Si por alguna razón te olvidaste de pedirlo, se comunican con vos por medio de WhatsApp para saber que queres desayunar y a que hora tenerlo listo. La ubicación es muy tranquila. El estacionamiento es sobre la calle, igualmente tienen cámaras monitoreando y la zona mas que tranquila. Siempre que dejamos el auto había mas en la vereda del hotel y nunca vimos que pasara nada.

• Nico (10/5): Geheimtipp mit großartiger Gastfreundschaft ✨ - Die Unterkunft liegt etwas außerhalb, was aber überhaupt kein Problem ist. Die Busstation war in unmittelbarer Nähe und es gab jederzeit Taxis (die App heißt InDrive). Abends und nachts war es sehr ruhig – perfekt zum Entspannen und Schlafen. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und geräumig. Die Besitzer waren unglaublich herzlich, sodass man sich fast wie bei Freunden eingeladen fühlte. Wir haben tolle Tipps bekommen und sogar Hilfe bei der Organisation unserer Weiterreise nach Cancun erhalten. Das Frühstück war hervorragend! Man merkt sofort, dass hier mit viel Leidenschaft gearbeitet wird. Vielen Dank für den tollen und liebevollen Aufenthalt. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. ¡Gracias! 😊 alles war super

• Naim (9/5): Cosy stay in PDC - Lovely hosts, nice breakfast, comfy room and the pool was great! Cute and friendly cat was a nice bonus! The only thing was the location, if you have a car it's fine but if you're using public transport you need to plan ahead with the shuttle and taxis. For us it was no issue with the shuttle as we planned to only go out once. Walking around in the area, you're not too far from the shopping centre and restaurants.

On avait réservé une suite junior, et on nous a attribué une chambre double sans aucun équipement ! La propriétaire a pu réserver ensuite à une autre famille la suite junior. Elle nous a même reproché d'avoir payé la suite moins cher via booking par rapport à sa chambre double en passant en direct. Petit déjeuner loin d'être fabuleux (je ne comprends pas les bons avis sur le ptit dej), je dirai même ptit dej médiocre. On dirait qu'on a les fonds de placard de cuisine. Une carafe d'eau posée dans la chambre depuis un certain temps, idem pour le réservoir de la cafetière... (des résidus sont présents en surface) Un transat à la piscine avec des moisissures. Bref pas propre du tout ! B&B A ÉVITER !!!

We had everything we needed for our comfort, I’ve been provided with a hairdryer, our room was cleaned when we needed, breakfast was always fresh and delicious, but you need to book it in advance. The location is ideal for those who are with a rental car. The hosts are so welcoming, always ready to help, providing us with some local tips, that could help to safe our money. There was nothing that we didn’t like. We had an absolutely positive experience and nice atmosphere while staying in the property.
• CARLOS (8/5): Muy buen alojamiento - El personal muy atento, agradable y muy servicial, te proporcionan todo lo que necesites. Muy buena ubicación. Si llevas auto hay estacionamiento en la puerta y está vigilado. Cama muy cómoda. Tiene cuenta de Netflix en la habitación. Una familia irrespetuosa que hizo uso de la piscina/alberca un sábado a las 08:30 am, se escuchaba todo e hicieron muchísimo ruido. Recomendación poner un cartel con el horario de uso en la piscina/alberca para evitar este tipo de situaciones.

Petit déjeuner frais et copieux nous continuons à préparer le même petit déjeuner à la maison :) Elle parle français anglais et espagnol et elle propose même de nous accompagner au centre ville si nous n’avons pas de moyen de transport elle nous a déposer jusqu’à la gare où nous prenions notre bus pour partir lors du départ. Elle répond toujours très rapidement et elle nous a donnée de bon conseil, si je reviens à playa del caremen je reviendrais sans hésiter. Vraiment notre safe place nous nous sommes sentit en sécurité. Le seul petit bémol il n y pas de petit frigo dans la chambre pour garder l’eau au frais lorsqu’il fait très chaud mais sinon tout est ok. La Clim la télé la wifi bref super séjour merci pour tout ❤️

• Stefano (8/5): - Serafin, the guy managing the place was very kind both before and during our stay. Good breakfast freshly made in the morning, A/C worked very well. Perfect location to move along the Riviera Maya with the car. Sharing space, the swimming pool is literally outside the room, which makes it impossible to rest until they close it around 9/10 PM.
• Bertrand (8/5): - Nous avons passé un excellent séjour ! Les hôtes sont adorables et l’extérieur est décoré avec beaucoup de goût, très exotique, j’ai vraiment adoré 🥰. La chambre est bien équipée, peut-être juste un petit bémol sur la taille du lit (nous aimons les lits larges 🤣). Le propriétaire est très serviable et nous a donné de bons conseils pour savoir où dîner et où se baigner. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le fait qu’ils nous raccompagnent jusqu’à la voiture et nous saluent au moment du départ, c’est devenu tellement rare ! Bravo 👏. Petit déjeuner correct au bord de la piscine avec un fond musical agréable, parfait pour bien commencer la journée. Je recommande vivement ! 🌴

