- Phương (7/5): Stay here one night for the Westlife concert in Hanoi - * Location: Easy to find, near the My Dinh Stadium where I want to go, also near the bus station.
* Price: quite high but in HN so it's acceptable.
* Staff: very friendly, and they guard for 24 hours.
* Accommodation: big room, has all necessary things ( hot/cold water, dryer, snacks, bottle of water,...) * Accommodation: The bed sheet has some dirty spots, the room has a humid smell, and the interior is quite old because the hotel was built a long time ago.
I forgot to take pics of the room, sr.
- Emily (4/5): Not good - Beds weren’t too hard and staff were kind There were so many insects me and my firms swipe up with so many bites despite separating go buy spray before we went to sleep, we have been travelling for 2 months and have never had this many bites. When we opened the curtain there was a window but with no frame so there was just a hole in the wall. The air conditioning worked one minute and didn’t the next so it got very hot, one night we had a fan and the next it was gone so somebody had come in and taken it which was unsettling. I also wouldn’t recommend this for travellers as it is a 20 minute car journey to the centre.
- Thiago (4/5): Disappointing - Large rooms Not properly cleaned, didn’t had towel and when complained at front desk the guy told me that hotel was fully booked and they didn’t had one. Found housekeeping on my floor, made the same request and they gave me one. Insects on the room.

- Claudia (6/5): The photos are misleading - The staff were friendly. The initial room was dirty with stains all over the bedsheets and towels. The staff kindly moved us to another room straight away though.
The bathroom was full of mould and smelled like sewage. The bins hadn't been emptied from the previous occupant and had cigarettes in them (amongst other rubbish), which caused the room to smell.
I got bitten by mosquitoes more here than anywhere else so far in SE Asia. I understand it may be mosquito season, but previous hotels/hostels have sprayed the rooms. We managed to catch a lot of them in our room.
It's just a bit run-down and unclean; I feel as though the photos are misleading.

- Sms_28 (8/5): Very good - Overall nice. But if you are a tourist in Hanoi, this hotel is not centrally located. You'd want to choose old quarter instead. Otherwise, the staff is helpful despite the language barrier. The rooms are clean and well equipped. And wifi works well. I booked a room with a window and a view but what I got was one without. So yes, just the difference between what I saw versus what I got.
- Nina (1/5): Cheap but dirty rooms - The rooms are cheap (but that is for a reason). Besides that, I liked that the staff let us easily change rooms as the sink in our first one was broken, so they were friendly. There were lots of mosquitoes and cockroaches. Sheets seemed unwashed. There was also a very unpleasant atmosphere in the hotel (not coming from the staff).
