The jacuzzi was amazing there was a tv and they has bath salts and bubbles foam. The amenities was amazing to and there was snacks alcohol available only thing that was not was beer or might have over looked it. But sodas coffee wine and liquor! For what I paid this has been amazing 👏 The staff was really sweet I even spilled my nuddles and they fixed it. Location is amazing too Idk 🤷♂️

There were so many things in the bathroom that they’re actually wasn’t space for our own items. We would have liked to have known it was as family friendly as it is before choosing to stay there. We have nothing against children, we have two of our own, but when traveling, it would have been nice to know that there is a play area in the dining area.

- Brian (10/5): - Family friendly hotel with a great location a short walk to the Namba train station (Midosuji, Sennichimae, Yotsubashi and Hanshin lines) and OCAT bus terminal, across the river from the main dotonburi area where you can see the glico man. The free drinks, breakfast buffet, special afternoon tea and evening ramen were simple but delicious. Plus the bathroom amenities were great too. The little play area in common area with the video games was a nice touch and great for keeping the little ones busy. The room arrangement was perfect for our family of 4 with two large beds and a large bathroom with a tub. Overall a very well throughout hotel where everything has a purpose and the staff were lovely 10/10 would highly recommend to others. Nothing everything was great

- Nancy (7/5): Great location and great freebies - Loved all the freebies! Location was amazing. Staff were very professional and polite. The double beds are very small for two tall-ish people. Cushions are not comfortable - would be great to offer western cushions. Went for the free breakfast at 9am and there was nothing left, and what was previously there didn’t seem amazing either. We had an unfortunate situation where the person above us made consistent loud banging noises from 11pm at night. The receptionist told them to stop but they didn’t. The kind receptionist allowed us to move rooms. Not the hotels fault, but a watch out that you can hear rude people stomping above.

There were lots of “free” bathroom products and a limited amount of drinks available. The free afternoon tea was lovely. The snack choice was poor, the breakfast was poor and the only window in the apartment opened into a wall. It smelled of fish when the window was open.

- Liz (10/5): Hit for families with kids!!! - My children would give this an 11+ if they could. I would give it a 9.9 just because it doesn’t have a public onsen. But overall an exceptional hotel. Actually had to drag the kids away to go see the sites in Osaka, they would have preferred just to spend 4 days in the hotel. One child read 12 books in one day! I enjoyed all the various free skin and bath products to try and made my own “wellness” every night in our bathtub with the free glass of wine.

Free popcorn, drinks, breakfast and ramen at night as well as retro games consoles and a karaoke booth made for lots of home comforts. Hotel was beautiful and calm, staff were incredibly helpful and friendly very easy to get around to the local sights everything in 30 minutes and namba walk and dottinburi literally on the doorstep. Nothing I didn't like about this hotel, would highly recommend

- Strong (10/5): Great family spot in Osaka! - This was a great spot with a fun option for a larger family of 4. Great amenities including free breakfast, snacks and drinks throughout the day. They have karaoke on sight but we didnt take advantage. The best part was walking out the door to walk the river and surrounding areas. I liked how the bathroom, shower and sinks all had their own space and the beds were in another area. If I had to be picky, it would be that you had to sit on the floor in your room. A chair would have been nice but not a big deal.

Unlike other hotels I’ve stayed in—where it’s a struggle just to open a suitcase—this room had more than enough space to comfortably accommodate a family of four, along with luggage and even two strollers. On top of that, the complimentary amenities were impressive. Breakfast is included (simple, with breads and an onigiri maker, but still a great perk), along with free popcorn in the lobby, a small retro-style game area featuring classics like Pac-Man, a soda bar, and even complimentary alcohol. There’s also a free karaoke room, which I didn’t get a chance to try, but is a fun addition.

I got to use Refa hair products for free and other skin care amenities. They had a free drink station which me and my partner loved to pregame our night out lol. It was also very convenient to get to Dotonbori, like a 8 min walk. Staff was very friendly and check in was fast. Can not wait to come back for my next trip.

- Kira (10/5): Both ourselves and our kids genuinely did not want to leave - All the amenities that were included were amazing - my kids (and us) didn’t want to leave! We loved how this hotel was so kid friendly and also allowed us to purchase the mini cute Dinos that were in our room! The blankets (yet another amenity) also saved us as we used it to cover our kids in the stroller because they were freezing outside. We can’t say enough good things about this hotel, and we can’t wait to come back The beds were a little hard, but that’s just our preference.
