- Susan (10/5): - After two-week adventure, we stayed our last night in Europe at Hotel Hofbalzers. After a long driving day, we were happy to stretch our legs with a walk through the neighborhood to the old church and castle, both in view of the balcony off our hotel room. Then, we enjoyed a very nice dinner on-site at the hotel restaurant. Staff were friendly and helpful; the room clean and comfortable; and a lovely breakfast to send us off. Highly recommended!

The hotel was beautiful and clean. There were a couple of restaurants within walking distance and we could walk up to Berg Gutenburg for a little adventure.

- Mary (10/5): - Cute little hotel with very friendly staff. Unfortunately, my room was facing a very bright street lamp. Even with the shades drawn, it was still bright in the room. It was also hot in my room, but they do provide a fan. There is no conditioner or soap for the shower, so bring your own. Bring ear plugs if you’re sensitive to noise, as the church clock bell chimes run all day.

Their well known restaurant was closed for a private party so he set us up with a reservation at a restaurant in the next town. Thanks Viktor. The breakfast was most excellent. The best of all was an espresso on the porch with a view of the local Guttenberg castle. Thanks to all there.
- CASEY (10/5): Comfy rooms with fast Wi-Fi - Wonderful stay. Great location, only a few blocks from the church. The city is very walkable. Clean, comfy room with everything you could need, including excellent water pressure and nice hot water! They let me check in 4(!!) hours early - I had been traveling for over 24 hours including overnight and could have cried with gratitude. Fast Wi-Fi too. Good restaurant located next door (connected to the hotel).

Vifte satt inn på rommet, men med hetebølge så klarer den ikke å kjøle ned rommet. Vær også obs på byggeaktivitet som pågår på nabotomt

- Gillian (8/5): Fab breakfast - We were in a family room for four. It was fine for an overnight stay but would have been small for a longer holiday. The room was very clean and the beds were comfy but there was no air conditioning - only a fan and a small window and it got very hot. We arrived about 9:15pm on a Saturday and the restaurant was already closed. However the owner was very apologetic and found us another option in the next village. The breakfast was lovely and well worth the cost and the service was excellent. On balance I would stay again.

- Russel (10/5): - Super nice staff, very clean rooms, very quite, location was great for walking the town. This was the perfect hotel for our first visit to Lichtenstein. Tucked away in the southern region just 15 min from Vaduz it is super quite and very romantic location with breathtaking views! The bed was a little hard, but other than that, 5 stars all the way. Made the start to our 25th anniversary week a huge success!

- Didi (8/5): Nice stay, beds are comfortable. - The hotel couldn't find our reservation at first so we had a 5 min wait while they found our information. After check in we went to our room which looked just like pictures on the website and had everything it was supposed to have. It was a nice, clean room and the beds were comfortable. We ate at the restaurant which is attached to the hotel but not part of the hotel. My husband and son ate a Pizza and I ate Minestrone soup, the food was fresh and tasted good. We didn't eat breakfast at the hotel as it wasn't included in our stay. You can buy breakfast but we decided to stop at the bakery down the road, almost next door.

- Verified traveler (6/5): Somewhat dated - Stayed in Balzers for 1 night while travelling through eastern Switzerland and Lichtenstein in late July. This was during local holiday season, and a lot of facilities were closed for summer. The hotel bar and restaurant were both closed, and the reception closed at 9:30 pm. We arrived somewhat late, and struggled to find a place to eat in Balzers, which was quiet and sleepy. Room was large and clean, good water pressure and clean tap water. Reservation said double bed, in fact we got two singles set together but with a significant gap between, though the mattress itself was comfortable. Apparently no elevator, had to carry heavy luggage up the stairs. No mosquito nets on windows, got several bites during the night. Smoke from neighbouring balcony drifted into the room. Quite a bit of noise from corridor and neighbours in the morning. Breakfast was CHF 16 per person. The hotel itself is nice if somewhat old-fashioned, and probably the best (possibly the only) option in Balzers. We had a fair enough stay, but it did not seem like good value for money, and we probably would have chosen a different itinerary if we were to plan the trip again.

- A (10/5): Great Hotel - This hotel was great! The staff communicated with me before our arrival to make sure the rooms they had available would be good for us. The rooms were very clean and really nice. The hotel has a restaurant attached and it was great as well!
