Kateryna (7/5): Overall, it was a decent experience. - The hotel is clean, located not far from the city center, and the staff is friendly and helpful. However, the street outside is noisy, coffee is not included in the paid breakfast, and the pie was spoiled.
Ashish (3/5): - The location of the hotel is good and is close to tourist spots. Very good Indian restaurant near by, grocery is close by, money exchange was also close by. Taxis were easily available. The elevator wasnt working and there was no support given to take our luggage to the room on the 5th floor. The receptionist / manager wasnt helpful and would start with a No for any request including basic courtesy. Only after pursuing would she take any efforts to resolve the issue with a "I did my best" statement. For e.g. we requested for fresh towels, immediate answer was No, as the staff has left and I dont know where it is kept, upon insisting, it was provided. Similarly, when we were checking out, we requested if we could get some help with our luggage, the immediate answer was No, then when reminded that the elevator isnt working even after 4 days of stay, she said she would request someone and pay them for it.

MeriH83 (10/5): Perfect sray in Tbilisi - I've booked a room for my mom and her friend. "Very kind staff - especially Lana. Also the boys, helped a lot with solving different cases during our travel. Hotel is small, very cosy located near the metro and close to center. Rooms are clean and all facilities functioning good. We will come back for sure!" Nothing to mention.

It was very clean and the staff are really professional. The only direct bus to the Airport is 2 mins away. Lots of busses to the city. Metro not far either. -

Arina (2/5): Disappointing experience with poor service, would not recommend. - The location is quite convenient and close to everything. We booked this place only because Booking indicated that our room would be upgraded to a junior suite. However, upon arrival, we were told that no junior suites were available, and we were given a standard room instead with no upgrade. The staff was quite rude and asked inappropriate personal questions, such as why we had so many belongings. They also took our passports to make copies and did not return them until I personally asked for them, which made me feel very uncomfortable. There is also no parking available.

Alina (2/5): Definitely do NOT RECOMMEND to anyone who is looking for restful night in Tbilisi. - The receptionist lady was pleasant. The room we were given (room 303) had an overwhelming smell of cigarettes, especially in the bathroom, likely coming from the walls or ventilation system. After about an hour in the room, both my partner and I experienced throat irritation, as if we had smoked several cigarettes ourselves. The only way to stay in the room was to keep the balcony door open all night. However, the room faces a very busy road, and the traffic noise was extremely loud, making it impossible to sleep. In addition, although we booked through Booking.com with a confirmed free upgrade to a suite, upon arrival we were given the simplest standard room and were told that no suites were available. The manager offered a reimbursement so we could stay elsewhere, but it was already late in the evening, we had a lot of luggage, and we had to leave very early the next morning, so changing hotels was not a realistic option. Overall, this was a very uncomfortable stay and far below expectations. We felt relieved to leave this hotel.

Ресепшен работает эффективно, а персонал вежлив и приветлив, что сразу же создает хорошее первое впечатление. Номер, в котором я остановилась просторный, чистый, комфортный с красивым видом.Большая кровать, свежее постельное белье, приличная ванная комната и балкон с видом на город- все отлично! Руководство явно уделяет внимание деталям. Интернет работал безупречно, а звукоизоляция номеров позволила спокойно отдохнуть после дороги . Завтрак был вкусный и мне понравился несмотря на довольно небольшой выбор. Рекомендую!

ELENA (9/5): - Удобно добираться без такси, рядом автобус (аэропорт, вокзал, прямой), метро 5-7 минут пешком. Заселили пораньше, сразу, как приехала, не пришлось час ждать. Завтрак без излишеств, достаточный, местные хорошие продукты. Наверху терраса, доступная всем. Окошко в номере (и балкон) было на оживлённый проспект, но хорошие двери, не шумно, ковровое покрытие на полу, соседей тоже не слышно. Ступеньки коротковаты, не в любой обуви удобно спускаться, если размер ноги 42+ (есть лифт)

Jatombliansky (1/5): Never again - Dirty, people are super despicable, bad service, smell like it was closed for many years, humidity in the air, the rooms are never serviced, the manager is harsh and the receptionist, who does not speak any English, prefers to keep chatting on their phone instead of saying hello or asking for any requests. A great building with a lot of potential with a very unprofessional management and accordingly, very poor service. And the breakfast included? Not if you want to have a proper coffee or tea, that is extra 3.5 euros, if you need a copy of your key, another 10 euros.... Some experience to just forget Never again

Siobhan (10/5): - Perfect hotel for exploring Tbilisi. Around a twenty minute walk away to the old town area. Staff were friendly, polite and helpful with some small knowledge of English. Rooms are spotless, powerful shower with plentiful hot water. Rooms have a kettle and fridge. No beverage sachets but there is a convenience store very close by. The hotel is on main highway but the insulation is good so the rooms are quiet and have very effective air conditioning. 100% recommend.

