Pool could of been a little warmer since it was heated but with it being the beginning of the season and just getting warm I assume this is why.

- Vickie (10/5): This is a nice, clean, and quiet hotel. - Fairfield Inn was a very nice property. The room was clean and spacious. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast selection was great. All of the staff were nice and friendly. If I had one complaint it would be about the pool. The pool was heated so it was nice to swim in but the pool room was very cold, so we froze every time we got out of the pool. Other than that the hotel exceeded our expectations. I called the next morning for extra towels and in less than 5 minutes they were at the lady was at my door with wash cloths bath towels and hand towels, breakfast was good, able to find clean tables and it was college graduation week they worked hard. - SandraP374 (10/5): Marriott’s great service by manager in Warrensburg, MO - I got in just past midnight. The desk clerk gave me pass card to my room. Being dead dog tired from a long day of driving, I headed up to my room, near the elevator, as requested in my profile. I thought I used the card to open the door, but apparently the door hadn’t closed properly after maid cleaning at previous checkout. I entered the Uber clean room and went to bed. The next evening I readied myself to attend a concert in Sedalia and left the room. The door locked behind me. When I returned after midnight the next night, I couldn’t get the room to open with my key. I quickly realized I was actually supposed to be in the room right next door. I went to the night clerk to request assistance. I explained that it looked like the room I had gotten into the night before, wasn’t latched, allowing me to get into it by mistake. He wouldn’t let me in until he could confirm all of the contents were mine. While telling me this wasn’t possible, he checked the room next door that I was supposed to enter. My pass card opened it and of course it was empty. So he had no idea what to do in the computer. Bi wanted to be sure that the room I was in by mistake reflected occupied and the room I was supposed to be in reflected available. Fortunately, the manager was on duty and she understood the concern and assured me that she would transfer the record for my 2 night stay to the room I was actually in and also that my bonus points were also credited. She was very professional, friendly and patient. It was obvious she has a lot experience in the hotel business and went out of her way to apologize that this happened, even tho it was my fault for entering the wrong room. Not that such a strange mixup would happen again, but I asked her to please have maintenance fix that room’s door, so it automatically latches behind guests EVERY time, or it could result in a dangerous situation for a guest occupying that room in the future. But I did want to praise her for how she handled the situation at that hour of the night. I wish I could remember her name, but it’s been 8 months since my stay. She is a credit to Marriott’s brand.

The pool is very small but clean and well kept; so if you are staying here with your family, you want to keep the pool size in mind. Decent continental breakfast options. Her encounter with me and my girlfriend was very unacceptable and unprofessional. She knocked on our door and when we answered, she barged into our room claiming that her fire alarm indicated that someone was smoking inside the room. A nutshell! No one was smoking in the room, which means there was no way her alarm Told her that there was someone smoking in that room. Then proceeded to disrespect and embarrass me and my girlfriend out loud as she continue to talk to us as if we were lying.

- Christina (2/5): - I called ahead and asked if they had pillow top beds. The gal I talked to said that they had a pillow mat on top of the beds. But she said it was comfortable. When we got there the bed was hard as a rock and neither myself nor my partner slept. Also, upon further inspection of the room there was trash by the trash can and bugs in a lot of places. In the shower it just took a steady stream of water to clean off the "pink" gross stuff on the shower walls.

The location was perfect and close to all the main things you would want; food, gas, Wal-Mart, and the highway. The breakfast space was excellent and clean and stocked by the staff like a busy restaurant but there was only a few people having breakfast. They were all super friendly and kind. nothing.

The waffle maker had 4 small waffles instead of 1 large one which reduces the potential for waste. The room was clean. The staff was kind. Breakfast was a large selection, hot, and prompt. The business center was readily available and clean. The TV was left on to a main menu to offer ease of access, however a waste of electricity in my opinion.
