• DistanceTraveller (9/5): Charming and Rustic - Lovely Guesthouse 94 is a charming, rustic spot on lively Soi 94, perfect if you want to be in the heart of Hua Hin’s action rather than in a quiet side street. The rooms are simple but comfortable, with clean bedrooms and bathrooms, a comfy bed, and the bonus of a balcony to sit out and watch the street life below. Everything is kept very clean, and the large fridge in the room is really handy in the Hua Hin heat. Coffee, tea, and hot water are provided, which makes mornings and late-night drinks easy. Oli, the host, is wonderful – very friendly, helpful, and kind, and really adds to the welcoming feel of the guesthouse. The atmosphere is relaxed and personal, more like staying with friends than in a big hotel. The location is one of the biggest plus points: it’s on a busy (in a good way) street full of restaurants, bars, massage places, and shops, with the main strip, night markets, and shopping centers all within walking distance. Despite being in a lively area, the noise from the street, nearby restaurants, and bars is acceptable and not too loud, so you can still get a good night’s sleep. Lovely Guesthouse 94 is an excellent choice for a comfortable stay in a great location with a genuinely caring host. This central setting does mean there is no on-site parking, which might be a downside if you have a car. The only real negative is the older air-conditioning units, which can take a while to properly cool the room.

• T (7/5): Sentralt midt i hjertet av Soi 94 - Helt ok rom, utsikt ut i Soi 94 fra den lille balkongen. Om du ikke trenger kjøkken for å lage egen mat så er rommet og badet helt innenfor hva jeg trengte. Beliggenheten er veldig sentral, gangavstand til det meste. Verten er en hyggelig og behjelpelig kar.

Camere pulite e ben fornite. Esperienza estremamente positiva. Andava tutto benissimo!
• Kellie (10/5): A great place to stay in Hua Hin - This is a really nice place to stay, the rooms are great, good WiFi enough to take Zoom calls, comfy beds and your own private balcony. Tea and coffee downstairs and a short walk to the beach. You are on a busy walking street but I travel alone with my son and it’s very safe and not noisy in your room after a certain time. Owners great he’s on hand if you need anything and there is a towel and cleaning board downstairs if you want anything doing you can put your number on the board, if you don’t want disturbing it’s perfect. I would definitely stay again.

• Sara (10/5): Excellent stay in a great location - Location for us was perfect. Clean, tastefully decorated room and communal areas. Comfortable and great hot shower. Free tea/coffee/water. Great in-house (fast) laundry option. Friendly and very helpful staff. Oli was extremely helpful in arranging to send on some important items which I accidentally left behind. Bars, restaurants, 7/11 all close by. 10-15 min walk to the beach and x2 malls with a great variety of shops, restaurants and food courts.
• Life in the Provinces (5/5): Great location for night on the town - Great location for the bars and restaurants on soi 94 Booked 2 rooms last minute as already been let down by a hotel giving our reservation away, unfortunately when we arrived only one room available so had to share, owner was apologetic and refunded one room immediately but not ideal having to share, unfortunately no parking available

• Harrison (10/5): - I stayed for 18 nights, and there is no place friendlier. Bicycles to borrow, laundry done better than yourself or other places at a fraction of the price. Oli even sent me a message to make sure i was OK after he hadn't seen me all day 😆 Don't be afraid to tap into his vast knowledge of the area, you will be looked out for here I had to check out

Hébergement tout mignon, chambres modernes, salle de bain propre, hôte à l’écoute ! Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés 👍🏼

• Tijana (10/5): Loved my stay! - I really loved my stay here, such a hidden gem in Hua Hin. Wish I discovered it earlier. Super cosy and warm, and the owner Oli is also nice. Wasn’t a fan of the neighborhood, it’s close to Red light district :(

• Serhii (9/5): A charming and welcoming place - A very nice and cozy place with a kind and helpful host. Great location — it's a short walk to the beach and the shopping mall. The bed is also comfortable and not too hard, which is a rare find in Thailand. The only minor inconvenience is that the kettle is only available downstairs, but on the plus side, you can enjoy free coffee there. Definitely recommended!

• Davis (9/5): Weekend in HH - Well run resort. Next to the nightlife of soi 94. Pleasant rooms and bathroom. Decent bed and bedding. Good value. Only negative was the air con was a little noisy but it was nothing that a few beers couldn't sort out.🤣🤣

The rooms are like a boutique hotel, very comfortable and clean but yet also quiet and relaxing. The outside areas, both our balcony and the downstairs communal areas, were nice places to sit and watch the world go by. The fridge in the room was a really nice touch too, as well as the free tea and coffee downstairs. Nothing.
