Guest Reviews
- John (10/5): - Excellent breakfasts
- Dianne (8/5): - This is a classic bed and breakfast… but without a doubt the cleanest one I have ever experienced. A home made protein friendly breakfast. We had an en-suite bath, but our neighbors did not, which meant their bath was literally right outside our door. So hearing stuff at night that you did not create! But such is the charm of b&b. Most important: very walkable to all but the wineries.
- tracy (10/5): Great! - Great Location.Easy walk to downtown yet super.quiet. Beautiful.porches and balconies. Super friendly and accomodating hosts. Spent 2 nights. And will return.
- Todd (10/5): Perfect B&B in a perfect town - Very, very nice B&B. Jennifer was friendly and flexible to cook for multiple couples’ health issues. Everything ran smoothly! It was nice to share stories and hiking plans with other couples, and it was also nice to have the self-serve coffee & tea station upstairs near the rooms.
- John (10/5): - Jen and Adam’s home is spotless and comfortable. The breakfasts were delicious! Highly recommend this Bed & Breakfast
- Richard (10/5): Would stay again - All around excellent stay. Jen, the proprietor is interesting and an excellent host. The bed was firm and comfortable. Despite the 90 degree heat, the room was nice and comfortable. Great stay and we are comijg back next year.
- Colleen (10/5): - Loved our stay!
- Lawrence (10/5): - Jen, the owner, was an excellent host. She was welcoming, helpful and a pleasure to talk to.
Breakfast was like a family gathering. Each guest talked about what they did the previous day and what they planned to do today. It was great to share the different activities. And the variety of meals was always impressive.
The Hudson Manor Bed and Breakfast is a stately manor with a comfortable parlor, dining room and rooms. They provide a full kitchen if you need it, and cookies in the evening.
A great place to stay and use as your home port when visiting Watkins Glen.
- Laurie (10/5): - We had a great anniversary trip to Watkins Glen! Jen was an excellent host and we enjoyed the comfort and convenience of Hudson Manor.
- Hannah (10/5): - Great stay at Hudson Manor B & B! Great location, very walkable to dining, shopping and the marina! Jenny the owner was a wonderful host! Great breakfast every morning. Kitchenette was well equipped and room was clean, and comfortable! Can’t wait to go back! Thanks for a wonderful weekend!
- Robert (10/5): - Location was wonderful. Place was will keep. Owner was very friendly and service was great. Breakfast was delicious each day
- Richard (8/5): Is fabric softener your a dealbreaker? - We loved almost everything about our stay at the Hudson Manor. The breakfasts were hearty and delicious. The host was very friendly, and we enjoyed our morning breakfast with her in the other guests. My only complaint is that the sheets and towels were all washed and dried with fabric softener, and as someone who suffers with asthma and allergies that was a struggle for me.
- Michael (10/5): - Great innkeeper, great food, great room, great location. Would definitely return and hope to sometime.
- Lynn (10/5): - Jen was great! Awesome breakfast daily with local ingredients and freshly baked items. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. We loved the accessible kitchen with coffee, soft drinks and homemade cookies. Great front porch with rocking chairs and views of the lake!

- Jody (10/5): Very comfortable place! - We had a lovely visit to the Finger Lakes and this charming B&B. The hosts were very welcoming, breakfast was wonderful, and our room was clean and comfortable. The porch overlooks the lake. I would definitely stay here again.
- Danna (10/5): - The owners of the property lived within the property so they were always reachable with any concern. The breakfasts are prepared daily by the owners and are fresh, well-planned meals. The owners engage with their guests and get to know them and vice versa. All of this makes for a warm, welcome environment in which to stay!
- narayanan (10/5): - Centrally located, very convenient, Lake view, knowledgeable and pleasant inn keeper and very nice daily breakfast tastefully offered.
state park with many water falls Corning Museum and Glen Curtis Air Museum and many wineries . all within short distance with the city in walkable distance
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Lovely house with lots of room to spread out and the loveliest guests made it special.
- Ron (8/5): Midwesterners in Finger Lakes - Fun meeting new people for conversation on the grand front porch. Delicious breakfast each morning. Bedside lamp didn’t work.
- Patricia (10/5): Lovely Get Away - This is an adorable B&B with wonderful view of Lake Seneca conveniently located to restaurants, parks, and wineries. Our hosts were very helpful, the room was spotless, and the food was wonderful. We highly recommend.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - The house is victorian style with beautiful antique furniture pieces. We loved the wrap around porch and the stream you can listen to.