Tatyana (9/5): - В принципе на свои деньги очень не плохой , может быть даже еще раз остановлюсь. Варят хороший кофе правда за дополнительную плату. Нет халатов и хотелось бы что бы в номере были одеяла так как укрываться только простынкой в сентябре когда уже дожди не актуально. Ну и туалетные принадлежности не мешало бы , зубную пасту и щетки.

Alex (2/5): - Expedia confirmed my stay. When I arrived, I was informed that all rooms were booked and that my reservation was canceled.... Thank God for the young woman at the Reception who helped me arrange an alternative stay nearby. Not sure whose fault it was - Expedia's or hotel's, but it was a little unnerving to arrive and not have a room.

MOHAMMED (1/5): - ولاشي فندق كأنه بيت والغرفة تفتح بالدور الثاني امام اشارة الشارع. ومكشوف الخصوصية حرام ادفع فيه ريال واحد ويفتقد للراحه لايصلح للأقامه النفسيات صفر الكهرب تنقطع الموظفه السمينة سيئة جدا معاملتها الشنط والتنظيف علينا اخدم نفسك. بصراحه للانصح فيه لاخوانا العرب .
Anna (10/5): - Попали в данный отель,после того как нас фактически оставили на улице.Предварительно бронировали номер в Aura Plaza hotel,а в день приезда нам отказали в заселении. Спасибо огромное персоналу отеля Пушкин,подошли с пониманием,сделали все возможное,чтобы наш дальнейший отдых был максимально комфортным.Очень красивое оформление.Вкусный завтрак.Парковка у отеля небольшая,но благодаря персоналу,проблем никаких не возникло. Такого нет

Идеальное сочетание уюта, чистоты и душевности! Это один из тех редких отелей, где чувствуешь себя не просто гостем, а желанным другом. Чистота и уют: В отеле безупречно чисто! Номер, санузел, общественные зоны — все сияет. Мебель, постельное белье — все качественное и новое. Спали просто прекрасно.
Elena (4/5): Может прибавить человечности к гостям и отношение к людям улучшить - Только место положение Персонал был неотзывчивый и недружелюбен. У нас должен быть завтрак, мы уезжали рано, нам даже ничего не предложили. Сервис оставляет желать лучшего.

А то хмурые рожы, особенно девушка на ресепшене ужас просто. 2 кофе апарата стоят для красоты, кофе только растворимый, да и завтрак не соответствовал то что на фотографии. Женщина которая обслуживала по завтраку была приятная. Воду утром отключили на 10/15 минут, я в это время как раз принимала душ , не приятно. Паркинга нет, машина стояла на улице.

nicola (9/5): - La fermata del bus che arriva o va all aeroporto è davvero a 5 passi dall hotel, e la metro a circa 3 minuti , posizione ottima, i servizi sono basici ma vanno più che bene per chi ci torna solo per dormire Colazione con poca scelta, bisogna aggiungere più cose dolci per chi è abituato alla colazione dolce

Sounia (2/5): Bad uncomfortable - I recently stayed at your hotel and, unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. The room was not properly clean, and the air conditioning was in very poor condition. I raised my concerns with the front desk, but the staff member was uncooperative and refused to change my room. This lack of assistance made my stay very uncomfortable, and I will never return to this hotel again. Additionally, the manager accused me of not paying the full amount, took the remaining money, and left. Later, she came back and apologized, but the approach was unprofessional and disrespectful. I had also requested an iron in my room, but was surprised to be told I had to go downstairs to iron myself. Eventually, the man at reception kindly said his wife would do the ironing, which I appreciated, but this is not the standard I expected. Overall, there was no sense of comfort during my stay. I do not recommend this hotel at all. Sincerely

Tracy (8/5): A good location in Tbilisi! - Good location…very close to Old City and a metro stop. Room was comfy and well equipped. Wifi worked perfectly. Street noise.

M (9/5): Amazing Location in the heart of Tblisi - The staffs are friendly and helpful. My son bed was already prepared on check in. Calling the client many times to check out where as a customer I should feel welcomed and comfortable even there was a booking for another client there should be always exceptional solutions .

Christie (6/5): I slept a lot, recovering from jet lag. The bed was comfortable enough. - The room was spacious. It had a fridge but no kettle. The carpeting looked filthy and the lighting was not pleasant. They offer a good breakfast, but I only tried it once, as I usually don’t eat in the mornings.j I wish the room had a kettle. I wish overall it looked cleaner.

Ruthie (4/5): - I booked luxury room , when I got there staff said they accidentally doubled book and our room was no longer available. At the very least I felt they should have notified me prior to getting! To accommodate us they gave us 2 standard rooms in place of the luxury room, one of which the shower had terrible drainage. They advertised free wifi which only worked in the lobby. The breakfast was decent and staff was somewhat friendly and pretty clean.

Mohamed (7/5): Good - The hotel room was good and cozy The mini bar items kept in the room were to be paid, which is okay as per the hotel policy- but confusion in the products kept by the staff and payment was requested although the items were not used. The rest was all good.
