- Robert (5/5): A Guest House, not Hotel - Location, location. The hotel is just steps from the pedestrian zone and entrance to historic Bukhara, Proximate to multiple restaurants. Room was quiet, beds comfortable, reasonably spacious, clean. The "Hotel" is a misnomer. It is really a guest house, operated entirely by the extended family that lives on premises. The family uses and their children play in the central courtyard. Older children take their shifts at the "reception". Alas, little English or European language capability. The family is welcoming but communication is limited to "hello" / "goodbye". Breakfast is mediocre: warm dishes are typically cold, offerings are limited and often not replenished. Overall, the guest house is decent. But we would not stay again.

- Maryte (10/5): Top stay - The staff did everything for us to feel comfortable. Our room was nicely decorated, very clean, beds were comfortable, plenty of outlets and night lamps. Breakfast was very good. Location was perfect for visiting the old town, we reached everything just walking. The owners gave us free ride to the train station when we were keaving- that was a true bonus to our stay. We were able to pay with credit card here when most places want to get cash. It was a plus as well. If I ever went back to Bukhara, I would stay there again. There was nothing not to like :-)

Напротив отеля стоянка, платная, но цена за сутки вполне приемлемая. В номере довольно чисто, тихо. Соседей и улицы практически не слышно. Красивый интерьер в номере. Нам очень понравилось, аутентично. Немного уставшие полотенца и постельное белье, но в целом норм. Завтраки очень вкусные и сытные. Особенно жареные пирожки с картошкой. Персонал приветливый и доброжелательный, помогают со всеми вопросами. Как отели бы мы вернуться туда еще раз-да!!! Спасибо большое за гостеприимство!

La struttura é semplice, un po' complicata la comunicazione in inglese Camere carine, letti comodi forse un po' trascurate anche nella pulizia. La colazione adeguata anche se il locale nel seminterrato dove viene servita é veramente triste e buio, basterebbe spostarla nella piacevole corte a pian terreno

Room are clean and housekeeping attends the room daily to change the towels and clean the room. Good comfortable beds. Wifi was excellent very fast. Clean bathroom and shower cubical. Hotel is located in the heart of the old town & popular tourist attractions, which is very convenient if you are tourist like us. Great selections of food places just by the hotel, you don’t have to travel far for evening or afternoon meals. Every room has an Air condition. Great choice of breakfast laid out every morning. Good friendly staff. I would definitely be happy to stay there again if I’m back in Bukhara any time soon. Credit goes to the Family who are running this hotel for providing 5* service to all guests. Taxi can only drop you off about 100 meter from the hotel entrance as no cars are allowed beyond the Barricaded tourist police check point. Guest will have to walk the rest of the way.

Персонал (семья) очень внимательно и добротно относятся к посетителям. По завтракам, как то не особо понравилось. Вроде домашнее и свежее, но подача в подвале и по «топорному».

The transport service they had booked for me coming in fell through and they made sure to get me a free ride on the way out. The facility is modest but functions well. Location is excellent. Breakfast was adequate. They handled some laundry for me also.

Excellent location since taxis can actually drop you off right outside as opposed to those hotels in the heart of old town which are not accessible by car. Staff is courteous and kind, breakfast is abundant and very decent. Big plus is a/c in the room! Would definitely go back! Bathroom maybe a bit small, and the pillows are quite high but other than that, it's all great!

- Marius (8/5): - A good location in the old town, with several restaurants within 30-150meters. The hotel is quite small, around 12 rooms i gues. Why it cales itselves a boutique hotel i dont know, but halves of Bukharas hotels seems to cal itselves a Boutique hotel. Internett wasn't the most stable and the staff not wery flewent in English. however we had a good stay. The beds where the softest of the 3 hotels we stayed at in UZB.
