- TSUNEAKI (10/5): ２回目の使用ですが新世界で泊まるならここかな。 - 最上階に大浴場があってそこからなんとか見える通天閣はなんかいいですね。 駐車場がないのがちょっと…近くにコインパーキングはあるけど提携してないみたいだしゴミの不法投棄がたくさんあり帰る際に精算しようとしたら今の千円札に対応していない機械てとても不便でした。

- Wai Ching Alice (9/5): Decent hotel to stay in Osaka - One stop to hotel from airport, many lines to everywhere, close to convenience store, restaurants. Offer free hot bath , 24 hr free drinks , simple breakfast (bread), TV in the room , ample of sitting space wifi charging station on G/F Room is small and hard to open big suitcase. Corridor & lift e we itch strong smoking smell. However the room do not have smoking smell.

- Siew Seng (9/5): Whenever I came to Osaka, I always stayed here. - It is well located, next to the station. As it it near the station, there could some noises coming from the trains. In spite of that, it is good place to stay. Nil

- WATANABE (9/5): 格安のプランで宿泊できました。ありがとうございました - JR線、南海線の改札から出てすぐのところに立地があるところ チェックインの時間より早めにチェックインできたこと 大浴場が遅くまでやっていたこと 1度洗濯機と乾燥機を使いました。洗濯はともかく、乾燥機30分では乾ききらず2度回したところ。

- Kevin (6/5): - Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend das Bad im zwölften Stock ist auch sehr schön. Das Hotel hat sehr dünne Wände. Man hört andere im Zimmer und auch die Bahn die direkt am Zimmer vorbei fährt von 05:00 bis 00:30Uhr ist recht laut.

- Yasushi (10/5): 大阪滞在はいつもサンプラザです。 - いつもながらスタッフの皆さんはとても親切でした。荷物の重量をはかる際に体重計、コンビニに荷物を運ぶ際に台車を貸して頂きました。 大阪に泊まる際はサンプラザ一択です。 駅から30秒の立地、清潔な館内、最上階にある展望風呂(男性用), 一階共有スペースはコーヒー無料、そして良心的な価格。まるで、ホテルのサクラみたいな評価ですが本当に素晴らしいです。 金曜日と土曜日は価格が平日の3倍くらいになりますが、他のホテルも同様なので仕方ないでしょうか。

- hsin tzu (7/5): - 新今宮車站出來後 很快就到 行李多又重的就不用擔心得拖很久才能到 地理位置個人覺得很方便 附近吃的 逛的 需要的伴手禮能買到的也不少 離通天閣也很近 價格真的算很實惠了 能吸菸的樓層 覺得還是有點不夠通風 所以會覺得有點悶悶的 味道也有點重 離車站非常近 但窗戶會有兩扇 個人覺得都關起來倒是還好 要是對聲音比較敏感 可能得思考一下

- Elizabeth Itati (5/5): Barato, buena distancia pero limpieza 0 - Tiene buena ubicación y el personal fue muy agradable y atento, me ayudaron en todo lo posible. Mi habitación estaba sucia, manchas en la pared y al estar buscando un objeto personal por la habitación, moví la cama para ver si estaba por ahí y me encontré basura del anterior huésped. Y bueno, qué decir de que está al lado de la estación de metro, literalmente te despiertas con el ruido del metro.

- Brock (10/5): Budget friendly, clean and amazing location. - I’ve been staying here over the course of nearly 8 years. It’s the only place we will stay in Osaka. Amazing location with a main hub station <1 min walk away. Tons of local food options around. Staff are always lovely and welcoming.

- JIANLIN (9/5): - 地理位子很好，當天因為交通問題，有提前通知會晚到，抵達時有夜班人員可以交接入住，對於此服務只能給非常感謝。 然後有大澡堂是最驚艷的地方，性價比超過100分。 電梯有菸味，房間也有淡淡的菸味，隔音有點差，一樓有提供免費的耳塞。 以性價比來說，這些都不是問題。

- cristian marcelo (8/5): - Que estaba cerca de la estación algunas personas les molesta el ruido del tren la.verdad a mí ni me molestó, el personal.fue amable en explicarme cosas que la verdad no entendí porq me las dijeron en inglés pero hicieron el intento, el.baño en la planta de arriba fue lo mejor después de horas caminando, igual por el precio estaba perfecto para mí.
