Rebekah (10/5): - I love that when we came in the lady that was working the front desk for checking and check out was incredibly friendly and the one who did the night shift was as well and even said happy birthday to my son. Breakfast was really good and the room was really clean. When we visit Austin again I hope the same stuff is there and we definitely will be staying there

F1102HMeh (10/5): Wonderful experience friendly staff - Check in was so easy and Mary and Tanyell were very friendly. Tanyell checked me out today and was friendly and kind again. I asked for a late checkout and Gemma was very accommodating and friendly too. The customer service here is definitely above average. My room was very clean and comfortable, I slept good for the first time in a while. This was my second time staying here and will definitely stay again.

I had to come to Austin unexpectedly in the middle of the night because my mother passed away. After leaving the hospital, I didn’t really have a place to stay, but had stayed at this property before so I thought I would go ask if they had any available rooms. Tara was so kind to me at 5 o’clock in the morning and helped me get the accommodations I needed. I really appreciate her kindness and helpfulness. I will never forget that.

I’ve worked for Marriott and stayed at many Marriott properties, and collectively this team has been the most exceptional I’ve experienced. The gentleman working breakfast went out of his way to help me while I was managing my toddler, which meant more than he probably realized. Laundry and housekeeping were also incredibly responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. And the cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch. Overall, 100 stars. Outstanding service and a great job by the entire team.

Meme and Mary were some of the kindest and helpful ladies we had met in a long time. They knew our situation and helped with a document printing when I couldn’t get the customer computer to print for me. They were just so friendly!! It truly felt like we had been there many many times and knew who we were. The rooms were clean as well as the common areas!! We will definitely stay there again!!

The hotel was extremely clean, comfortable, and well-maintained—everything you’d want after a full day of exploring the city. The staff truly made the experience exceptional. Everyone was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and I had a great conversation with the General Manager, Sarah Junge. She went out of her way to share excellent recommendations for places to eat and things to check out around Austin, which made my trip even better. It’s clear this team genuinely cares about their guests and takes pride in creating a great experience. I would absolutely recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again.

It was also a pleasure to meet the GM, Ms Cannon. Breakfast was very good and the staff there always made sure things were well stocked and well presented. While the overall experience was pleasant, the breakfast was a bit underwhelming — not very big and with limited options. Still, it’s a good place for a short stay if you’re not expecting too much in terms of morning meals.

The staff were aware of this and were very kind and helpful to us. I would like to give a special shoutout to Alexis, Gemma, Alberto, Mary, Meme and Tara and their manager, Isabel, for their incredible southern hospitality. We had several things to coordinate and they were so helpful in extending our stays seamlessly, finding us other Marriott hotels in different areas for gatherings, and advice on restaurants and other resources in the area. The hotel itself is very clean and we were very happy with our rooms. The a/c worked great! The breakfast is fresh and constantly refreshed. I have food allergies and the staff went out of their way to make sure I had safe food to eat that was safely prepared. More than I could have hoped for! The pool is nice, they had great gym equipment, lovely outdoor seating areas, and even a basketball hoop in the back parking lot for kids. I would 100% book here again when I come to Austin.

The service was fantastic the front desk was so polite and we called at 10pm for extra pillows and the brought them to the room immediately. Isabel the manager is super sweet and helps in every way she can. It’s extremely quiet which I enjoyed a lot, always a wonderful experience.

jaelitheb2020 (10/5): Wonderful experience in the Round Rock/ North Austin area. - This was one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had. I initially booked one night, very last minute, on a third party site. Immediately upon walking in, I was greeted by Gemma who was one of the friendliest and most informative, helpful hotel employees that I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. The hotel itself was lovely. The only rooms left available when I booked were King Suites which was not an issue because the rate that I found was incredible, particularly considering the last minute booking, the fantastic amenities like the nice pool, fitness center, my personal favorite- the absolutely beautiful patio with multiple different seating areas, large outdoor grill, and the fire pit surrounded by comfy chairs -where I spent hours peacefully getting work done using their free WiFi after another front desk employee, Tara, cheerfully showed me how to work the gas to turn on the fire pit. She helped me with this multiple times (among assisting me with many other things) over the course of my stay. In the morning, after enjoying the complimentary breakfast buffet- Compete with Texas shaped waffles among other tasty options- I spoke to Mary at the front desk who happily helped me book an additional 8 days. She assisted me in getting an absolutely incredible rate by walking me through using the Marriott Bon Voy app and made sure that I was getting all discounts that I qualified for. Not only did I get an additional discount on the already affordably priced King Suite, but I racked up a pretty decent amount of reward points towards future stays as a Marriott Bon Voy member. I highly recommend getting this app before a stay at any Marriott brand hotel. The room itself was lovely with not only a very comfortable bed, but a nearly full size fridge, 2 glass top stove burners, plates, silverware, pots and pans, a toaster, and even a colander. They've thought about everything you could need and if you don't find it in your room, the helpful folks at the front desk will happily help in any way that they can which is how I met another lovely employee, Isaiah who was all smiles and ready to assist me in the middle of the night. This hotel, the amenities, and the pricing are all great, but what really made this stay over the top wonderful, was the employees. It was clear to see that everyone I encountered from the front desk staff, who greeted every single guest coming or going every single time, to the housekeeping staff, the wonderful manager(who's name I wish I could remember so that I could give her credit for a job well done) and every other staff member I encountered. They went above and beyond, they made my experience here fantastic, and I am thankful for and appreciate every one of them.

First time I have ever seen a mini dishwasher in a room, very impressive. Breakfast needs a little tweaking but it was ok.

highhands89 (10/5): Amazing experience for persons with disabilities - As a person with a complex disability, traveling is sometimes incredibly complicated due to all of the equipment I need. The staff at this location were incredibly helpful and accommodating when booking our room and with addressing some issues once we arrived. I require the use of a hospital bed and the front basket and maintenance staff bent over backwards to make room for it by removing some furniture. Gemma at the front desk was an absolute joy every single night and the rest of the staff, by and large, was just as kind and helpful. We ended up staying for a total of three weeks, but everything was so fantastic we wish it could have been even longer.

Stacey (10/5): Pleasantly surprised - I had to be in Austin for three days for training for work. I had previously stayed at a hotel close to the training center for the first weekend of training that was disgusting, I was pleasantly surprised at this property! It was clean, smelled clean, spacious, and had increased security measures which I appreciate. The gym was also clean and smelled nice, was well stocked with towels and sanitizer wipes. I will certainly stay here again when in Austin for training. Highly recommend!
Kristin (10/5): - Property was very clean, room was spacious and well appointed, staff was friendly. Breakfast was good, but not many options so it was repetitive after four nights. Breakfast staff was helpful and attentive. The refrigerator in our kitchenette wasn't running when we checked in (breaker was off), but was remedied within 20 minutes of notifying the front desk. The next morning when we discovered the shower head wasn't functioning properly, maintenance replaced it within 20 minutes. Things happen, but a company's response to mishaps is what sets them apart and this company's response was awesome! Will definitely stay here again.
310newh (10/5): Comfortable and happy experience! - Reviews have it right! The hotel fulfilled all our requirements - it is located close to restaurants, highway, but is in a quiet & safe area. It is bright but cool inside, well kept and clean. Breakfast is small but super-tasty, and well-cooked. The rooms are spacious, beds are comfortable, and looks like one of the newer hotels. Most importantly the staff is super friendly, attentive to our needs, and always available at the front desk which is the not the experience we had with other hotels. Strongly recommended. We will be back.
