• Angela (1/5): - I booked 2-weeks here and had to cancel due to a visa issue. The property was responsive until I asked to cancel and then I couldn’t reach them. I gave them 2-weeks notice that I wouldn’t be using my booking so a partial refund would have been fair. Be sure you read the cancellation policy before you book here.

• Aïdoune (1/5): Angoissant. - L’emplacement, c’est tout. Très très grosse déception. Rien n’était conforme, à croire qu’il s’agit d’une arnaque sur l’annonce ! La réalité était à des années des photos : - 2 lits simples au lieu d’un lit double - moisissures sur les murs de la salle de bain - pas de pression dans la douche - vasque bouchée - draps tachés - la télé ne fonctionnait pas, d’ailleurs même pas de pile dans la télécommande ! - aucun transat autour de la piscine, et la piscine d’ailleurs n’avait rien à voir avec les photos ! - le soit disant bar était sale à souhait, un gobelet de smoothie à moitié rempli est d’ailleurs resté sur le comptoir tout le long de notre séjour. Et j’en passe ! Nous avons quelques photos et vidéos. Bref, nous étions HEUREUX de quitter cet endroit.

They provided pick and drop services from the phi phi Its far away a remote island near Sai PHi PHi resort, if you want to have a night activity there are not much option, its very quiet at night.
• Heidi (5/5): God beliggenhet, dårlig standard - Bra beliggenhet. Ligger på den delen av øya som er rolig. Badet luktet kloakk og dolokket var løst. Sengen var veldig hard. Det var insekter på den ene dørkarmen, noe som gav en følelse av at det ikke var helt rent. Skulle egentlig bo der 5 dager, men det ble til 2.

• Harry (1/5): When we arrived to the island the transfer was not there to pick us up, we had to wait on the beach for nearly 2 hours. - Friendly at check in and provide transfer service to and from the beach When we arrived to the island the transfer was not there to pick us up, we had to wait on the beach for nearly 2 hours. When we got to the room there was no running water to the shower or taps for several hours, when we had water there was a constant leak from the piper under the sink. There are no sun loungers by the pool as shown on the images. The room was dirty, pillow cases, mattress and bed cover all stained, bed uncomfortable, the garden / terrace was not private and we had people walking through during the day / evening. There was never anyone on reception and when you tried to contact them via WhatsApp there was no answer. We found several cockroaches in the room, we tried to contact reception to change room but there was no answer. Definitely would not stay here again.

• Isabel (6/5): A great location on the quieter side of the island, making for a very peaceful stay. - It is located on a quiet side of the island, very relaxed location which we really enjoyed. There are ample restaurants on your doorstep with fantastic food. 3 minute walk from a beautiful, quiet beach. The hotel is located very close to a mosque, so there is a call to prayer 3 times a day, including 5am. This did wake us up the first couple of nights, but once we bought earplugs it was fine. Just something to be aware of if you are a light sleeper. In order to get to the hotel you have to walk through the sea to a long tail boat which brings you to the side of the island so make sure your luggage is something you’re able to carry. Also bed is very firm.

• Olivia (6/5): - Welcoming friendly staff, next to restaurants and 3 minute walk to a lovely beach. There is no WiFi in any of the rooms only in the reception area - was very misleading and disappointed with this. Pool is a lovely bonus but no sun loungers on it just a slab on concrete. Location has pros and cons - pros: you are in a beautiful secluded location. Cons: this is based on the other side of the island and only way to get there is by boat. Once there you cannot really get back the main part of phi phi without paying at least 800 baht for a taxi boat (very choppy) if you wish to get back. Side Note: unrelated to hotel but at the beach we were made to feel very unwelcome by the security of the ‘luxury resort’. You can’t walk along the beach and can only sit down at the entrance as the security guard followed us and demanded we return back to ‘our part’ for having a walk along the beach. Be prepared for that but it is a beautiful beach.

• Evgeniy (7/5): - За свои деньги нормальный вариант, встретили на пирсе, довезли на лодке, а потом на мото повозке)) было весело! Есть бассейн, купались, вода нормальная. Завтракали в кафе слева, обедали в кафе справа при выходе, вкусно и цена хорошая! обратите внимание, что это дальняя часть острова и до всех основных развлечений на лодке минут 20 или пешком около 1,5 часов. Но мы это знали и намеренно сюда приехали. Ходили на смотровую view point 2 по тропе через джунгли, туда нормально дошли за час, на обратном пути напали обезьяны, ели ноги унесли!!! Настоятельно не рекомендую ходить через джунгли, лучше по ступеням с деревни tonsai!
• Therese (3/5): Rekommenderar INTE!! - Detta är ett hotell som sett bättre dagar. Stenhårda sängar. Poolen var smutsig och övergiven. Böneutrop precis bredvid som man somnade till och blev väckt av 05:30. Man kunde bara vara på en liten del av stranden, resten var enbart för hotellgäster som bodde vid stranden.
• Kiraleee (10/5): A lovely stay for a great price. - This location is the quieter side of phi phi which I really enjoyed, the property was easy to get to and provided transport to and from the boat to the property, and to get to Ton Sai Pier. The staff were really helpful and friendly. The rooms are comfortable and clean. If you’re a light sleeper you may want to have ear plugs as the prayer call is very close, so it might wake you up at 5am, but I liked hearing it. The beaches are a short walk away and beautiful, I would check tide times. Food was amazing and we tried several different places. Would definitely come back to this area of phi phi.
• Julien (7/5): Tout point positif a son point négatif, il faut faire la part des choses - Le calme : certes le resort est isolé à Koh Phi-Phi mais c'est pour ça que je l'ai choisi. En étant un peu débrouillard et courageux, on peut soit se rendre dans la partie principale de l'île à pied (40 minutes de marche), soit trouver sur place des plages beaucoup plus jolies et moins fréquentées (10-15 minutes à pied). Dans l'ensemble, les chambres sont propres et bien aménagées. En premier lieu, l'absence totale de wifi (on capte un wifi à la réception mais pas celui qui est indiqué avec mot de passe, dans les chambres absolument rien). L'appel à la prière à fond et/ou juste à côté des chambres à 5h20, c'est rude. Les prix des taxi-boats sont totalement prohibitifs, dans une moindre mesure (à quelques exceptions près) les restaurants aussi, même pour Koh Phi-Phi. Les installations sont un peu vieillissantes (pommeau de douche bringuebalant, portes coulissantes grippées...). La plage la plus proche est privée.

