• Magda (9/5): Good Appartement, great Location, Sunny balcony - Big Appartement in good calm Location. Only 25 min. to the beach. Some good restaurants close by. Lift in House...even tho it was spooky. You should never do a black bathroom. Even tho it was clean, it didn't look like it. Very thin walls, in the unfortunate event of having inconciderate neighboors, like we did, prepare for a) unwanted Entertainment or b) an argument.

• Annamarie (7/5): Stress with poor contact. - The surroundings and the space. Difficulty in contact.. problems with booking, possibly booking.com, but no way to reach them and no wy 2L Appartements could help... O didn't like the fact that dishes had to be in cupboard, and could not be left in dishwasher after program has been finished when we left. I didn't like that we had to take off all linnen from the beds ourselves. I did t like the unclarity about paying for linnen, just say: linnen included and give the price, like most places do. It was freezing g cold when we arrived, 13 degrees, in the apartment and took 16 hours before it was warmed up to 18 degrees celcius.

• Attila (6/5): The location is good, the master bed is comfortable, kitchen is well equipped but you will not enjoy your stay here beca - The apartment is close to the old town centre (shops, restaurants, cafes) Free parking in the backyard Large bed 1) The photos in Booking.com are confusing - customer can not select the desired one, there is no floorplan to see the arrengement of rooms. 2) only upon your arrival will realize that when enter the apratment you arrive the bed room :-/ And the bed room is not separated from thebliving room area 3) The apartment was not clean when arrived, I had to wash the balcony doors and clean up the floor beacuse it was dusty 4)Also wierd that bedclothes for the sofas were in a hidden compartment and it was not told us. Then before leaving we were asked to remove and collect the bedsheets, ect 5) There is no sound insulation in the wall - sifficult to fall a sleep if you have a noisy neighbour (and we had) 6) The main entry door downstairs closes with annoying noise if people just let it to self close…. (and the they let it all the time……)
• Pittore (7/5): Vacanza in famiglia - Appartamento bello e spazioso, comodo l'ascensore per raggiungere i piani superiori con i bagagli. Molto apprezzata la presenza della lavatrice e della macchina per il caffè, per entrambe era presente un kit di benvenuto. Comodissimo il parcheggio riservato per gli appartamenti, in alternativa il parcheggio in strada è comunque gratuito. Supermercato e negozi a poca distanza. Lo staff ha risposto velocemente a tutte le nostre domande. Sarebbe stato molto utile un forno a microonde visto che lo spazio in cucina non manca.
• HHWRM (8/5): Het was een hele leuke vakantie met het gezin. - Modern appartement, leuke locatie, ruimer dan verwacht Het appartement had beter schoongemaakt mogen worden. Keukenkastjes (binnenkant) en achterwand keuken waren vies en spinnenwebben in hoek bij het raam aan de voorkant. De kinderen vonden de slaapbanken te hard. Wij hebben als ouders daarom (heerlijk) op de slaapbanken geslapen en de kinderen in het tweepersoonsbed.
• Dirk (1/5): - Lage war gut Sauberkeit, reine Katastrophe! Der Eindruck, hier wurde nichts gereinigt. Es war einfach nur dreckig. Kühlschrank,Ofen, Herd alles erstmal sauber machen :-(. Zudem ist die Wohnung so hellhörig, dass man jedes, absolut jedes Wort von den angrenzenden Appartements hört. Wenn man seinen Nachbarn beim Schnarchen zuhören möchte, der ist hier gut aufgehoben.

• Martin (7/5): - Sehr schöne Lage, Parkplatz gut, Größe der Wohnung, schönes Fenster zum Drinsitzen mit herrlichem Blick über die Dächer und auf zwei Kirchen Gebucht hatten wir separates Schlafzimmer + 1 Wohnzimmer - aber das Schlafzimmer war nicht separat, hatte keine Tür zum Abtrennen, kein Fenster und Blick auf die Toilettentür - schlecht, wenn man als Gruppe reist. Ausserdem wirklich sehr hellhörig, auch zu den anderen Wohnungen

• Yvo (8/5): Very good - The location is great, it is right in the middle of historic Noordwijk. Stores and restaurants in walking distance. The beach is an half an hour walk away. The apartment was nice and has a great view of downtown.

• Valeriia (6/5): It is very nice place If you accept some small imperfections. - Location and building are very beautiful. 2 churches visible through the windows and you can hear the bells ring! Walking distance to the beach. Cosy surrounding. The check in at limited time 16:30-18:00 is very stressful. We were coming from Sweden by car and didn’t manage. Extra cost of 60 euro is not inviting 😩 The cleanness overall is ok, but some places were not cleaned for long time. Window in a bathroom didn’t close as remote was not working. So, with small improvement the place can become a lot better.
• Kelly (6/5): Long stay - There was a washing machine and ease to get to transportation. Also the wifi was a need to work and worked really well. As we were there for 9 nights, we weren't aware the need for cleaning, new towels or cleaning of bins was an extra cost. The sleeper couch was extremely hard, soft pillow. The stay was good for passing through, or need of minimal amenities.

• Amy (8/5): very enjoyable stay - a lovely town with a beach and nice atmosphere and close to Keukenhof. - It was clean and roomy and a lovely room out of the window. Everything worked well. I think they should have provided some salt and pepper or a welcome pack with some milk.

• Johanna (10/5): Exceptional - Everything perfect. we liked everything - only problem with balcony when wet - extremely slippery. Must be the moss on the wood - needs to be cleaned as one can fall. 2 adults living there - only one key for entry a bit difficult.

Incorrectly advertised as it is a studio apartment with sofa bed for small child. No bedroom. Not adults. Linen package + 1 small towel provided at additional charge if €30pp… absolute rip off, poor management. At check-in, they were not available and didn’t answer phone number provided. Found old garbage from previous owner, but had €70 cleaning fee.

