- John (4/5): I guess for a bed for an oernight stay it is OK but a s part of a holiday, somewhat disappointing. - It was not a good room. Other rooms maybe fine. There were no windows in the room. It is alien to us. I have never stayed in a room with no windows.

- Emmadi (2/5): - Nothing Hotel asked us to do the complete payment as our checkin is late. So we asked them to send complete details including IFSC code etc, but they didn't send complete details. They have just given one payment option and did not even help us as we had trouble doing the online payment. They gave us an option to cancel booking if payment is not done, because of which we had to cancel. Atleast they could give one more different option for payment or helped us in doing international payment.

- kotaki (1/5): - なし When I tried to check in, I was made to wait for over 30 minutes. After that, I was told the hotel was overbooked and that I would be taken to another hotel. I was then taken to a location even farther from the airport. At that hotel, I was told that credit card payment was not possible and that I had to pay in cash. When I said I did not have cash, they told me they would take me to yet another hotel. I felt unsafe and refused. They then told me to wait because they would bring a credit card terminal, but I was left waiting. I repeatedly asked to be taken to a room, but I was not allowed into a room for 1.5 hours. By then, it was already midnight. They person is very rude and I hardly FO NOT recommend this place.

Многие жалуются на кровать что жёсткая, это наверное единственное что мне понравилось. Нет окон вообще, нет вентиляции, убитая ванная и не рабочий холодильник.

- Tran (10/5): Lovely hotel with friendly staff and welcoming atmosphere. - The staff and property were amazing. People were very nice and helpful, even with my limited Vietnamese language. Their driver (Tony Whang I believe) even gave me recommendations for food and attractions in the area. The hotel is in the middle of all the attractions of Vietnam, but you may need a taxi to get to all the places. The beds were also a bit firm but this is just a personnel opinion.

We heard the elevator playing a sound every time it opened which was very often. Very hard mattress and short cover for a double bed.

- An (9/5): convenient and suitable option for overnight layover, close to airport at a great price. - very close to airport, driving distance within 10mins; on scooter may be even faster. doesn't include breakfast but very easy to find food within walking distance. cold bottled water available at reception; staff very helpful and eager to help as much as possible. room was clean and had everything I needed for a one-night stay including toothbrush, shampoo, hair dryer. first impression was not great as i tried to book an airport pick-up. but when I arrived they told me the car was too far away and wouldn't be able to pick me up, and a taxi cost double the amount. not much noise insulation - when people were walking up the stairs late at night i could hear it from my room. bed/mattress was quite hard/firmer than expected. but i was so tired i fell asleep anyway.

The room is spacious, and the staff is friendly and helpful. I booked "Premium Deluxe Room with Bathtub" with a window, but the actual room has no window, so it's like staying in a big box.

- Brian (3/5): Sensitive noses take note - The hotel offered a nice breakfast buffet and the neighborhood was good with lots of restaurants near by. Our room had a bathtub that was not plumbed - the water would run out the bottom onto the floor then across the room into the floor drain. The bigger problem was there is only one centimeter clearance between the floor and tub so they can not clean. The water naturally is dirty so for the first few minutes it smells horrible as it attempts to wash away the mold and filth. Our room also had no windows so it felt like being in a cell. I would probably avoid a tub room if available.
- Mod (5/5): Passable - We booked Yoko Hotel but we got moved to Red Sun since they did not have an available room for us in Yoko for early check in. They moved us to Red Sun at no cost which was very nice of them. Red Sun is a bit dated than YoKo although closer to the airport. We had two rooms and both smells like cigar. Bathroom needs some upgrade too. We did not stay for the night as we only bookked so we can wait comfortably for out midnight flight. There were also episodes of random knocking on our door which was a bit strange - we opened the door and no one was there.

- Denzil (7/5): For the price you pay I would recommend staying here - It was easy to find, very close to the airport which made things much easier, small but good for the price you pay I don’t know if this is a thing in Vietnam but the bed was really hard almost equivalent to sleeping on the floor lol wasn’t too much of an issue though as we were grateful for any bed, also having a shower the water took almost a whole day to drain away, me and my partner had to have like 1min showers each

- Betsy (3/5): The most uncomfortable bed ever - The property was clean and conveniently located near the airport. The shower was good. The staff were polite. The bed was so hard that it felt like sleeping on the floor, and our blanket was tiny and too small for 2 people. There was also an incredibly loud noise throughout the night (I think maybe being caused by the shower in another room or to do with the plumbing) which also prevented us from sleeping. There was no window in our room despite us paying for a ‘superior double’.