• Modig (1/5): Tragiskt - Ligger mitt i djungeln mittemot en mur som en lyxresort byggt upp så du bor i en liten öde by med ingenting , receptionen är en liten hydda när du kommer fram finns det inga utemöbler alls , poolen är en plastbalja utan rening , rummen är det spindlar på och glesa dörrar som inte går att låsa , skulle inte rekomdera detta boende för någon. Checkade ut efter timme bokat en vecka , fick inte tillbaka några pengar. Allt.

I wish I had known before that the hotel was completely secluded in an area which is outside the walking zone. I mean you can walk, but through the jungle. Or take an extortionate boat ride to and from. They did inform us that the hotel is far from the main area, but not in this way.

The sink drain was blocked all the time and the water wouldn’t go away for long. No internet in the room. No cleaning of the room.

Un restaurante que hay cerca del puente, súper recomendable, personal de 10 y comida de 10, además de las vistas que te da el lugar. La ubicación, estábamos lejos de todo teníamos que coger long tale para movernos al centro real de phi phi y el hotel nos cobraba 800 bahts por persona solo ida. No limpiaban la habitación, nos hospedamos 3 días y hasta el último día y porque fuimos detrás del personal para que nos hicieran la habitación. Nos encontramos arañas, cucarachas. No dormimos tranquilos.

• Lisa (5/5): It was ok, but we would not recommend the island itself. - It’s very basic. There is not much to do around. But it is next to the best snorkeling instructor. Too basic, lights did not work in the bathroom. The door in the bathroom was a little sliding door, that did not work properly. No fridge or anything for storage of food.
• Domingo (8/5): When you want a quite place on the island.number 1 - This is a quiet place on the island because it is very far of the heart of phi phi, if you want to be on a quite beach for a couple of days, this is the place...what also is very nice is that they pick you up with a boat at the pier, now that you can easily pay 2000bath to have a trip like this. Room was very clean. Maybe just the toiletseat that was loose and maybe more decoratianlight in the garden , but for this price i am really satisfied. • Vanessa (1/5): Inaccessible except going through water and misrepresentation by host - The description is not representative of the let. We found out that the only way to get to the property is by boat transfer after the main ferry arrival. My wife cannot swim and has anxiety of small boats. So to have to board a small boat was never going to happen as she would need to go into the water waist deep to get on a boat. This is not explained in the booking. It is about 20 minutes other side of main place of the island so for visiting shops and restaurants we would have had to book boat transfers at between 400/1500baht. Each time. We contacted the property and asked but we didn’t get appropriate response. We then contacted booking.com who suggested to contact property direct. But they don’t correspond. As a result we had to book an other place at premium last minute price. Not impressed and misinformed from the start.

• Frode (8/5): A small Hidden Gem In Phi Phi, like going back 20 years ❤️ - Nice place, but important that People know you need to go by boat from Phi Phi to get there. I used about 1 hour treeking thru the Forest to get to Phi Phi senter, it was a Nice trip but I recommend shoes not flippers.
• Lara (6/5): Its okay - We really enjoyed the location at the other side of Koh Phi Phi - it was really quiet and the beach from the SAii Resort was beautiful. The Resort was simple but fine. We had hot water & the Staff - especially the Guy on the Reception - was most of the time friendly. Not really much to do , you only get on the other side of the island for 800 Baht. Lots of insects in the Room and after a while also in ouer bed. The Facilities are very old and need a refresh. You can’t relax at the Pool because there is nothing to sit / lay.

• Nikita (7/5): Very nice, would recommend - Was clean, staff were friendly, good loctatoon for the other part of phi phi, they had a swimming pool. We did our trip from this island there is a stall just next to the hotel and as there are hardly any people on the island it was only us on the tour and was a very nice experience. You have to get a boat to the main island. They offer free boat service in the morning but if you want to go any other time of the day you have to pay 1500 bhat each way. You have to walk with your luggage into the sea to get on and off the boat because the tide goes in.
• Redondo (10/5): Great hotel! I would highly recommend taking the short hike at low tide to Nui beach for sunset - It was in the quiet part of Phi Phi. Everything is next to the hotel. The receptionist was very helpful and welcoming. He went above and beyond to assist us. The aircon was broken but they fixed it within an hour. The aircon was working perfectly when we returned.

• Julie (3/5): I would not stay again. - The two staff when available were nice. However the main way to contact them is via WhatsApp. It’s so dreary. My first impression was that I’ve signed up to a hippie commune. The rooms do not get cleaned. You have to request coffee once your allocation has been used. Water is left each day on your step. I felt so grubby after 4 nights there. ( I was supposed to stay for 5 but cut short my stay) It is close to a beach but the beach is dominated by a big hotel who have guards at their entrance not allowing access. There is a small part of the beach open to the public-no cafe, no bar, no shop, no loungers to hire. I paid to take the 07:30 longboat to the main area of Phi Phi each morning to escape.
