- Verified traveler (2/5): - When arrived note on door to call a number. Hotel looked deserted. Window by front door to room was opened when arriving and would not lock in place. Bathroom window was busted out with plastic coverings it. Bugs in bed, bedspreads covered in stains. Shower faucet ran the time we were there. TV reception was terrible and no remote.
- Miya (2/5): - The bathroom window was wide open and would not close. Seems to be more like mini apartments now rather than a motel. There was not toilet paper, no soap and my very worst fear ROACHES 😞 I grew up coming here as a kid and I am terribly disappointed.

- Martha (4/5): - There was no one to check me in housekeeper made a key for me then I was to wait while she cleaned it the restaurant there was closed not to open for months. When I got into room the tv didn’t work no remote. When I went out to find someone to question the new housekeeper said no remote and no tv. There was also no wifi. In morning to check out still no one Available. Never got receipt. When they sent one to me it stated zero had been prepaid. With no amount so have to go to bank account to check it was done correctly. Do not recommend not worth what they charge
- Verified traveler (2/5): This Hotel is not not worth staying there - At first no was there to check us in. All the doors were locked. Couldn't get in. Our room was not at all the best. Curtains you could not close all the way so we had to figure a way to close them. Telephone was in the bottom drawer of the chester drawers. No coffee pot. One lamp did not work. The screw that holds the lamp shades both were gone. The plug in the wall the cover was cracked. Stains on the floor and the chair. Check out was the same as check in. No one to check us out. Could not get a bill for our stay. We had to take our room key put it where the others were at. Between the two doors. This hotel is in very deed in very bad shape. Even some other the other rooms from going to our room the curtains were down from the windows. We will not stay there again.

Only to get there and the restaurant has been closed sence march and its june now. Also with having problems with the plumbing, no refrigerator, no tv, this room was way over priced. It shouldn't have not been more than 65 dallors max

- Gerald (2/5): Find Somewhere Else to Stay - The place was a dump there was actually a wrecked car parked in front of one of the rooms. There was a derelict that seemed to be hanging around. Even though the room was clean, it had an unpleasant smell. Mainly the hotel is really old and needs to be razed.
- David (2/5): - The room was dirty, there was no check in after 10 PM, they said they’d make an exception for me if I called them once I arrived, but it took me an hour to get my room once I arrived because the check-in location was difficult to find.
- Stacey (2/5): - The room was disgusting. There were dead crickets on the floor between the 2 beds, dead flies on the ceiling in several areas, stains on the towels, stains on the carpet, didn’t want to touch anything. I would not recommend anyone ever stay here even if offered for free.

- Samantha (6/5): - Upon arriving after booking thrugh Expedia. The office was closed so we called the # on the door. Lady showed up, checked me in. We walked over to the room and as I peer through the window, it looked as if someoe had just gotten out of the one bed. We entered and there were dirty used towels on the floor in and near the bathroom. There were empty water bottles and a bowl of microwave campbells soup on the desk. I went back to the lady and she agreed it was unacceptable. She quickly gave us a new room that was clean for the most part. Bed was cozy, and the water pressure in room 14 is LEGIT. Not a bad spot for a night or two if your in town for business, etc. Buffet is only on the weekends too :(
- Rex (4/5): - This was one of the worst stays I have had in a long while. The lobby was locked so I was unable to check-in for a prepaid reservation. There was a phone number to call for late check in-but it took over a dozen calls and over 20 minutes to get an answer. The room had dead bugs on the floor and the bedcovers were only a sheet and a bedspread, no blanket. I can't believe how much I paid for this place...

- Verified traveler (6/5): - Our room had trouble with the plumbing (sink slow to drain, and water temp in shower). We also were greeted by a roach crawling across the pillow.
- Verified traveler (2/5): - The room was DISGUSTING. The carpet floor was literally sticky. No toilet paper in the room. The shower scalded me, then froze me several times without even adjusting the knobs. The TV didn't work, the WiFi didn't work, the phone didn't work, and the last straw was seeing spiders crawl down the walls. The reason we booked this room was because we were without power at our home. We figured, this motel would at least allow us and our kids to use some internet, watch some TV, and get a nice shower/bath after 3 days without any of these things. But this is how bad the room was, after two hours in the room, we packed up our stuff and our two kids (one who was already sleeping) and went back to our home without power. At our house we at least had gas logs for heat and we realized with all the "amenities" not working and the filth, that we ONLY thing the room provided was heat, so we went back home where we already had that to some degree. They still charged us $50 for this "stay." DO NOT STAY HERE. We didn't eat at the restaurant, but based on the look of things, it is probably the last place you want to eat.
- Jessie (4/5): Out of date/Overpriced Motel Rooms - Rooms were way out of date! Motel internet Wifi service was very poor when we attempted to connect to the free service! I wouldn't recommend this motel, especially for the asking price for a nightly stay of $85.00 plus taxes. It's just not worth it to be honest!
- Verified traveler (2/5): Old old run down rooms. - This motel is really old. I was suppose to get a room with 2 queen beds. They were double beds. The night table had sticky stuff on it. There was a slighty bloody/dirty hand print on the inside of the room door. The wallpaper is coming off the walls. The bathroom is way old and just did not look clean. This place is way over due for some renovation work.

The staff acknowledged that they were working on the problem but my refund hasn’t posted yet and what I witnessed during my 2 hour stay has me unsure about the restaurant onsite. Thankfully I was able to rebook a hotel in Farmville.