• Nicola (7/5): Good - The access system once in building met expectations, was simple and straightforward. The camera system showing self and passport did not work and we tried several times over a period of time. Had to make contract in another way so was a little frustrating.
• Poppy (8/5): Beautiful apartment with an equally beautiful view - Lovely property with a beautiful view of two churches. Any reader would love the window seat! The room was incredibly spacious and modern. A good coffee machine is always a welcome sight. The check in procedure was rather novel but made us feel very safe. The host was incredibly gracious even when I alerted them that we might be a tad late due to traffic. The main bed was very very hard, as someone who is used to a soft bed this wasn't the most comfortable. There is no door on the main bedroom so it's hard to get any privacy if there is three of you. I had to hunt to find the sofa bed bedding (under thr cushions). It would have been nice for these to be set out. The freezer could've used a clean and there was a lot of dust present giving the sense that it had been a while since anyone was there. The parking situation is very difficult, it is on street and first comes first serve we got lucky but I can imagine in peak times it would be a nightmare.
• Petr (9/5): Superb - Great place in the center of Noordwijk, nice large apartment, well equipped, comfortable and clean. Only a few minor issues, e.g., a broken light switch and toilet paper holder. There was a noise heard from an appartment next to ours on one evening (but fortunately they got quiet before we went to bed at about 11pm). It was also uncomfortable that we couldn't store our luggage there after the check out time at 10am on the day we left (as our flight was in the evening), but we were able to manage it.

• Stephanie (10/5): Amazing! - Location is great. Restaurant below is fantastic. Finding the parking was challenging. Sasha from the restaurant gave us the directions. Parking spots were limited.
• Victor (9/5): Good apartment, well kept, good amenities and ample space for 2-3 persons. - Beautifully maintained apartment. Ample heating, good amenities and comfortable. Clean and well kept. If they install one of those toilet seats that sprays water to clean your butt would make this perfect. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Bathroom is heated which is very nice in winter. Ample hot water. Well equipped kitchen but need to bring own condiments to cook. Toilet and bathroom are in different rooms, this is the inherent design, so can't be helped. I prefer for both to be in one single bathroom but that's just me. The kitchen exhaust fan was not very good at sucking up and neutralizing the cooking so we needed to open the balcony doors and the door to air the place out a bit.
• László (6/5): Pleasant - Totally wrong in your politics... - if we arrive after 17:30, an extra fee will be charged... Don't be angry anymore, but I don't have to adjust to your time, you have to adjust to mine...you provide service to me and not me to you! it was strange for us that we had to change the sheets...I think it's the staff's job it was strange for us to wash the dishes and put them in the cupboard... it's the staff's job... You do this with the guest and do not check, it is a sad experience for us that we found dried food residues on almost all dishes... we indicated how many people we would like the accommodation for...the bed linen should have been prepared by the time we arrived... I'm sorry, but this is not good hospitality...it's not good if the guest feels that she only needs her money and the host doesn't want to deal with the service ... we felt this now... I pay a lot of money to stay and be comfortable...and not for my wife to have to clean the accommodation...! (the faucet drain is very dirty and smelled...it needs to be cleaned...!...by foto...)

• Luis (10/5): Great place - The place is situated in a excellent location. There is supermarket within 3 minutes walk. The beach is 7 minutes by car. The appartment has all of the items to cook. Parking was always available N/A
• Federico (8/5): Very good - Very clean and nice apartment. Also quite big with a fully equipped kitchen. They provided tablets for both washing machine and dishwasher. Check-in procedure can be improved. They say it is only possible to check-in between 16 and 17:30 or a fee is applied. That is not fair we had to schedule our day accordong to check-in on time.

The awful communications, paper thin walls (can hear everything from the flat next door), rock hard sofa bed, not even enough toilet paper for two days. And change the check in rules. Seriously just put the key boxes outside and done, let people check-in as late as they want… Yeah I know, it’s written in policy but when I change my travel plan to arrive within your hours and then wait half an hour for the key… sorry not acceptable.

• Helen (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment was ideal for a long weekend. It had a great little kitchen which meant we could make some simple meals rather than having to eat out the whole time. The bed was comfortable and there was plenty of wardrobe space. Best of all we had access to the lovely shared balcony- thanks to the warm, sunny weather it was a great spot for evening drinks. The view is lovely. It is actually located on one of the town's oldest streets, close to two churches and local shops. Very little traffic passes through so it's also very peaceful. I would recommend this for a short break. Our main issue was getting into the apartment. We arrived after the approved check in time due to a long flight delay and tried to call the number left in the window but no one replied. I went into the restaurant to ask and a kind member of staff let us in so we could get to our key safe. Clearer instructions/ processes are needed as this was quite stressful after a long journey. Secondly, we only used the sofa bed as a sofa - it was quite uncomfortable and would have benefited from some large cushions.

The host was really helpful, very reactive to questions (when we were looking for parking, when we had payment related queries). Really loved the space in the apartment, cleanliness and amenities. Everything you need are inside the appartment. It was convenient to go to the tulip gardens and the space exhibitions from here. There was some difficulty to know where the parking was. The parking is right behind the appartment, but the entrance by car is from another street. It is better to arrive directly to the parking lot if you come by car. All information is available before from the host, but we did not look carefully enough. It was not difficult to figure things upon arrival.

• Virginia (9/5): Great place for anyone who wants a quiet buy convenient stay. - The location is good with wonderful scenery. The host is prompt and responsive to my enquiries. Our family had a great stay there. We’re asked to pull out the used linens and towels before check out. While cleaning fee had already been paid for, this condition seems a bit demanding.
