Buona l’accoglienza ed il servizio a distanza per guidarti ad accedere alla struttura. L’ascensore nel we non necessita della monetina per utilizzarlo. La finestra ha scricchiolato tutta la notte non permettendoci di dormire in relax.

The check in details were not cleary said from the begining, the details were sent to us only after check in period started and after we messaged and called. The apartment was located at 7th floor, sometimes you have to pay the elevator. The only heating supply is the AC which did not work very well. Do not recommend during winter times. In the bathroom was some mold.

Заселення безконтактне - ми заїхали близько півночі, що зручно. Велика квартира, широкі, зручні ліжка, два санвузли. Хороший душ, є фен. Приміщення могло б бути чистішим. Не було жодної склянки чи чашки, нема чайника. Район навколо виглядав небезпечним, на вулиці брудно. Зранку стає шумно, бо квартира розташована над дорогою.

• Gabriele64 (8/5): - Die Lage in der Nähe des Hauptbahnhofs war sehr gut für Ausflüge. Das Zimmer + Bad waren sauber. Gute Schallschutztür zur Straßenseite. Der kleine Kühlschrank war sehr nützlich. Das Bett war gut und nicht zu hart. Nach gut der Hälfte meines Aufenthalts kam keine Putzfrau mehr, war außer der Abfallentsorgung kein Problem. Hab den Müll dann vor's Appartement gestellt. Zu wenig Klopapier!

• Gabriele Virdis (7/5): Esperienza contrastante - Con mesi di anticipo abbiamo richiesto il check-in anticipato di tre ore per motivi di itinerario, ci è stato detto che era soggetto a disponibilità e successivamente che avrebbero potuto dircelo il giorno stesso. Il giorno del check-in, la mattina, abbiamo inviato un messaggio per chiedere se fosse possibile e non abbiamo ricevuto risposta, che è arrivata ed è stata negativa solo al momento dell'arrivo in stazione e dopo averli chiamati. Ma fossero questi i problemi... Dopo aver aspettato tre ore in stazione, siamo arrivati in struttura e le chiavi che dovevano essere nella cassettina per poter entrare in stanza non c'erano. La soluzione? Farci aspettare lì senza neanche proporre un'alternativa poiché nessuno a quanto pare aveva le chiavi di questa camera. Dopo un'ora di attesa ci siamo recati presso l'hotel che gestisce questa struttura, il Soul Art Hotel in Piazza Carità, avvisando che ci saremmo recati lì per risolvere la situazione, perché non potevamo perdere altro tempo, visti i tempi stretti della vacanza. Fortunatamente all'arrivo in hotel ci hanno subito spostato in una stanza lì, e qui un po' perde anche valore questa recensione. Perché noi non abbiamo alloggiato presso Rooms Mastrangelo, vicino alla stazione, bensì in un hotel a quattro stelle vicino a via Toledo, con ovviamente tutto un altro trattamento. Diciamo così: se avete problemi con le chiavi, forse è il vostro giorno fortunato!

There were some ants walking around on the floor but they still came to clean every day.. just wished it was a little bit cleaner.

There are pigeons living in the covered space above the curtains of the 3rd room, so they were noisy day and night and in the morning. And in general, a very noisy place, even at night. The area looks uncomfortable, it is dangerous to go out into the city. The paths and the street around the house are very untidy, there is a lot of garbage and big cockroaches are running around. The most basic dishes, utensils and a kettle were sorely lacking.

• Ali (1/5): horrible experience - When I checked into the apartment, I wasn't expecting anything luxurious, but basic hygiene should be a minimum standard. Unfortunately, I found cigarette/joint butts behind the door. The frying pan hadn't been cleaned and was covered in grease. Overall, the place was very dirty, and it doesn't seem like any cleaning was done between guests. The blanket is very dirty and covered in stains, urine and blood! I tried to contact customer service, which responded after more than 10 hours. Due to the poor hygiene in the room, we didn't want to stay. Customer service was extremely irresponsible and thought the problem could be solved by simply changing the blanket the next day. Don't make the same mistake my friend and I did by being tempted by the cheap price and the central location of the apartment. It was really not worth it. The irresponsible staff refused to offer any refund. In the end, my friend and I checked into another apartment that maintained a much higher standard and wasn't much more expensive

The shower was clogged. Definitely not soundproof, we could hear conversations from the neighbors. The wifi password did not work and when we mentioned it at the reception they totally ignored us. We figured out they had misspelled it on the given directions we received. Late at night our key stuck in the door and we couldn't get in. When we contacted the reception via text message their answer was "there is no personnel at this time. We have no one to sent to help you". For sure there was not 24/7 reception. The elevator costs 10 cent per ride and it doesn't give changes back.

• Froisea (9/5): Great 3 night break in Naples! - Check in process very smooth, the guy was very friendly, patient & helpful. Yes, the lift costs 10c per use, but I was expecting that after reading the reviews so not a problem. Room clean, fresh white bedding, comfortable mattress & pillow. Wasn't the exact room from the pictures and there wasn't a bidet in the bathroom which was also slightly smaller, but that didn't bother us. There's also a kitchen/dining area off the bedroom. The shower was hot and had good pressure - only that it could do with a deep clean on the inside of the shower door, but I get that it's hard to see that unless you're using it! The room was serviced every day and we received fresh towels. The aircon works well and isn't loud. There is a small convenience store right next door where you can buy water and other things. It's in very close proximity to central station and safe enough walking - we stayed as a couple but I saw women walking alone sometimes. It's a bit of a walk to the centre & the main restaurants but it is doable, or you can just take the metro. I would definitely come back! Thanks for a wonderful stay. Some pegs would be nice in case you want to wash/hang anything on the line outside the window. There were some sounds from neighbours but not very noticeable for too long and no street noise.
• Cristian (9/5): Good value for money - Location is very central so that you can travel anywhere with ease. The room was exceptional, clean, spacous. Had lots of mirrors, very fun for a couple on holiday. Neighborhood feels unsafe. Not more than most of Napoli, but still. Wifi password provided did not work. On the other hand, on booking the property did not declare they had internet. Elevator is small and costs 10cents to take. It is not mentioned beforehand.

• Glenn (8/5): Very good - The room was clean and the bed was big and comfy. Plus, we had AC. The location was also pretty convenient considering it was right near the train station. Even though it was remote check in, the 24/7 service gave us all the information needed to get into the property and were always available to answer questions. This had nothing to do with the property itself but the surrounding location felt a bit dangerous (we were two girls travelling). By the end of our stay our toilet also stopped flushing properly which was slightly annoying. Apart from that, can't complain!
