniences of an older property. - Clean and value priced. Definitely an older property, tub was cracked and water had some rust (not uncommon for the area, though).
- Michael (10/5): - Staff friendly and clean room
- Heather197946 (10/5): Exceptional -
- Verified traveler (6/5): Poor breakfast - Room was OK, breakfast SUCKED
- Ashley (1/5): Horrible - So I was staying due to plumbing issues at my residence and was staying here and all of a sudden I was on the ban list! I only used the shower which was not clean, I cleaned it with my own supplies. It was a no smoking room but had burn spots all in the duvet and no plugs with usb to charge your phones and devices! The heater didn’t work and they failed to say so at check in…. And I’m on the ban list???
- Henry (10/5): Exceptional -
- Kimyada (10/5): Exceptional -
- Lynne (8/5): - Went for an event at my granddaughter’s college and will probably go again. They were busy but stopped to help me check in( I think she was working 2jobs) then directed me and walked all the way to the back to make sure I found the right place.
- Joan (7/5): It was fine for an older hotel It was clean - Wasn’t much The road was a little noisy.
- Nancy (2/5): No sleep - Was very loud. People in and out all night loud music and kids jumping around ALL night ..
- Renay (8/5): - Very nice staff! Clean rooms! Just really loud outside.
- Ashley (10/5): Exceptional -
- Diamond (10/5): Exceptional -
- Shelly (10/5): Exceptional -
- Morden (8/5): Satisfied - It was clean and comfy. Desk clerk very friendly.
- Carr (8/5): Very good - Convenient location.
For the price and with limited hotel space in the city was blessed to find anything. Some big function going on in town. Besides only going to be 1 night. Breakfast only cereal, milk was replenished but orange juice was enough for little over half a cup. No fruit..nothing else.
City needs to do something with the blazing boom box cars. Can't hear yourself think.
Can't expect much for the price. As long as it was clean and bed comfy.
- Verified traveler (6/5): Fine for price. - Room was fine for the price we paid. Front desk clerk was friendly and helpful as was housekeeping.
- Gibbons (9/5): Superb - Power went out in my room ⁹ Staff
- Kile (10/5): Decent - It was a decent stay for a decent price.
- Lastagia (7/5): Good -
- Tranita (2/5): NOT THE PLACE FOR ME AND MY KIDS! - NA THE ROOM HAD A STRONG SMELL OF SMOKE THAT TRIGGERED MY SONS ASTHMA. THE SPREAD ON ONE OF THE BEDS WAS DIRTY. THE SMOKE DETECTOR WAS HANGING. THE SINK AND TUB WAS DIRTY. THERE WERE LOTS OF WORKING MEN AROUND AND BEING A MOTHER, ALONE, WAS VERY SCARY. IF I COULD HAVE GOTTEN A REFUND I WOULD HAVE LEFT.
- Lyndell (8/5): Very good - Everything in the room was in good work condition
- Claudine (1/5): Bad -
- MOHAMMED (4/5): - Property condition was not good.
- Berita (7/5): Great -
- Susan M (8/5): - Dog friendly restaurants walking distance
- Gene (6/5): It was what I expected except for having to deal with the room situation!!!! - Didn’t eat the breakfast …. Wasn’t up in time… I contracted for a room downstairs because of knee and back issues…. I finally got her room I agreed too but not before having to talk to the owner/manager… if the company is going to let a third party rent out their rooms…. Then the company has to honor the agreement that said company makes with the consumer!!!!
- Kevin (7/5): Good -
- Rivia (9/5): Superb -
- Sanders (9/5): Good value - Clean, reasonable price No chairs.
- Verified traveler (6/5): Clean and nice - We have stayed here over the past few decades for various reasons. This trip it was clean and neat, as expected. The overall appearance was clean. The bathroom was clean but the wall next to the shower needs to be repaired. The room we were in had a shared door. Our room was non-smoking but the room next door may not have been because they were smoking weed. Our clothes and bags were so drenched that our vehicle reeked of it (and we were heading to church). Secondhand smoke, even weed, causes health issues (I have personally had pneumonia and bronchitis from secondhand weed smoke that I could not avoid). We did not contact the front desk regarding this issue simply because we were not sure if the room was labeled smoking (no signs outside the doors).
- Williams (3/5): Poor service - Room had ants and couldn't use the TV and microwave at the same time None of it
- Towns (1/5): Bad -
- Sullivan (10/5): My stay at coachmans inn - The room was very clean, comfortable and very reasonably priced. I will book Coachmans Inn again Liked everything. 😀
Clean. Met all expectations. The only scary thing was the very loud knocking on my door at 3am while asleep. Of course I didn't answer. Then saw the shadow of someone walking past the window. Step up security please.
But overall nothing wrong with the room. I will book again.
- Lavita (6/5): - .
- Napoleon (4/5): Remodeled outside but left cigarettes in window. Gloves on the ground. - Location was perfect
Near restaurant and store No shower.
Bugs in room.
Black marks in tub
Microwave to close to bathroom
Towels had black marks on it
- Jasmine (5/5): Passable -
- Dian (3/5): Beds were comfortable. - Breakfast Breakfast was not provided, light didn't work in bathroom, electrical outlets didn't work except behind headboard, ice machine broke - no ice.
Floors were so dirty that I had to throw my white footies in the trash. Looks like they had been but not mopped in months.
