• Gabriela (7/5): - The breakfast included was very complete and tasty - you could choose from a variety of options, and it was constantly being refilled. The sofa bed was also surprisingly large and comfortable. The cleanliness was satisfactory, and we had no issues with the cleaning staff. The bathroom was quite small with little storage. The hot water was very hard to regulate, and the shower door would not close. Additionally, we had some issues with the staff; one night before we departed, we asked if they could call a black cab service for us (24 hrs in advance for a reservation), but they recommended we book an Uber instead, since it would be cheaper. On the day of our departure, the Uber cancelled on us at the last minute (which I understand is not the hotel's fault), but when we informed them of our problem, they were very unhelpful and said they only worked with Uber, not other taxi lines. They did not provide us with any alternatives, which, in our situation, was very frustrating since time was not in our favor.

• Berte (10/5): Fantastisch verblijf met familie, aanrader! - - Enorm vriendelijk personeel, staan altijd met een glimlach klaar om te helpen! - Heerlijk en uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet. - Fijne restaurantjes op wandelafstand. - Geen last van nachtlawaai. - Handig dat de lobby 24/7 open was om af en toe even te zitten. Alles was echt top! Het enige wat eventueel vervelend kan zijn voor sommigen is de afstand tot het “echte centrum” van London, maar dat was voor ons absoluut doenbaar met de Uber.

Clean, modern, well-equipped, relatively spacious rooms, the breakfast was extraordinary, the staff helped with everything. We could leave our suitcases there in the morning before check-in, and when we left they kindly helped us with how to get to the airport. - there is an Uber kiosk in the hotel, you could order it quickly and reliably. The location of the accommodation was perfect, the bus stop is 2 minutes away, the metro stop is 10 minutes walk, there are very good restaurants nearby and a shop next to the hotel. The area is safe and clean. We were there in January, the room was warm (it could be adjusted manually) The sounds from the corridor do filter into the room, but the room is quiet regardless.

• Ateeb (1/5): poor compensation arrangements - nothing. emailed us at 6pm (check in is at 3pm), saying they have a hot water outage. didnt give us a choice of a refund so we could stay somewhere nearby. instead moved us to the kensington branch. this is ridiculously far and not well connected to london bridge. mind you we booked london bridge for the location. didnt even offer to pay for transport there or arrange it. i was late to all my activities having to go to kensington.

• Liza (8/5): Ample space at a good price for a family of 3, 2 adults and a 9 year old. - We went as a family of three 2 adults and a 9 year old. We booked the one bed suite with pull out sofa bed in the living area. There was ample space for us, the set up was great. When we arrived the sofa bed was out and made up for us which was great as it was late when we arrived. The sofa bed is in the living area so a bit of a tight squeeze when it is out but in in the morning it was easy enough to put the bed back to the sofa option and more than enough space for 3 people for 3 nights. There is a super italian delhi named Fine foods across the street from the hotel, it is a great option if you have been out all day and want to eat close to the hotel, you probably need to book but we were lucky and got a walk in and the food and wine was delicious. There is no bar area which is a bit disappointing but the breakfas makes up for it :-) On our second night we found a pub a 5 minute walk from the hotel. Just turn left when you come out of the marriott. During our 3 night stay there was no room service at all, so our towels were not replenished and bins were not emptied. I did ask for extra towels at reception but these never arrived but all in all a really good stay.

Flexibilidade em deixar as malas guardadas antes do check-in e depois do check-out. O quarto estava equipado com cozinha o que facilita a quem desejar fazer pequenas refeições no quarto. Falta de limpeza na alcatifa dos corredores, e por vezes notava-se um cheiro a comida no ar. Apenas um elevador pequeno para um grande volume de clientes e andares do hotel. Quarto com zonas a precisar de manutenção principalmente na casa de banho. Pequeno-almoço que poderia ter mais variedade de opções.

Very good breakfast which starts at 6:30 AM so it was perfect for starting our day early. No extra blankets in the room but I am sure that if we asked for them they would have been available