- Verified traveler (10/5): - Was a beautiful home, furnishings were matching to its era. Clean and personal. View was great, location to area activities was perfect. Definitely recommend.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Their breakfast was excellent. The owner was very helpful providing information on thing to do around Finger Lakes. There is parking provided. The Hudson Manor is very close to the center of town and most activities. We absolutely enjoyed our stay.
- Thomas (10/5): Enjoy mansion living - Very welcoming stay. The house is done in the period of mansion hay days. Very nice and elegant.
The breakfast was fantastic and the host is very knowledgeable.
- Bryan (10/5): - My girlfriend and I had a great time in wine country. Jim was a great host and our stay was very comfortable. The manor is beautiful and breakfast was great also! We will definitely consider staying here again.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - I liked the house and the property, and it was within walking distance of Watkins Glen for most of the restaurants and in a good area for Seneca Lake. The room I stayed in had a bath room that was very small and not in the room. It was hard to use, that is really the only thing I did not like about this property.
- Wendy (10/5): Great B & B - Great B&B, Perfect location for touring around, excellent hosts, breakfast to die for each morning, everything home made & so fresh, wonderful information and ideas for site seeing in the area and surrounding areas.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Jim was an excellent host and prepared delicious breakfasts. The location is great- walking distance to town and has a nice view of the lake. My only reason not to give the Hudson Manor an excellent rating was the artificial scents used in the common areas and in our room. I have trouble with perfumes and other enhanced smells and had to have the windows open. It might not bother other people, but I have trouble with the fragrances in many gift and card shops.
- Peg (10/5): - Location was terrific. We were able to park and walk to most of our destinations. Three-course breakfasts were delicious. Property offered several public spaces to gather in the home and on the porch - with a view of the lake right out front. Host and hostess went out of their way to accommodate our requests. Our room had a private bath, although it was down the hall. I strongly would recommend this property - and if in the area, will definitely plan to stay with them again!
- Jan (10/5): - We liked the warm hospitality and lovely location - close to the village yet has a picturesque view. The ambiance was great and the rooms were clean. No detail was overlooked. The delicious three course breakfasts were beautifully served and the conversation around the table was interesting. I appreciated their attention to my Gluten Free diet needs. Jim provided travel & restaurant information and directions to the best ice cream in the state. We enjoyed our stay at Hudson Manor B&B and would return if we visited Watkins Glen again.
- Sheila (8/5): - The owners were very gracious and friendly. The breakfasts were delicious. We stayed 2 nights and met a very interesting group of people each morning which made our choice of a b&b more enjoyable.
- Michele E. (10/5): Great Place - Everything was perfect. Jim is s great host and makes a wonderful breakfast. Would highly recommend.
- Beth (10/5): - Jim was an excellent host. Very accommodating and flexible with need for late check-in
- Verified traveler (8/5): - The location was perfect! The upstairs kitchen for use was so useful.
- Verified traveler (10/5): Great Experience - Hudson Manor is clean, welcoming, and conveniently located. The breakfast was delicious and Jim was extremely friendly. He was easily accessible and made sure we were comfortable. The view of the lake from the room was great, and there were plenty of common areas to use. The only downside was some noise from the road and light in the morning, but the room was very comfortable and spacious. We would definitely recommend Hudson Manor and would stay there again!
- Mike (10/5): - Perfectly located just a half mile from downtown. Everything we could have needed or wanted were readily available or just a text away. Quiet stay in a beautiful small town atmosphere on Seneca Lake. Cant wait to go back for another visit and stay.
- Laura (10/5): Good location - Jim was great! He was very friendly and helpful with everything we asked. His breakfasts were delicious-3 course meals! The location is also perfect, right near the heart of town and in walking distance fo Watkins glen state park.
- Anthony (10/5): - Amazing place. Owners Jim and Kristine were there for anything needed. Breakfast's were super. The house was meticulously cared for. There is plenty to do in the finger lakes region. We spent most of our time with Wine and Beer tasting.
We will come back to this place and definitely stay at Hudson Manor again.
- Verified traveler (6/5): - The owner - Jim and his wife are super friendly, and very personal. They make us feel at home.
Enjoyed the conversation with the all other guesses. However, the furnish and bathroom needs updated. Other than that, it was a fun weekend.