- Deborah (1/5): Dump, fleas, dirty sheets, mold, dripping water, and the towels are hideous!!!! - Location and staff The bathroom had mold growing up the wall!!!!!! The sheets nor the pillow case were cleaned. The tv didn’t work!!! But most importantly there was BEDBUGS!!!!! I slept in the back seat of our car….!!!! Only because I booked through a the part, and couldn’t cancel. THIS PLACE IS A DUMP. Had to change our own sheets and my husband still was eating up like he was breakfast. Don’t waste your money unless you’re on drugs… Coachman Inn is the place for that!!!!!!!
- Bolman (10/5): Exceptional -
- Kynnedi (5/5): Passable - The sheets had stains all over them. One bed looked as though the sheets had not been changed from the previous guests. Parking, especially in the front is very limited. You could hear everything going on outside, so it made for an uneasy night.
- James (2/5): I will not be so cheap next time. The room was poor it smell like someone smoked weed a few minutes before I got the roo - Location Room smelled like someone was in there smoking weed rigt before I got the room. A lot of bugs where in the room
- Sam (2/5): - Blood on the bed, room smelled horrible
- Larkins (4/5): Extremely disappointed - Very quiet So dirty, smelly, non smoking room smelled like 100 packs of cigarettes
- Buggs (10/5): Exceptional - Good Nothing
- Tiffany (4/5): not a great area, kinda sketchy. the room was decently clean minus the mold on the bedspread, and the roaches. - not much. there was a moldy blanket on the second bed where my son was going to sleep. and cockroaches in the bathroom. the water was slimy not sure if that’s normal for the area but thought it was odd.
- Genie (6/5): Pleasant - Decent place to stay for 2 nights.
- Rolonda (1/5): I want a refund - Nothing I wouldn’t let a dog stay I call the owner of the property and she didn’t care the ice machine wasn’t working….the phone wasn’t working….it say free breakfast but wasn’t nothing there but old cereal….Air Conditioner Couldn’t Try Off No Button Everything
- Henry (6/5): Pleasant -
- Yms (10/5): This is always my favorite place to stay! - The room was clean and comfortable. TV worked great. Staff is so friendly and helpful! Nothing needed improvement!
- Adam (2/5): Would have had a more positive experience staying in a walmart parking lot. - New mattress. They gave us towels when we asked. Room smelled like urine. Loud music and motel guests shouting in parking lot past 2am. Shower leaked onto floor even with curtain drawn.
- LaTanya (2/5): The Hotel time forgot! - My stay at this hotel was horrible. The pictures on the website are misleading. This place needs renovation badly. The bedding was dirty and the comforters were tattered. The tub was so worn that it looked dirty even after the housekeeper, Mattie cleaned it. We had planned to stay two nights but was forced to stay one night because there was no availability in town. We checked out the next day. I requested my money back and was told that it would take 7-10 business days, despite that fact that it took less than 10 seconds to charge my card upon check in. In terms of breakfast, we were offered cereal, milk and juice. This is not at all that the website mentioned. I was very disappointed with my stay. I won't stay here again.
- Margaret (4/5): - It was clean and check in was ok.but, housekeeping startee knocking on all the doors at 9:15. I needed to sleep longer as I am travelling today. When they got to my door, i told them i was trying to sleep and would be out by 11. They came back at 19:00 again knocking on all the diors. No do not disturb signs were in theroom to put on the door. Very rude and inconsiderate. Will never again stay at a coachman inn
- James (5/5): Passable -
- Renee (2/5): Will not stay there again or recommend it - Thr distance the Hotel was from where I needed to get to the next morning. Bed liens were not clean.... had stains and spots om sheets as well as the bed skirts. There were no towels in the room I had to buy some from Walmart. Breakfast was basically nothing. Fridge did not get cold and made humming noise all night long.
- David (8/5): Very good -
- W. Russell (2/5): - This place is old, tired and dirty. The breakfast was essentially nonexistent.
- Laderia (5/5): Passable -
- Jennifer (1/5): Roach Motel - I woke up to roaches at 5am. It took almost an hour for someone to answer the phone. No one was at the desk. When I spoke with a staff member his response was “ You know I can’t do anything at the moment right?” I was stunned. He hung up in my face. I went to Walmart and purchased Raid. I was able to get a room in the hotel across the street. A staff member said they had problems with roaches in that room. Not clean.
- Jeff (4/5): - Check-in was slow but, the lady at the desk was new. She was very nice and apologetic. She did a great job getting things right.
The property is trashy to say the least. Crowds in the parking areas were noisy way too late. The room was kind of clean but, the couch was stained and filthy. The AC unity was primitive and very noisy as well. I would not recommend or stay here again.
- Hannah (2/5): Doesn’t deserve any stars - This was disgusting. Cockroaches climbing the walls and running into the hole in the ceiling, about a foot of water in the tub, the smell of weed and cigarettes in a “non smoking room”, cigarette burns in the comforter. Only to be told my room won’t be refunded, but that they can “move me to a different room”. As if cockroaches don’t travel from one room to the other. I’m sure there are bedbugs too. After driving from NY to AR, sleeping in the truck while still paying for a disgusting room was quite annoying.
- Hughes (8/5): Comfy rooms - The room was nice and the bed was comfortable. Friendly staff. Breakfast was not what I expected. Two choices of cereal. That's it. And the coffee machine was not working.
- Dana (8/5): - Enjoyed the stay
