- Tatiana (8/5): Отличный отель - Отель хороший. Расположение у ЖД вокзала (7-10 минут пешком) До основных достопримечательностей 20 минут пешком. Номер чистый, кровать удобная. Я довольна проживанием. Завтрак у меня был включен в проживание. Но, он мне не понравился. Ни обслуживание на завтраке, очень медленно, ни сам завтрак. Если отдельно его оплачивать- 400 рублей. Не стоит таких денег!!!! Это единственный минус отеля. Все остальное соответствует цене и качеству. Есть камера хранения. Выселилась в 11:00, оставила рюкзак, перед погуляла и вечером забрала.
- Rafael (2/5): Отелю место на трассе в тайге, когда выбора нет! - Отель очевидно строился в девяностые, когда надо было построить быстро и не надолго. Да и требовательность людей после СССР еще была низкой. А сейчас, это здание с гулкими коридорами, абсолютным отсутствием звукоизоляции, старыми горчично-желтыми обоями, тусклым освещением и убитым линолеумом на полу. Заходишь в номер и оказываешься в приюте дальнобойщика или маргинала. Депрессуха полная. Санузел заслуживает отдельного ужасного отзыва. Полтора на полтора метра, обит панелями МДФ с огромными щелями, в полу сливной трап и единственное, что отделяет старый унитаз от душа эта занавеска. Раковина в углу малюсенькая да и та, устала висеть и наклонилась вниз. Дозатор для мыла при нажатии поворачивается, никаких принадлежностей нет, кроме полотенец. Гель можно попросить у администратора и самому же сходить за ним. В первом номере который мне предоставили была течь из полотенцесушителя. Дали второй, он оказался аболютно таким же по "интерьеру". Мебель в номере тоже из разряда приди, не смотри и быстро засни. В общем, этот отель худший по комфорту из всех где я бывал. Ни о каких звездах и речи быть не может. Пусть сделают капитальный ремонт здания, а до тех пор ни ногой! В отеле есть бассейн, но после увиденного в номерах я не захотел идти туда. Завтрак более менее разнообразен, шведский стол.
- Maksim (6/5): Не тянет на 3 звезды. - Вроде бы всё неплохо, НО здесь давно пора обновить ремонтом номера, коридоры и ресторан. Лет 20 назад было бы нормально, а сегодня отель точно не дотягивает до 3-х звёзд. Отсутствует вентиляция в душевой - очень душно, жарко и влажно. Отличные завтраки, просто супер. Были с семьёй на машине в майские праздники (проживали 2 ночи). Есть удобная платная парковка у отеля, недалеко пешком до главных достопримечательностей Йошкар-Олы. Отелю выставил бы 2 звезды, да и цена для такого уровня отеля великовата, наверняка есть варианты поинтересней.
- Svetlana (10/5): - Loved all the staff and the food. Amazing Mari menu... very tasty and the portions are nice and big. Everyone is very helpful, tidy and polite. Did not like how other guests treat the staff. The menu should state that "gratuitous are not included and are kindly appreciated" that is so ppl will tip at he end of their meals on the European scale. 😊👍
- IRINA (10/5): Советское общежитие Амакс сити отель!!! - Жесть, а не отель!!! Правильнее было бы назвать это заведение общежитием!!! Номер маленький, старые матрасы, неудобные кровати, холодильника нет, кондиционера нет... Отдельная "песня" - это санузел! Маленькая конура, раковина больше даже в поезде, по-моему, туалет с оторванной крышкой и душ... Этот душ вообще шедевр просто!!! Дырка в полу и занавеска времен гражданской войны!!!! Немного спасает положение только доброжелательный персонал в кафе! Но больше я туда ни ногой!!! А руководителям данного отеля стоит поучиться у более продвинутых отельеров соотношению "цена-качество"! Не рекомендую данный отель никому, даже на одну ночь!!!
