Christina (10/5): Tack för trevligt rent och fint boende! - Hej, mitt rum var rent och alldeles perfekt att bo i ! Lugnt och tyst! Lätt att hitta och nära pendeltåg och bussar! Dessvärre var dörren till rummet så trög att öppna att jag fick hjälp av en annan gäst. Alldeles för varmt eftersom termostaten i duschen/wc var inställd på +33 grader. Jag lyckades få ner till +28grader. Mvh Christina

Maddison (8/5): - Overall great stay! Only problem was checking in. I was told that I would receive check information at 1600 on the day arrived when finally arriving an hour after I was supposed to receive this information and I still didnt have it and could not enter the building. I attempted to message the staff but received a text message over 24hrs later. Thankfully I was able to call with my phone plan. When on the phone no one was aware that I was checking in and had no clean rooms available. I asked to be let in and no one came. I then proceeded to wait another 30 minutes or longer until I finally received the information I needed to be let in.

Ola (6/5): Forenom - Flemingsberg - For the double room - it’s 2 single bed put together. For a couple staying there, this was really uncomfortable and the beds kept moving/separating. There was a lot of dust under the beds. TV works but it’s pretty much all Swedish, there’s no access (even with own login!) to Netflix, YouTube, Disney etc. One of the hand towel was stained didn’t seem like it was cleaned before - no replacement. Toilet was used by either staff or the previous person who stayed in the room and wasn’t flushed - we were left to deal with someone else’s poo and piss. Cleaned the toilet ourselves, it was disgusting and extremely unhygienic. Had to flush soooo many times. There is NO RECEPTION or staff to speak with at the property. The only number they have is a Swedish number, so if you’re from abroad, you’ll be charged when calling them. There’s no phone in the room. Emailed the property raising request for maintenance - they said they’ll send someone asap and just apologised, but it’s been over a week now, and I’ve even left the property since, and yet I still haven’t heard further to that email. Generally, it did not seem like the room was cleaned properly. It felt uncomfortable. Room has a fridge, stove and microwave with utensils which is good but of course as someone on a visit we didn’t have any cooking supplies. There’s a laundry room available within specific times, but no detergent etc so you’ve got to buy your own. Felt more like a general apartment than an ‘Aparthotel’.

Angela (8/5): - Good enough for 12 year old twin boys, myself and my 67 year old mother. Very convenient to the train into Stockholm and a big grocery store. There was sand on the floor and a cigarette butt in one of the bedrooms that we had to clean up when we arrived. The washing machine was not working. We called the number listed but no one ever came to fix it. The dishwasher was also not properly hooked up. We fixed that. They also had mostly the wrong pans to use for the induction stovetop. The manufacturer’s manuals for the appliances were not for the make/models that were actually in the unit. Everything about the unit was cheap. That’s okay if you just need a quiet place to sleep close to the train station. I would not recommend staying here if you want to cook at all, use the in unit laundry or the dish washer.

Es una propiedad que no tiene empleados todo es a base de un código que te mandan para abrir. Tiene buena cocina equipada, y la habitación es amplia con muebles modernos y todo muy limpio. Muy silenciosa. Me encanta la cadena Forenom.

Wenche (8/5): - God plass og alt nødvendig utstyr for en helg. Håndtak/dører på kjøkkenskap og dørhåndtak/dører hadde litt mange fingermerker og lange svarte hår i seng ikke spesielt trivelig. Utover det passet dette oss helt perfekt.

David (8/5): Forenom Aparthotel - Ett lägenhetshotell med bra läge intill pendeltågsstationen i Flemingsberg, två stationer från Stockholmsmässan i Älvsjö. Vi hyrde en enrumslägenhet för två personer. Lägenheten har ett väl utrustat kök och var ren och välstädad när vi kom. Incheckning är virtuell och vi fick en kod att använda för att komma in i huset och lägenheten. Enda plumpen var att det var baksug i avloppet till duschen och badrummet luktade avlopp. Trots att vi fyllde vattenlåset med vatten drogs det fort med av baksuget och lukten försvann inte.

E (8/5): - Mycket bra boende där allt finns samt rent och snyggt. Det saknades några småsaker som hotellet har fått veta, men är annars mycket nöjd med boendet. Även bra med parkeringar och tillgänglighet till affärer etc precis utanför.

