Tycker det är dåligt att man behöver betala för hotellfrukost när man ändå har betalat en fin peng för att få bo på hotellet.

The hotel is located in a vibrant neighborhood, within walking distance of local shops, the station, and attractions, especially Dotonbori. The area had a fantastic atmosphere. The hotel itself was nice and clean, and the room was comfortable—perfect for a family with two kids. They offer free drinks and ice cream for guests every day, along with Ramen nights. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend trying this hotel if you’re in Osaka! Nothing. It was fantastic staying.

There are daily activities in the hotel, my daughter made a key chain and she liked it a lot, and there were also simple cooking class and coffee tasting when we were there. All staff were very helpful and cheerful. It's amazing to have ice-cream/drinks all you can eat, the dining hall was open to all tenants which are very convenient if people just want to get refreshed with a drink or gather with friends The common floor was always VERY busy. It's very hard to get a table for breakfast or late night around the free noddle time. And it's some time too lively.

The hotel is clean and comfortable and staff are always friendly and ready to assist. We have stayed here previously and will continue to do so each time we visit Osaka. The bed configuration was a little bit small for our family of 4.

We had freebies of kimono wear & ramen & Sake! - Location was fantastic - right next to Ebibascho Station, centrally located within Osaka making it a breeze to travel to UMEDA, DONBASHI. It was within walking distance to the Osaka Sky tower. I initially ordered a 3 bed room stay, this was actually just a slightly bigger (in terms of square metres) 2 bed hotel room space, so it was pretty cramp. Okay for a family unit, but i would recommend if you are with friends to book 2 separate 2 bedder hotel rooms instead as there simply isn't any room for luggage once the 3 beds are in place.

Pretty room with plenty of space for 2, well organized, large window that you can open a bit, plenty of natural light and street view. Everything works well. Comfortable beds The rooftop terrasse is really nice, worth a visit Extremely nice staff, speaking English very well. You can do a late check out for a small fee and until 2pm. Good breakfast, large selection, and also free ramen, drinks and ice-cream at times The whole place was clean and quiet and well taken care of. We were worried about the large tourists groups, there were some but no bother at all. By the time we went to breakfast they were almost gone and at night it was kind of fun and lively. Same for the nice onsen, there was nobody when we used it. Highly recommended ! We will stay there again Nothing

Myself, co-parent/ex-partner & our 4 yr old daughter all thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The hotel is EXCEPTIONAL value bang for your buck. Every night, between 5 & 8 there is a FREE BAR. Yup. You read that correctly. And I don't just mean a box of crappy fruit juice-ish wine - I mean a (very funky - you gotta try it), beer machine, sake & decent branded (santory) spirits. Kids bored? They got that covered with FREE ICE CREAM the same hours.🤣 Feeling tipsy come 9pm? Not to worry - they lay on FREE RAMEN! (Difficult as veggie however). Kid tired of sightseeing? FREE JAPANESE KID FRIENDLY CULTURAL EXPERIENCES/EVENTS perfectly timed around your sightseeing/mealtimes at 11am & 5pm. The kimono experience is a must-do. Opposite the Osaka tower & market area. 20 mins walk from Dontoburi. Bonus environmental points: if you decide you don't need your room changed everyday to be eco-friendly, unlike most hotels, you do not have to forfit loo roll, fresh dry towels & toiletries - you can select to just have those & they will leave them outside your door in a lovely tote laundry bag you get to keep. Bonus kid points: a kid pack is given out to tiny humans, with the cutest free teddy bear slippers. Travelling light? They provide pyjamas, slippers, face/body cloth & daily toothbrushes/paste, along with the regular stuff you'd get in a regular 4* UK hotel. Above & Beyond bonus points: * We had bookended our 3 day break to Tokyo with 3 nights either side to sightsee Kyoto/Osaka here. I thought I'd ask, just to check, not for one second ACTUALLY thinking they'd say yes. They allowed us to leave most of our luggage at the hotel whilst we were in Tokyo, making our trip soooooo much easier and/or saving us lots of money in storage. I know its customary for hotels to do this on check in/out days, but not for dayyyyyysss!!! *Coffee is available FREE throughout the day & night! As is tea & health water. Music to my ears as a coffeoholic. Breakfast INCREDIBLE. One of the best ever! Even as a veggie I found something to eat! Scrambled egg, sweetcorn soup, tofu & green beans! - you name it, they have it! Excellent mix of asian & western on offer. Any negatives? • Gym not really a gym - it's a running machine & a cycling machine, that's it. They shouldn't really advertise it as one, because some of us (smug) excercise nutjobs book based on the ability to excercise. Mind you, excercising drunk on their free booze became a fun novelty of my stay, so I forgave them! • Room is very small, like having to stack the chairs onto the desk to leave room for my case small. Americans if you are reading this you will need to book a superior room, because it will really drive you crazy. WORTH it for the hotel overall however. • not their fault as this is commonplace in Japan, but you cant use the onsen with tattoos. The japanese are literally miles ahead of everyone (omg toilets! Kindness/compassion to strangers! - the west can learn so much!), but on this one thing, they have not progressed: Tattoos still mean gangsters & criminals. I was able to use it as had called up in advance from the UK, told them I had tattoos & for some reason they said I could use the facilities, so I obviously trekked over there unknowing. I pointed them out to the lady on duty & she smiled & let me in because it was quiet. But there's literally posters all round forbidding entry, so navigate your expectations. • Aircon confusing & room initially stuffy. However kindly they set it for us so that the ability to use heat was disabled & then it was fine. Consistant exceptional kindness from staff here. All you need to do is talk to them and they will set it and I wish I'd done that on the first night now. That's my bad. Ways to improve? - please do a veggie ramen option, or at least one night where we can enjoy. I think in a major hotel in a major city with a flowing tourist trade, striking a decent balance between, "In Rome, do as the Romans do" & "hey, our entire income relies on foreigners" is important. With this in mind I would suggest the following: • one veggie ramen option at least one night so we can partake in that magic, More fruit options at breakfast and some healthy brown bread. • Why not have an hour a day (or at least every few days) where people with tattoos (SO MANY Gen Z/millennial Westerners) can enter the onson and still enjoy it, whilst still respecting the cultural traditions of the host nation. • It would be lovely for the hotel to have a few dishes on offer. Either Asian or Western - but just the ability to order meals at the hotel would be lovely. Deliveroo delivers to the hotel very easily however & there are a plethora of fab restaurants legit on the doorstep. Fellow veggie? - check out the place in the market (the one behind the tower not Dontoburi) with the jumping noodles outside - you'll totally see it & know which one I mean - a spicy vegan ramen.🔥😋😍 Honestly for a family hotel? This is nigh on PERFECTION.❤️ If you are reading this trying to whittle down Osaka hotel options - this is your cue from the universe to stop your search & book here. Short distance to food market and shopping areas. We ordered airport transport from the hotel to Kansai airport since we have 3 large luggages, very good service: comfortable and value for money. -

