Lo staff gentilissimo, pulizia della camera giornaliera e la possibilità di accedere con il nostro cane al ristorante al piano terra. Parcheggio davvero vicino. Abbiamo fatto il check-in alle 22.30 a causa del traffico trovato sull’autostrada del brennero e ci hanno aspettato senza problemi. Una volta fatto il check-out abbiamo chiesto la possibilità di lasciare la macchina al parcheggio fino all’ora di pranzo e non c’è stato alcun problema neanche qui. Disponibilità, cortesia, accoglienza, pulizia, tutto perfetto. Nulla.

- Giada (9/5): Tornerei sicuramente in questo hotel - Posizione centrale, la macchina si può lasciare in un parcheggio che si raggiunge in pochi minuti a piedi. Lo staff è davvero gentile. Vasta scelta per la colazione tra dolce e salato, e ottima la cena. Le camere si presentano molto pulite. Le camere sono un po’ datate e manca un piccolo frigo bar.

- Stephen (7/5): Hotel Stella Moena - Room cleaning service was outstanding. Location was good. The parking charge. On arrival we were told that it cost 5euros per day to park outside the hotel and were happy to pay this. On checking out we were charged an additional fee which doubled the parking charge to 10euros per day. This should have been made clearer at the start.

- Giorgio (8/5): Very nice hotel in Moena with an excellent restaurant - The hotel has a perfect location right in the centre of Moena, it has a very nice traditional style and an excellent restaurant where we definitely recommend to have dinner, we had dinner there both nights we stayed and we were really satisfied. The hotel has also a free private parking at 5 minutes walking distance, which is really convenient if you are coming by car. The sound isolation of the room was very bad, it was not a problem for us because we wanted to wake up early, but we could hear everything that was happening in the corridors even early in the morning.
