Não observei muitos estrangeiros hospedados e o hotel possui relativamente poucas avaliações na plataforma Booking.com, o que pode indicar que o público americano utilize outros canais de reserva. Ainda assim, no que diz respeito a conforto, espaço do quarto, limpeza e organização, a experiência foi muito positiva. Um local que realmente transmite sensação de acolhimento e faz o hóspede se sentir em casa. Foi tudo muito bom!!!!

- Ditha (10/5): Blissful stay in the Catskills - The staff gave us a very warm welcome. They also helped me beforehand with my request for a bottle of champagne to celebrate our anniversary. The bottle was beautifully placed on our bed upon arrival. The hotel had so many more extras than I expected. A whole game room, so you never be bored. Complementary sodas. Smores kit to use by the campfire. Everything so thoughtful. The breakfast was really delicious too! I will definitely stay here again next time I am in Catskill area. Nothing

- Augusto (10/5): Awesome place and service at a good price. - The place is awesome, nicely located and the staff is super friendly. Everything in this place is great with lots of nice perks all around. Super clean and nice room with a fireplace right there. The location is also very convenient.

We ended up sitting in the patio which is also lovely as the weather was gorgeous. They gave Hugo a little beef patty on the last day of breakfast and I appreciate it! Hugo can run around the open greenery area and he’s so happy !

We are almost 80 and there was no elevator, so it was difficult lugging the suitcases. However, the check-in person did volunteer to carry them up 2 flights of stairs.

My only tiny note is you could hear cars from the patio so its not dead quiet but pretty quiet:) Would def go back!!

The staff were friendly and helpful, and everything was very well taken care of. Breakfast was especially good — fresh, tasty, and a nice way to start the day. The dining area had a great atmosphere, and the food felt homemade and thoughtful. The location is beautiful and peaceful, close to hiking and Hunter Mountain. It’s also just a short drive into the little town of Tannersville. Overall, I really enjoyed my time here and would definitely come back. Highly recommend!

They have multiple options of food for you to eat. You have to try their homemade blueberry Oatmeal. It is to die for. I absolutely love this hotel, it was my first Solo trip and it made me feel comfortable and confidence. Thank you so much! I will definitely comeback again!

Service was lovely. Especially enjoyed the included breakfast with excellent coffee and plenty of options. Unbelievable water pressure in the bathrooms. Very close to Hunter for skiing, which was the draw for us this particular trip, and lots of hiking trails nearby. Cozy game room and fireplace in the evening. Only con/tip if you book would be to avoid room #1 if you can, as it’s the only room on the first floor and we endured very loud footsteps above us early in the morning.

We started each morning with delicious, homemade breakfasts and then had plenty of great recommendations for indoor & outdoor plans in the region. Also perfect for a quiet day in with many cozy areas throughout the lodge and a fire in the afternoon / evening. I wouldn't have changed a thing!

Breakfast the first day had fresh fruit, great coffee, and gluten-free/almond flour pancakes. The second day was the standard eggs, breakfast meat, and potatoes. It's a solid choice if you are in the neighborhood.

- Zovinar (10/5): - I stayed at Hotel Mountain Brook for a hiking trip, since it's a short drive from many hiking trails in the area. I couldn't be more pleased with my stay. The hotel is fairly small and creates a more intimate setting for everyone staying, which allowed us to befriend a few people who were staying there around the same time as us. The staff is very kind and accommodating, free breakfast is freshly made to order, there's a wide variety of snacks available in the common area, and the hotel is walking distance from plenty of restaurants and shops. The rooms were very clean and spacious, and there's plenty of parking space behind the hotel. I will definitely be staying here again when I'm back in the area.

- Kathy C (10/5): - The staff here is the best! The only issue I saw before arrival was no elevator. Nicole immediately started carrying our luggage up. The breakfasts were so delicious! Kept us energized for our days of hiking and visits at museums. I can’t say enough about how great the staff was and we had fun in the game room and made friends by the fire pit. Thank you to them!! The room was huge and comfortable.