Verified traveler (8/5): Bekvämt men inte helt rent - Modernt och fint boende, riktigt bra med kök, kyl och mikro. Jag bodde i en double studio och den var rymlig. Tyvärr var det inte spolat ordentligt på toan så det stank ordentligt dag 1. I övrigt ok rent. Tyvärr behöver man slänga soporna i slutet av sin vistelse vilket är drygt, det behöver man ju inte på ett vanligt hotell så jag fattar inte varför man behöver det här när städning ingår. Ligger bra till väldigt nära pendeltågsstationen. Ventilationssystemet låter lite högt när man ska sova.

Upon arrival I found the room in filthy condition. *Filthy sofa-bed (debris, vaseline, rag, inhaler) found b/c I could not find the TV remote. *Sticky floors under the kitchen table and entryway to the main bedroom *significantly stained couch/sofa-bed *repair tool sitting next to lamp in the 2nd bedroom; did not dare use the lamp *medicated eye drops in windowsill of main bedroom This left us very uneasy as the unit had very obviously not been properly nor thoroughly cleaned prior to our arrival. And cleanliness was of the utmost importance to us given the purpose of our stay was to visit my BIL who is in critical care at the hospital nearby. I requested a refund for the 3 of 4 nights that went unused due to a gross oversight of not only standard cleaning practices, but most certainly of the "enhanced cleanliness measures" advertised on Forenom’s site. I provided pictures to Forenom which strangely did not concern the Forenom customer service team. I received the following response: “There will be no refund. If there would have been any problems upon arrival the guest must contact us and we will change the room or in other ways help out to solve the situation. This has not been made in this case and therefore there will be no refund." The accommodations were definitely not as described & customer service completely lacked empathy & regard for these circumstances despite evidence of wrong-doing on Forenom's part. Will provide pics upon request!
Verified traveler (8/5): - Det var lite svårt att hitta parkeringen, lägenheten var ok men TV skärmen var krossad så det är viktigt att titta runt på rummet. Ringde kundservice, var väldigt hjälpsam och trevlig, fick byta rum som var perfekt.
Willem-Abraham (10/5): It is worth the money staying in this hotel. - The stay started off a bit wobbly as there was a lot of time lost due to the security code needed to enter. But once i got that sorted it went absolutely flawless. I have even extended my stay with another two weeks, in a bigger room.

Oddleif (8/5): Store og praktiske lelighetsrom. - Greit opphold, praktiske hotell leiligheter. God størrelse og godt utstyrt med dekketøy, fint kjøl/frys, mikroovn, vannkoker m..m. Beligenheten ikke den aller beste i forhold til tilgang på restauranter. Nært tog til sentrum. Absolutt et sted å anbefale.
Verified traveler (8/5): - Folk smet in i lobbyn och verkade hänga där för att använda wifi, var lite otäckt att gå ensam. Rummet i sig var bra, men städningen av toalett var inte så bra och var tvungen att diska glas och bestick innan jag använde för dom var inte rena.

I was very pleasantly surprised when my husband and I went out and while we were out, our room was refreshed. I only wish there was air conditioner. It was extremely hot and we could only open the window. So, it was good that the weather was cool outside.

Oddleif (6/5): Mangelfull sikkerhet - Vi hadde to opphold på dette aparthotellet i Flemmingsberg, fra 9.11.20 - 13.11.20 og 15.11.20 - 18.11.20. Begge gangene bestilte vi en studioleilighet, første gang var leiligheten bedre en andre gang, både når det gjaldt rengjøring og utstyr. Andre gang fikk vi en leilighet med bad/wc for funksjonshemmede, ingen dusjvegger og vannsøl utover gulvet når man dusjet. Der var heller ingen "nal" for å fjerne vannet med. Ved andre leieperiode hadde vi en utrivelig opplevelse, en kveld rundt kl 2100 kom vi til hotellet og hørte en alarm som ulte, heisen sto fast i bunnen av hotellet og en brannindikator lyste i displayet ved heisen. Vi bodde i 8. etasje og så det ikke forsvarlig å gå trappene opp til rommet før vi var sikre på om det var brann eller ikke. Vi gikk opp til etasje 0/ubetjent resepsjon, ingen personer tilstede og ingen informasjon å få. Måtte da ringe en servicetelefon som jeg fant på nettet, med lang ventetid før jeg fikk snakket med noen, fikk så vite at vektere var på vei og at noen hadde brutt opp en nødutgangsdør. I tillegg må det nevnes at hotellet har to heiser og at den ene heisen var i ustand under begge oppholdene. Dette medførte mye venting på heisen og i tillegg ble det for mye folk i heisen, dette et problem i forhold til å holde avstand. Vi har jo tross alt en Corona pandemi gående. Feilen på heisen hadde faktisk vedvart et par uker før våre opphold på hotellet. Det mangler en del angående informasjon og sikkerhet. Dette burde vært i resepsjonen.
Claudiu (10/5): Very enjoyable 3 night stay - Stayed for 3 nights in a single studio and I have to say it was a very pleasant stay, would definitely come back. The studio had it's own bathroom and the kitchenette was fully fitted with hob, microwave, all kitchen utensils. The design of the studio was very nice! It was definitely value for money! Would recommend it to anyone thinking staying a few nights in Stockholm.

