• Vanda (6/5): Rather basic accommodation but good food in the restaurant - The bathroom was OK, newly renovated. We had a tripple room, it was good that the single bed was separated from the double bed by a partial wall. We were missing tissues, tea/coffee facility and fruit at breakfast. It was rather cold in the corridor/staircase and not very warm in the room. There was laminate floor, no carpet. The bedside lamp was too high, you have to get out of bed to switch it off. In the morning we were woken up by noisy traffic.

• Piergiorgio (1/5): never book this hotel! - NEVER MAKE A BOOKING TO THIS HOTEL! The owner was the most incorrect and unrespectable person I ever met and I travel a lot. Even if I have booked one month ahead, the same day I was expected to arrive at the hotel he contacted my by phone, shipping any Bookings.com procedure, saying me that there was a mistake by bookings on my reservation and he could only offer me a room for a double price. I came there to understand what was the problem and he treated me not nicely saying that he didn't care about Booking.com rates, he wanted to give me and charge whatever he had at the moment because he was the owner. I had to leave so never go there! not professional and a disgusting person.

• Paolo (6/5): Ne reconnait pas ma reservation avec Hotel.com - PROBLEME: je montre à l'hotel ma reservation que j'avais emprimé, et le patron me dit qu'il ne sait pas de quoi il s'agit. J'ai payé, en espèce, pas de carte bancaire,avec le doubt que hotel.com ira me facturer la nuit comme "non presenté", si le patron me communique pas. Pas sympa du tout. Cela dit, l'hotel est très simple, mais TRES propre, chambre spacieuse, salle de bain OK. Petit dejeuner pas cher mais decevant. Attention, il est à quelque km de la ville sur une colline, il faut avoir une voiture pour y arriver.
