Nicolaas (2/5): worth it - Our door didn't lock for the inside so we slept with an open door all night. There is no security anyone can just drive in because it seem deserted. It took us 35 min to just find a worker to help us. There are many many flies in the cabins. There is a TV not connected to anything. There is no cell reception, or WiFi so if something goes wrong well your on your own. The place is extremely basic and you are basically paying for the view which is amazing. I only started looking at reviews of the place after we stayed there and well everyone seems to like the views and not many like the place. We didn't feel like it was worth what you pay and we will never stay there again.
Verified traveler (4/5): - Upon our arrival there was no reception desk and the restaurant was deserted. We eventually found the housekeeper who spoke no English. She told us no one was at the property and she had to contact the property owner. The owner said she did not have our reservation and after some discussion, the housekeeper led us to a cabin. We told her we were staying for a night and she was visibly irritated and unwelcoming. After a few hours, another man came trying to check in. He had the same struggles, except he was turned away by the housekeeper despite having a reservation. The property also seemed very insecure, there was no reception or security, the main gate was left open all night and our door would not lock. In addition, there is no phone reception nor wifi in case of an emergency. The property is beautiful, the cabin was clean and the beds were comfortable. It’s the customer service that was lacking.
alan (8/5): - The unit was very nice and clean . Staff were very friendly and helpful . Unit did not have a shower but only bath tubs which was a slight negative .The unit needs some maintenance and general TLC
