- CHIA YI (9/5): - 再次入住這間酒店，但四人房是第一次，房間很大，行李能完全攤開。廁所跟浴室有分開這點很棒，就連洗手台跟淋浴間都有另外一扇門隔開。還有自助機器，入住跟退房變得更方便。還有一台行李秤，可以不用擔心到機場才能測量行李重量了 1001的冰箱側門桿子已經脫落，雖然有看到維修過的痕跡，但是已經沒有作用了。房間內有提供小桌子及椅子，配合的高度其實沒有很好，若後續有更新桌椅，可以多加考量這方面，不然買東西回房間吃其實會有點不方便。

- Saithiwa (9/5): Safe location, easy to access from subway lines, meet basic needs - The hotel location is convenient for access from both Hommachi station and Sakaisuji Hommachi Station. It is easy to connect to Namba and Umeda areas as well as trains to other cities, but not in such busy touristic neighborhood. As a solo female traveler I felt safe here. The price was reasonable. I had two bookings, with a two-night trip to Kyoto in between. I was allowed to store my luggage at the hotel during the trip. In short, the hotel had all I needed. Not that luxurious, but comfortable and convenient enough to make your trip pleasant. -

The hotel was clean, comfortable, and staff were very accommodating. Perfect place if you want to explore the city without the hassle of long travel times. Would definitely stay here again!

- NADIYA (10/5): Recomendado y bien ubicado - El hotel está muy bien ubicado, metro cerca, andando también hay sitios cerca para ver. Estaba limpio, habitaciones pequeña pero bien de tamaño con sitio para maletas. Personal amable y todo genial. Lo recomiendo y repetiría.

- Toma (7/5): Check-in/out was effortless. Clean rooms, aouthout a bit small, but have all the amenities you need. Location was gr - Nice hotel, just 3 minutes away from a major metro stop. Also walking distance from Osaka Castle and Dotonbori. If you want to visit the aquarium you have to take a 30-40 min train ride, which for Japan is great. No real complains, the double room is a bit small for 2 people, but there is enough space to open a large suitcase.

- Maurice (6/5): Decent - Good location, 5-10 minutes to two different subway lines. The room was very clean and my room service was very thorough. The elevator always stops at the second floor. At night I heard quite a few construction noises from the street, I don‘t know if this is often the case or not. I didn‘t like the shower hose but that it subjective. I had a bed for 2 for myself but the room felt quite small overall.

The room was quiet large compared to other similar hotel. I do recommend this hotel ! Staff was not that good at English on arrival day, fortunately my husband spoke Japanese.

- Rie (3/5): 娘の誕生日という大切な日に水風呂で風邪をひいてしんどすぎたから別のホテルを選んだら良かったと後悔しかないです。 - 掃除が行き届いてて綺麗でした 大人1人、9歳子供、13歳子供、3人で泊まったけどベットが狭かった。お風呂に入って直ぐにシャワーのお湯が出たけど髪の毛を洗ってる時に水が出て来て10分程ずっと水で震えが止まらなかった。お風呂から上がって直ぐにくしゃみと鼻水が止まらなくて次の日も風邪の症状が酷くて最悪だった。次の日は娘の誕生日だからこのホテルを利用したけど別のホテルにしたら良かった。 エレベーターに乗る時にカードキーを照らす説明が無くて不親切と思った。

- Jessica (9/5): Great location, clean and comfortable rooms. Value for money. - The location is great, walking distance to the main shopping and attraction areas. The room was great value for money, clean, quiet and comfortable. The staff were very kind, helpful and prompt whenever we needed assistance. The cleaning service was daily including fresh towels. The car park requires assistance from the front desk to enter and exit on every occasion. The TV does not have any apps like YouTube or Netflix and all the movies available to watch are in Japanese, unlike other MyStays hotels.