• Nicole (9/5): Really welcome and wonderful hosts plus amazing breakfast! - Superhosts. We felt really welcome in the B&B, and we even showed up a bit too early. The breakfast was really awesome, with wonderful juice, yoghurt, mexican and western food, at a time that worked for us. Plus they shared all their local tips, which was really useful. We stayed only one night, but if ever nearby would be back. Nothing. It was great. If anything the bed for our 2 kids wasn't huge, but they slept fine (and we had booked only a couple of hours before) ;)
• Aarij (10/5): Will be coming back - The host was the nicest. She even fought with a taxi driver for us who tried to overcharge us. She gave us good tips, was super responsive instantly and had a very positive vibe. A really welcoming and safe place. The food could be better but other than that our stay was really good. The rooms were big and clean. The location is a bit far from 5th avenue but inride is quite useful.
• Adrian (10/5): - Wir haben als Familie im Casa Gem BnB übernachtet und waren super zufrieden. Die Gastgeberin und Ihre Familie haben alles dafür getan, das wir uns wie Zuhause und wohl gefühlt haben. Das Frühstück wurde jeden Morgen frisch zubereitet und war auch ausreichend. Bei Fragen und Wünschen wurde uns immer sofort von der Gastgeberin geholfen-selbst wenn es mal eine private Angelegenheit gab bezüglich eines Ausflugs wurde uns sofort geholfen und haben Tipps für den nächsten Ausflug bekommen. Einen Parkplatz hatten wir auch direkt vor der Tür. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind gleich um die Ecke und auch zu Fuß gut zu erreichen. Wir haben uns immer sicher gefühlt. Wenn ihr einen entspannt Urlaub mit Wohlfühlfaktor erleben wollt, dann bucht unbedingt hier ☺️

Close to main road for easy access to local shops/restaurants/parks. Supermarket around the corner for cheaper options. We truly enjoyed our stay!

The location was tricky for us as we arrived late ish and needed to get dinner but we didn’t have transport. They were super helpful at suggesting Uber eats and we were sorted. A little isolated without transport.
• Talita (7/5): trip with boyfriend - We were very well received, with local tips, coffee and water. There is a laundry service. The room was very clean. The service was very good. Polite and helpful. It was far from the city center, if you have a car it is ok, and it is worth renting a car, since the trips are long and taxis are very expensive. There was no minibar and that was bad, we stayed for 3 days. The pool was dirty and the pool was small and foamy. We were late for the trip to Cozumel because breakfast was per room and if we didn't book in advance there were only later times. We were able to get the breakfast time earlier, but it is complicated to have one room at a time. These aspects need to be improved, such as a minibar or a refrigerator and coffee should not be limited to a specific time.

The pickup from the ADO bus terminal was really appreciated as well as dropping us off the next day so we could see more of the town and beachfront. • Alan (8/5): Worked well for our visit to Xcaret. - Very convenient access to Xcaret and the other parks. Nice big bed. Mostly good, tasty breakfast. Adequate free parking right outside. High level of security. Friendly, helpful hosts gave excellent restaurant recommendations and driving directions for our trip to Merida upon departure. We had a real struggle getting hot water and water pressure in the shower. Every time we used it it was a small trickle of lukewarm water, inadequate for wife to wash her hair. The pool was clean and you could cool off, but too small and shallow to swim or play in. The rooms face in to a small, shaded courtyard, so nothing to see. Google maps gave us good directions, but the sign outside is small and guests might be confused as to which building in this residential neighborhood it is. The toast at breakfast both mornings was inedible, maybe stale bread.

Breakfast items - perhaps add more items to the breakfast menu. 12/24 night - hostess had a party in the dining room, that was loud. ( my room is right across from the dining room). After I raised the issue, the hostess said she will close the window in dining room, she also suggested I close the window in my bathroom. These worked to a degree, I would still hear noise from the party. Finally, the party ended, I was able to sleep.

• Xanne (9/5): A real Gem - Convenient stop coming from the ferry at Playa Del Carmen, only 15min drive. The hostess was incredibly friendly and conversed fluently in English. Cute pool and very clean rooms. Enormous bed and good pillows. Hotel cat was very vocal and cuddly as well! Breakfast was great, would recommend the Mexican cheesy option over the pancakes though. Shower takes a while to get warm, and the pressure is quite low. Then again, this is most likely as it's a rainshower, which I guess most people like.
• Paul_häussler (10/5): Quiet, nice and with the best hosts! - Hosts Itzel and Serafín are just the finest people. They made us feel comfortable from the beginning until the end. If you like to stay in a quiet place and away from all the tourist spots, this is the place. Small, cozy and comfortable. Totally recommend it! Coffee and marmalade for breakfast could be better. Blackout curtains would be great.
