Collegatissima dal centro città poiché c'era il capolinea dei bus, e la stazione dei treni , anche se ogni giorno camminavo per 3,5 km per raggiungere Old City. L altro vantaggio era poter andare e tornare dall aeroporto con il bus n.337 che passava proprio davanti all albergo. Il mio unico problema di natura logistica è stato quello di non poter riposare su un cuscino basso di cui tutte le strutture ricettive devono disporre . Tuttavia c' era la possibilità di noleggiare un cuscino più piccolo per notte ovviamente servizio a pagamento .....ma non era il caso.

- Soltobaeva (6/5): состояние номера превзошли наших предположений. - персонал вежливый, помогли решить вопрос который был упущен во время бронирования. само здание и санузлы видимо новые, ухоженные не пахнут не воняют. без ковра, тапочки совсем тонкие и чувствовалось холод от пола. уборщики не убирали, несмотря на нашу просьбу убрать и сделать влажную уборку, попросили несколько раз так и осталась наша просьба не исполненной.

Этот отель буквально в 200 метрах от вокзала. Номера ну уж очень маленькие. На одного человека нормально, вдвоём уже тесно. В моем номере не работал холодильник. Был включён, но не работал. В душевой кабине была сломана дверь, зверски стучала при открытии, а также опасный кафельный пол (скользкий, так как вода из кабинки вытекала наружу). Ну и я .ронировада кровать кингсайз. Оказалось это два сдвинутых матраса, которые под утро разъехались))))

- Rahmah (6/5): We chose this hotel specifically because it is close to the train station, so having things run smoothly in the morning - The location is very convenient, being near the train station and with a Carrefour just a few steps away. We had agreed upon arrival that we would take our breakfast in takeaway boxes. In the morning, I even double-checked with the receptionist, and he confirmed that everything was ready. However, when we came down to the reception, we were told the boxes were not ready. We had booked the room including breakfast, so being told at the last minute to go to the restaurant instead was quite unpleasant and disappointing.

- Javier Jose (7/5): Buen hotel, aceptable. - La ubicación, está cerca del Metro. Al principio la zona parece bulliciosa pero está bien y puede dar una primera impresión de peligrosa pero no lo es. La decoración de la habitación es linda y hace que sea confortable. El trato es bastante impersonal. Soy miembro preferente de la cadena (Wyndham) pero nunca entendí si me ofrecieron el Upgrade que me correspondía o no, el trato fue correcto pero no sentí disposición a ayudar. También salí a las 10 am de la habitación y pedí expresamente que la limpiaran pero volví hacia las 16 y no la habían hecho. No reclamé en verdad porque me quedaba una noche mas asi que preferí tender la cama yo. En verdad esperaba más de este hotel.

- Alethea (5/5): - super close to the train station, good if you’re transitting in and out of tbilisi via train we were given a room that reeked of smoke, which made the overall stay really uncomfortable. staff were also lukewarm, at best, very unusual considering georgian hospitality
- tako (6/5): - I liked the location, lobby. We stayed in room 101 which was terrible. It was on the first floor right next to elevator. On this floor was also dining space. In the morning it was very noisy because of the people who were having breakfast I could hear all those noises, plus noise of carring dishes. Lack of amenities I couldn’t find toothpaste and toothbrush. Also I had to to put soap on the sink, no plate or something.

- ERNESTO (7/5): Comfortable and Clean with Easy Metro Train access.Thump’s up! - Room 421 was Comfortable, clean and the hotel’s near the Metro train There was no pillow on the 1st night and was provided on 2nd night. No shower gel on 1st & 2nd night. Surprisingly, I noticed on my 3rd night/check-out 25 Oct), it was provided.

- Alina (3/5): As a result, the overall impression was rather negative. However, I was comforted by the fact that I absolutely love Tbi - It was quite clean, but it felt more like just the basic minimum. I wasn’t offered a room on the same floor as my friends, even though it was clear that we were on vacation together. My friends stayed on the 4th floor, while I was alone on the first. In addition, I spent my stay on the first floor where I could hear absolutely every conversation from the neighbors, who were shouting and laughing until 4 a.m. The walls felt like they were made of cardboard. And on top of everything, the room was very cold, and the air conditioner couldn’t cope. I really love Wyndham, but something went wrong this time.
