Location is good and an easy walk to the downtown pedestrian street with a variety of restaurants and a view of the baseball stadium. The breakfast was very good and reasonable, with a buffet option or off the menu. Jan, our server, was a joy. The steak restaurant on the 10 floor if excellent.

Scott (8/5): - Visited to attend the Cole Swindell concert . Hotel next door to venue . Hotel was extremely clean and inviting with lots of “little” details. Positives: Room was spacious. The shower had two shower heads , one hand held, one not, water pressure was great- and one of the “ little” things that was so nice was having the shower nozzle on the opposite wall. Shampoo, conditioner, shower gel provided. Complimentary water in the fridge along with chilled glasses … lovely “ little” touch. Roof top restaurant / bar, bar in the lobby, breakfast buffet, small convenience store in lobby. Customer service was welcoming and took time to explain the in/ outs of the hotel and introduced themselves. Hotel was downtown , walking distance to many restaurants and the new baseball park. Another “ little” thing is the hotel provides a grassy pet area if traveling with pets. Pool area with chairs and covered area .. Parking onsite. Negatives: During our stay, the hallways were very noisy , well after midnight … guest loud and yelling . Pillows- please upgrade to a better quality pillow. Even with both pillows provided stacked on top of one another , they provided little to know support. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Passport04172229146 (8/5): COVID IS OVER - Is it me, or does it get quite tiring to still be using COVID as an excuse for the lack of service and the high prices. Rooms that were quite affordable before COVID, with daily service are now expensive with less service. I am a loyal Marriott member, however thus will change. I really think, when comparing rates we also need to check the frequency of service. Two chains, save number of stars, same price, make sure you go with daily service. I don't pay to make my own bed, I can stay home and do that.

Walked the lobby gallery and enjoyed the beautiful contemporary art, glass of wine in hand from the lovely lobby bar. Rooms are very clean, comfortable and least fully decorated. There is a wonderful rooftop restaurant and bar that offers great city views and delicious food. This is a keeper. Convenient to downtown shops, restaurants and music venues.