- msg923 (8/5): Overall great with few concerns - Big room. Accessible to MRT (3 mins from Ebisucho station). Some area of interest - Tsutenkaku tower, lots of eating area and places to buy souvenirs, cosmetics, food, etc. Shampoo, conditioner are the best (Pola). Water is so strong. Always providing water bottles and keeping the room neat. Bed and pillows are great. They provide pajamas. They have activities, free noodles, and free access to a public Onsen although we were not able to join or partake. Fast and smooth check in and check out. Very noisy eating area during the morning. It’s like always at supermarket level noise. Breakfast choices are the same everyday.

The room was clean and the layout was very well done so even though it was "smaller" than an average western style hotel room it didnt feel cramped or small, the bathroom was quiet large. Everything was good during our 2 night stay!

The room size is decent but a bit small for a family of four with teenagers considering also we have lots of luggage which is normal when you’re in Japan because you will shop a lot 😬

Afternoon activities for kids are excellent. Location is exceptional. The lack of lobby premises. A cofee machine with more options which are not hot coffee and light coffee would have been appreciated (perhaps a bit demanding, but what to do...I am italian) :D Gym is extremely basic.

- Suzanne (8/5): Nice hotel which suited our needs - Varied choice at breakfast and free drinks and ice cream were great (we didn't try free Ramen or activities but they looked good and we're well used). Right next to tube station and shops. Had onsen which we didn't try. Very busy at times. Seemed to be a hotel more used by Japanese than European tourists. Room size was ok.

In the lobby we had ice cream and soft drinks available and the most part of the day as a courtesy. The staff was very friendly and attentive. Onsen não é no mesmo prédio dos quartos, mas é muito confortável e com horários bem amplos. Tem happy hour com bebidas e sorvetes e, a partir das 21h, uma sopa grátis (ramen). Café da manhã completo com boa variedade de carnes e sushi, bem como frutas, pães e geleias. Tamanho do quarto e opções de reserva na booking que não correspondem ao necessário para acomodar confortavelmente. Éramos 2 adultos e 2 crianças, preenchemos corretamente o número de hóspedes e foi oferecido no Booking apenas 1 quarto, como se coubéssemos, mas não coubemos. O quarto era bem pequeno (compatível com o padrão japonês para hotéis similares) com espaço apenas para passar uma pessoa entre a cama e a parede e, o que nos desagradou, só havia 2 camas de solteiro. Juntamos as camas, mas ainda assim dormimos os 4 bem apertados. Recomendo que revisem com bastante atenção as opções de camas nos quartos ao reservar, pois não cabem camas extras.

Great location, yummy ramen each evening, daily activities and free drinks each night. We traveled as a family of 2 adults and 2 children. We used the onsen daily when is in the building next door. Staff are so helpful and patient. We highly recommend the hotel. The first room we were given had a strange smell but we were able to change rooms once we let reception know.
