- 幸生 (8/5): まあまあ - 静かでした。ゆっくり寝て休めます。 部屋の机の引き出しのノブがゆるゆるでドライヤーもサイズが大きくて閉まらないのに平然と開けたままです。管理者を変えた方が良いです。施設が泣いてますよ。

- Yuji (5/5): - 眺めがよかった。ゆっくり休めた。 部屋が古い。エアコンが集中管理で調整できない。ベッド下電気がつかなかった。冷蔵庫の音が時々ガガガと鳴りうるさかった。一番のマイナス点はベッドにコンセントがなく2mほど離れた場所にあったためベッドで充電しながら携帯をイジれなかった。

- Muriel (8/5): Very good value for money business hotel next to train station - Free parking on site. We had room 1551 and 1553 in the Annex of Kinsui-en (behind the building on the photo). The Annex is a business hotel. Friendly reception. Small but complete, decorated room with bathroom. Good pillows. Overall very good value for money. Western-Japanese breakfast - with coffee - can be reserved on site the evening before (1400 jpn). Trashcan and bathroom lamp could be cleaner. The floor lamp of my room 1551 didn't work. Bed a bit hard. At 3 o'clock in the morning someone started using washing machines opposite rooms 1555 and 1557 slamming some washing machine doors (although my boyfriend slept right through it).

- KENJI (8/5): - 佐伯な宿泊する時は必ずこのホテルと決めています。 なんと言っても朝食(和定食)がオススメ。 部屋の壁が薄いのか？、隣の部屋の話し声やいびきが聞こえるのが、マイナスポイント。 しかし、朝食☀️🍴が魅力的なので次回も必ず宿泊させていただきます。

- R (7/5): Great food and staff. - The staff were so helpful. They managed to change my room as the WiFi was not working in my original one. The good in the restaurant was great too. The places is a little dated with some wallpaper peeling. However, it is in a quiet area which is not a high tourist area. There was old grime around the taps in the bathroom and the base the shower/ bath looked grimey.

- Lim (8/5): Very good - It was raining when we reached Saiki and luckily the hotel was only a short walk away. There are 2 wings to the hotel and when we entered via the restaurant wing, we were impressed with the luxury and space.... only to be told to head over to the other wing to check into our rooms. We opted for a japanese tatami styled room for family of 5. The beds were all laid out for us when we arrived. The room was clean and the "wash" area was huge. There was a cubilcle for toilet, a room for shower and an open space for the sink. The space a slightly tight. There were traces of spiders in the room
- ??? (6/5): - 景色を見ようと窓際の障子を開けたら虫の死骸が数匹いたり、部屋の入り口の襖を閉めたら溝はホコリだらけて、とても不快でした。 あまり掃除が行き届いてない感じでした。 あとは、エアコンのフィルターが上から飛び出していて正しく設置されてないようでした。 レンタサイクルがあり、近隣の海の市場などへ行くのに便利だったのは良かったです。