Verified traveler (10/5): Bra boende - Behövde bo en natt i Huddinge och detta boendet var väldigt bra. Rent och fint och till ett bra pris. Enkelt att ckecka in med en kod i mobilen. Ligger bra till med mataffärer och tågstation. Det enda lite negativa var att man behövde gå ner på källarplan med soporna. Läste det först i manualen precis innan jag skulle åka så blev väldigt stressigt. Skulle vara bra om detta står lite tydligare istället. Vet inte om det blir extra avgift ifall man skulle glömma. Men i det stora hela var det bra och kommer troligen bo här igen ifall det blir en natt i Huddinge igen.

Emil (2/5): Varning! Välj annat hotell! - Rummet stank av rök när vi kom. En tidigare gäst hade rökt i det, men hotellet tilldelade oss ändå rummet. Trötta efter att ha kommit sent och kört i snöstorm valde vi ändå att vänta till morgonen därpå med att kontakta Forenom (receptionen är obemannad nattetid). Därtill var rummet dåligt städat, soffan fläckig och lamporna hänger med nakna sladdar. Sängarna är stenhårda och fallet i duschen rinner åt fel håll. Dagen efter kontaktar vi dem och påtalar röklukten, vid utcheckning skickar de ändå en faktura om 3500kr i vilken de påstår att det var VI som rökt. Först efter lite bråk (där de tillstår att de kände till röklukten innan vi kom) river de den fakturan. Senare i konversationen erkänner de att de "självklart inte skulle ha gett oss rummet", men vägrar ändå att kompensera oss. Tonen i konversationen är genomgående otrevlig. Jag vill varna för detta oseriösa hotell. Det finns otaliga betydligt bättre och vänligare sådana.

Am Parkplatz,wo man seinen Müll entsorgen soll,ist alles verschmutzt.Es liegt Müll und sogar Matratzen herum,die dort sicher illegal abgelegt wurden,aber niemand entfernt es! Wir mögen das Hotel und die Lage ist ideal für uns,nur das unsaubere Umfeld stört uns.

Lena (8/5): Det ligger bra till buss och tåg. - Tråkiga att man inte kunde ställa sina väskor någonstans när man kom några timmar för tidigt. Att man skulle få en kod i sms eller mail funkade inte heller. Fick ringa upp dom. Saknade fläkt i rummet nu när det hade varit så varmt. Fick diska om grytor, glas, bestik och skärbräda då man nog bara ställt in det i skåpet utan att diska upp det. Äckligt. Det var inte ordentligt städat under sängen. Annars tyckte jag att rummet såg bra ut. Det var rent på toaletten och för övriga rummet. Låg bra till tåg och buss.

Robert (8/5): Modern apartments near train and bus - Room was quiet, roomy and modern with large bed and two door fridge, microwave and oven. Keyless and cordless access to lobby, lifts and room was via a pass code provided by email for entry using touchpads. Combined with two grocery stores nearby, it was good (and cheaper) to have the option to cook our own meals. Flemingsberg railway station provided a nearby link into downtown Stockholm.

Marco C (8/5): You better have a working cellphone to stay here - The place is great... once you get in. We got in early, about 30 mins. and as it turns out you don’t get the code you punch in until 3 pm. not even into the lobby to wait. The system is not great specially for international travelers who don’t have a cell phone plan. Eventually we were able to call so someone came over to let us in to wait. Once we got our code we tried it and it wouldn’t work, we happened to spot a house keeping attendant that came over and tried the code with no luck, so she call someone that came down, did something on her phone and finally it worked. After all that the stay was great, but the check in process was a pain in the neck
John (6/5): 5 Days in Stockholm - We booked not knowing how far out it was from Stockholm. Using the pendeltag it took us 25 minutes to get to Stockholm. The apartment was however very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The drawback for us was that there is no host to assist one when arriving and the key codes are not easy for older people to use. There is also a bus stop right outside the entrance so always people standing around at the entrance when you want to enter your key code. It is probably ideal for working people but not so for tourists on holiday.
