La ubicación del hotel es bastante céntrica y queda cerca de algunos centros comerciales Aunque las camas son confortables, son muy pequeñas para que duerman dos personas en cada cama. La regadera del baño necesita cambio, ya que apenas cae agua y la poca agua que cae no calienta 😬 A la puerta del baño hay que aplicarle algún lubricante para que no haga ruido cuando se abre.
• Piero (8/5): Clean, good location - Clean and more or less quiet. The outside restaurant area was gorgeous and felt really nice to sit there. Staff was super friendly specially the waiters and waitresses in the restaurant. I wanted to do a late checkout on Sunday was willing to pay for it and was told previously that they couldn’t offer that because the hotel was full for Sunday evening. So I just forgot about it. On Saturday my traveling scenario changed and was going to be able to leave San Salvador on Monday. I went to reception and asked for an extra night which I was able to pay without problems that particular night the hotel was extra quiet. No hotel is forced to offer a late checkout but instead of just saying “we are not allowed” or just “no” they decided to lie. Didn’t leave a good impression on my side. The restaurant had and interesting menu but the food was sort of bland without any real flavor. On Saturday we preferred to not use our included breakfast and go to a restaurant somewhere else.

A las 21:30 fui a buscar algo de comer, cualquier cosa, inclusive una ensalada. Sin embargo me dijeron que ya no iba a ser posible. Hotel smoking unfriendly. Para fumar hay que salir a la calle.

• Richard (9/5): Definitely would stay again. Nice people with breakfast. - Very nice boutique hotel. Basic room. In a nice upscale part of town …bit difficult to find local food. Most of the restaurants in the area are either fast food or higher end. There was a mall five minutes walk away that had a variety of food.

The location was very good for our needs, lots of restaurants not far away. We had the junior suite and found it very comfortable and convenient. The breakfast bar area also has quite a nice decor. Not much to say here.

• Lorena (10/5): - Love love love this hotel. Super clean very cute and private. The staff are wonderful. There is enough parking since the Hotel has about 15 rooms. We stayed in Room 1 and it had a nice balcony. Breakfast was included with our stay and was delicious. On top of that this hotel has Honest staff. Long story short I left a valuable jewelry in the room, and 4 days later I was able to pick it up. Will definitely come back.
• Delmy (9/5): I would stay again! - The location of this hotel is excellent. It has a cozy entrance, and very clean. The room was exactly as shown in the hotel pictures. I can tell the rooms overall are small, but are well kept and smell nice. I did enjoy the junior suite for the amount of days I stayed. The washroom was a decent size with enough counterspace for my creams and the shower worked well (water pressure and hot/cold water was great). The staff was very nice, and I used their laundry service which was pretty fair in price (did my bit of laundry). My partner stayed in bed during breakfast, so it was brought to his room, which was a nice touch. The cleaning during my stay was also done well. I only had breakfast once at the hotel (spent most of my mornings resting), but I found it a little bit on the salty side. It may not be an issue for some, but I just prefer less salt. I also understand that the windows are there to introduce more light into the room, but since they face the main walkway and the curtains stay closed, it feels like sound is a lot more transmissible. A clothes iron would have been a nice added touch. Next time I come, I'll bring a mini powerbar since the outlets are limited.

The check in process was confusing being that we booked through the hotel website and thought we paid in full but they only charged a deposit. We were given an actual key for the room. The room is small but clean. The bathroom had no where to lay out toiletries. The water for the shower was nice and hot and I loved the removable shower head. The free breakfast provided was limited to one option on the menu and small portions. At breakfast we had a great view of the volcano. The neighborhood was so lovely. Morning walks were a must during our stay. Also about a 10 minute walk away are several restaurants to choose from, convenience stores, and a mall.

Our room was spacious with a balcony and a decent size bathroom. Also love that they have full length mirror and a makeup mirror outside of the bathroom. Perhaps having a small indoor lounging chair would make it even better. Breakfast is good.

• Raul (10/5): Great value and super hip - This is a perfect boutique hotel in the middle of Zona Rosa (San Benito) and so easy to walk around the area. Only minutes from everything day or night. The breakfast was also exceptional!

Bed was comfortable. AC worked very well. There were a few minor things like the sink faucet being super loose and the hairdryer having wires exposed at the plug which caused it to pop when plugged in.

In a good part of town that is very walkable to some restaurants and a brewery. walkability is important to me, and this hotel delivered. Breakfast was included at the adjacent restaurant and was definitely a highlight of our stay. The food was incredible. We didn’t have a car during our stay, but I think it would have been a challenge if we did. Overall, we had an excellent experience here and would certainly recommend to anyone traveling to San Salvador.

• Stefano (8/5): Good boutique hotel - Good boutique hotel. The hotel is located in the Rosa area which is an area where there are many restaurants and bars, but if you want to know the historical center of San Salvador it is a little out of the way.

Only gave 9/10 because they were still working on the property so one morning we had no water, another day we could not sit in the indoor area of the cafe, and an odd parking situation but nothing truly bothersome. We had a very comfortable stay and were able to walk to some really amazing food spots near by! If you decide to do laundry I would not give any whites/lights. • Hughes (4/5): Room #8 should be discounted due to lack of privacy, window and can hear everything in the lobby - The room itself was great, had everything I needed and was spacious with a comfy bed, good location. Amazing shower.. The only window was a huge glass pane that faced inside the hallway - so the curtains always had to be drawn for privacy, and at night, even with the lights off and curtains drawn the room was still flooded with fluorescent lights from the hallway. They eventually turned them off, but of course they were on again in the morning. I could hear every word happening at the front desk in the lobby and everyone passing by. It wasn't like anyone was beign loud - but I could hear the check-in process, phones being answered, shuffling of papers as if I was sleeping in the lobby. (You pretty much are in room 8) It was not private and was very hard to sleep. It really should be a discounted room. Also, the perfume smell was so strong when I entered, it made me nauseous and gave me headache. I immediately unplugged the air freshener they had and left for a walk because it was so bad, but the scent diffuser from the lobby still made the room smell strongly throughout the stay. The only light in the bathroom had a really loud fan attached to it, but there were no other light sources without opening the curtain, which would mean everyone in the lobby and hallway can see inside my room. So I just never got any quiet or relaxation, which i was hoping for this one night. Maybe I should have said something, but I was too tired and just wanted to sleep; it was less than a 24 hours stay - i just wanted a quiet, comfy bed and hot shower. Unfortunately I had a headache the entire time I stayed at this hotel from the strong perfumes, loud fan, fluorescent lights I couldn't control and lack of sleep due to noise from the hall. I feel like it would have been a great stay in another room.
