- Zapf (9/5): - Wir wurden sehr freundlich auch unser Hund empfangen. Alle wünsche (größeres Zimmer) wurden sofort erfüllt. Hund durfte überall mit hin. Zimmer top sauber. Frühstück hervorragend. Wir kommen bestimmt mal wieder. Seeblick hatten wir nicht, dachte man sieht den See mehr aber war trotzdem okay.

Leider hatten wir über Booking die niedrigste Kategorie gebucht, unser Fehler. Beim nächsten Mal würde ich direkt buchen im Hotel. Unser Zimmer war anscheinlich das einzige was keine neue Ausstattung hatte, alle anderen rundherum waren sehr schick und neu.

Very well maintained hotel: nice, clean rooms, comfortable beds, delicious breakfast. There are a nice sauna (Bio and Finnish) and the ski room. The family that runs hotel is very helpful; shared local knowledge, kept our luggage after check-out. Will visit again in summer. Breakfast was served at 7:45, so if you plan to drive to Zillertal valley for skiing, you may hit the valley’s traffic. Still we were able to get a parking space at the main Zillertal ski resorts.

- Véronique (10/5): Superbe séjour entre lac et montagnes dans un très chaleureux Gasthaus - Vous franchissez à peine le seuil de l'établissement que vous êtes très chaleureusement accueillis ! A la minute même, vous savez que vous allez vous y sentir très à l'aise. Belle chambre avec une vue sur les montagnes environnantes et au loin le lac, le lac que vous atteignez à pieds en moins de 15mn. Le petit-déjeuner est quant à lui un moment fort pour bien démarrer la journée tant le choix est très varié et que l'on trouve tout ce que l'on est en droit d'attendre d'un excellent petit-déjeuner ! Quant au jardin, il est tout simplement magnifiquement arboré et fleuri, entretenu avec beaucoup de soin et d'amour : c'est un régal pour les yeux que l'on peut savourer dans un transat après une journée de randonnée tout en dégustant une collation servie dans le superbe petit Alm. En un mot, vous séjournez au Frühstückshotel Margret et vous n'avez plus que cette envie en le quittant, y revenir dès que possible ! Ne pouvoir suspendre le temps pendant notre séjour

- Stuart (7/5): Old & quirky timber hotel in beautiful location - Whilst looking dated, the property has lots to offer. It’s not only charming to look at, but once welcomed by the friendly young staff, I was directed to a suitable room. It was standard size, a little en suite bathroom partitioned off by smoked glass (not full height), with small shower, and decent fittings. There was free soap and towels provided. The bed was like all in Austria that I tried. There was no AC. The room had a balcony (I think most do at this hotel), and any of the 4 directions you’ll see a mountain. The location is quiet in terms of traffic but you’re reliant on thoughtful guests to walk quietly - the building seems old, timber and creaks. The breakfast was plentiful and a fair choice. Lots of seating, off in various rooms. The garden was very pleasant and the older man (owner?) - whilst stern - was welcoming of an evening where there is beer that can be bought. The hotel was clean. Given its price, I’d choose it over the more expensive options on most occasions. You might struggle on very hot nights, without air conditioning. And reliant upon quiet guests.

Das Frühstück war lecker, es könnte aber für unseren Geschmack mehr Müsli-Auswahl geben (bzw. eben einfach Haferflocken oder so, statt nur Cornflakes und Schokopops und 1 Müsli das in Rosinen ertrinkt...). Insgesamt aber sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt gewesen, die Rezeption sowie auch Frühstückspersonal auch super nett und hilfsbereit.
