What they call "gym" are just 3 aerobic machines, and the "restaurant" is only where they serve the breakfast, you can't actually order anything, having lunch and dinner is not an option. There are plenty of restaurants around the hotel and you can find multiple options for gyms and outdoor training, but if they mention it in their description then they should have it.

The room was like a bunker, one window facing an internal vent, very dark and ugly which we kept shut down. The shower was not very clean and the drain not working well flooding the floor.

Ok Tivi hỏng ko xem được, buồng phòng để cửa mở khi dọn phòng, có muỗi bay vào phòng. Điều hòa rất mát, tốt. Bể bơi quá nhỏ, cho trẻ em bơi thì phù hợp.

There was always someone at the front desk and the location was unbeatable - you walk out the door straight to the lake and on weekends, you are right on the doorstep of the night market. The first card was already damaged and failed to work, yet I was forced to pay for a replacement. To make matters worse, the new card I received was even older than the first one. Both cards had adhesive tape wrapped all around them, which was peeling off, and they even had cracks. If a key card is broken or in such poor condition, why is it still being used? They should have been thrown away and replaced with new ones long ago.

- Vladislav (7/5): В качестве временного жилья - отлично. В качестве более постоянного - есть серьезные недостатки. - Жили в апартаментах на последнем 15м этаже. Номер удобный, для долгого проживания вполне можно рассматривать вместо аренды квартиры. Приятно порадовали два туалета - если различаются ритмы жизни с остальными, можно не переживать о том, что разбудишь кого-нибудь (или наоборот, не разбудят тебя) поздним умыванием. Также порадовала планировка - хорошо сделано разделение зон. Удобно удалённо работать обоим в разных комнатах. На завтраки сам ни разу не попал, но девушка сказала, что достаточно хороший завтрак и всё необходимое было. Симпатичный вид из окна - видно и море, и город. Всегда открыт подъем на крышу - на крыше общий небольшой бассейн, несколько лежаков и столики со стульями. Ночью открывается красивый вид на город. Уборка чисто символическая - меняют полотенца (или красиво складывают прошлые), застилают кровать. На этом как будто бы всё - пыль и мусор в основном как лежали, так и остаются лежать после уборки. Мебель в отеле и сантехника сильно уставшие, не помешал бы капитальный ремонт/замена. Часто терялось подключение к Wi-Fi, в какой-то момент отключался роутер и перезапускался по несколько минут. Очень критично, если собираетесь работать или созваниваться во время проживания здесь.

- tania (5/5): - O hotel tem uma otima estrutura com quarto e banheiro grande com vista mar, bom elevador e piscina. A localização é excelente. O atendimento da recepção foi boa e até nos ajudou imprimindo um docto que precisavamos p o próximo destino,. qdo chegamos o chão tinha cabelos e tinha toalha usada pendurada atras da porta do banheiro. O chão só foi limpo na vespera de irmos embora, sabonete liquido e papel higiênico não eram repostos e precisavamos pedir na recepção. Deixaram tbm o saco com o lixo do banheiro sobre a nossa pia. O café da manhã começa as 6:30, mas nunca estava pronto no horário e como tinhamos passeios contratados logo pela manhã, acabavamos tendo q comer muito rapido ou ficar sem comer. O café da manhã tem variedade, mas os itens não são repostos, se for mais tarde já não tem varios itens

- Tokiko (7/5): - ベトナム航空から便変更の案内が届きました。航空会社に電話をしなければならず、困ってしまってフロントのスタッフに相談したら、親身になって対応してくれました。 朝食は、現地の方々が普段食べているようなメニューもあり楽しめました。近所のレストランより味付けも上手で美味しかったです。 使えるコンセントが少なく、部屋にあった現地の電化製品のプラグでも差し込めない場所が多かったです。

Dopo aver pagato abbiamo dovuto richiedere la ricevuta, in quanto non avevano nessuna intenzione di rilasciarla. Su Booking, l'orario di colazione era fino le 9.30 ma di fatto fino le 9. Colazione di scarsa qualità, difficile distinguere il caffè dal the. Alla fine ci hanno addebitato 2 acque che non abbiamo mai consumato perché avevamo sempre le nostre abbondanti scorte. Il bagno si allaga a facilmente perché il gruppo del rubinetto non era ben fissato.
