• Lauren (10/5): Perfect hotel - close enough to all the action, without all the madness. - Fantastic boutique hotel! Great location, easy walk to the seafront, bars & restaurants. Staff were wonderful, very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was incredible! Room was better than expected, decor was super cute, balcony was a massive plus, little kitchenette, comp toiletries. Rooftop bar was the cherry on top. Free parking outside too which was a huge bonus. Nothing.

• BRM (10/5): Alsof we in Miami in het Art Deco District waren!! - De hele stijl van het hotel was geweldig. En tot in de kleinste details. Heel netjes en gewoon bijzonder. Er werd achter het hotel gebouwd en het uitzicht was dus voor het merendeel weg. Daarbij gingen ze tot laat door en begonnen weer erg vroeg.
• Julie (6/5): - emplacement idéal pour le centre ville et les criques alentours. petite dej au top a l'ombre par contre pas facile au mois d' avril , cafetière très longue. design très cool , roof top sympa mais pas ouvert tout le temps . roof top fermé le premier soir , travaux en cours juste en face de l' hôtel donc bruit de grue et autres dès 7h30 du matin donc difficile de profiter de l espace piscine qui se trouve à 2 m du chantier . n'oubliez pas d acheter de l eau, il n y en pas à votre arrivée sinon vous devrez payer 4 euros 50 la canette .

Room not cleaned during stay, visibly dirty bed sheets and visibly dirty towels not changed throughout stay. When ordering drinks from the pool bar early in the afternoon, lots of cocktails not available due to no tequila available. Chose another non tequila based cocktail from the menu and was told they would go and get tequila from the roof top bar instead. I was staying at the hotel for a special occasion with 9 other girls, who informed cubanito of this and requested for mine to be the larger one, but unfortunately had the smallest room out of the 4 rooms booked. Walls very thin so unfortunately we were often woken throughout the night by other guests shouting and banging on doors.

Ultimo giorno prima della chiusura (non lo sapevamo) alle 8 hanno iniziato a sbattere e smontare nelle altre stanze, colazione inesistente (già pagata in anticipo) metà delle cose non disponibili , niente pane niente prosciutto , il personale chiaramente infastidito della nostra presenza. Anche al roof top non tutti gli aperitivi erano disponibili. Sopratutto la gentile signorina con la felpa grigia e gli occhi chiari che diciamo avrebbe dovuto servisci la colazione la domenica mattina. Stava con le mani in tasca letteralmente, mi ha risposto con sgarbo ad ogni domanda… Noi non sapevamo che l’albergo stava chiudendo ed abbiamo pagato come chiunque nei giorni precedenti,ci siamo sentiti a disagio e la colazione avrebbero dovuto rimborsarceli dato che non era quasi niente disponibile… Ci torneremo? Non credo , nonostante l’albergo sia molto carino.

Il n’y avait pas de meubles ou d’espaces adaptés pour poser nos affaires, ce qui a rendu le séjour peu pratique. Les bruits extérieurs et intérieurs étaient très présents, ce qui a perturbé notre repos, surtout la nuit.

L’ascensore ha una dichiarazione di 6 persone e 450kg massimo. Noi eravamo in 3 con un peso totale di circa 250kg e suonava l’allarme di superamento del peso. Noi eravamo al secondo piano. Questa cosa non è ammissibile e in 4 giorni non ho mai visto un tecnico per sistemarla.

• SANDRINE (8/5): Découverte d’Ibiza pendant 10 jours - L’établissement est conforme au photo, très coloré et original. Le roof top est vraiment top 😉 Il est à taille humaine avec peu de chambres. Le personnel (accueil et au bar) est très agréable et souriant. Le parking en face est pratique (il n’appartient pas à l’hôtel, donc il peut être rempli. Nous avons toujours trouvé une place) Nous avions une suite junior pour 2 personnes avec vue jardin. Pas de fauteuil dans la chambre comme sur les photos. La vue jardin donnait sur la terrasse du restaurant de grillade à côté (avec les odeurs). Il y a une kitchenette mais aucun produit ménager (pas de liquide vaisselle, pas de torchons). La machine à café utilise des dosettes que nous n’avons pas trouvé en commerce, l’hôtel nous a fourni 4 pour nos 10 jours… Mais le point le plus négatif est la propreté : le ménage est fait très sommairement. Nous avons dû demandé que le sol soit nettoyé à plusieurs reprises. Nous avons même emprunté plusieurs fois un balai. Dommage au vu du prix de la chambre

• Joanna (10/5): Cutesy unique little gem, well worth staying. - Gorgeous little hotel. Very intimate and unique. Smells Devine, staff are just lovely, food great. A little far out for those who want to club every night or do boat trips daily but only a 10 min max taxi or 25 min walk from the main docking bay. Lovely little beach just a short walk away. Sadly we didn’t take photos of the room but have some of breakfast and the sunset at the beach etc. Highly recommended. Only things we can say were the taps and shower head could do with a de-scale and the bed was pretty squeaky as on wheels. Parking could be a bit tricky.

We were treated to an upgrade and complimentary welcome mojito upon arrival and a free drink on the rooftop terrace. The roofs are gorgeous, spacious and clean with very comfy beds. Freezing air con which is a little tricky to figure out at first but play about with it!

• Sophie (9/5): Lovely hotel with staff - All the staff were really great and made our stay memorable. The room was spacious and airy with everything we needed. The location was good, we normally stay over the other side of the island so it was nice to explore the west side and we had some great food at Can Riku and Cala Gracioneta. There were a couple of large groups there who were celebrating and they did take over the hotel which was a little selfish and were very demanding of staff. We felt sorry for the staff dealing with the hen party as they didn't seem to have any manners and were really loud. They could have done with providing extra staff to ease some of the pressure.

The pool area was so calm and chill - perfect for Relaxing I the day ahead of the night time. We went to the salsa roof top night before going to Pacha and it was fantastic! All the staff were so lovely - especially Victoria and Manuela, they were so chatty, friendly and helpful! The rooms were facilitated to an amazing standard - honestly uk there with the best hotels I’ve stayed at - cannot wait to return next year! Absolutely nothing - we couldn’t fault it!

The location is quite a bit out of main San Antonio town so it’s a long walk in and taxi’s can be hard to get, however it is walking distance to a really great beach. The pool is great but very public. Rooms are very stylish and funky - the only issue we had was the hot water took along time to come on.

• Katia (9/5): Super séjour dans une ambiance chaleureuse et dépaysante - Accueil chaleureux, personnel très agréable et disponible, emplacement au calme, hôtel avec peu de chambres ce qui crée une ambiance intimiste et nous n’étions pas les uns sur les autres au petit dej ou à la piscine par exemple, chambres spacieuses, décoration originale et vraiment jolie, piscine agréable, soirées sur le rooftop avec ambiance latino, cala Gració à 10 min à pied Il manquait du débit dans la douche, le sol de la chambre n’était pas très bien nettoyé, la literie un peu limite à mon goût
• Mara (7/5): Sehr stylisch und besonders. Als ruhiger Urlaubsort nicht geeignet. - Die Ausstattung der Zimmer und des Hotels war super schön! Auch die Lage des Hotels war sehr gut. Viele Orte waren zu Fuß oder sehr schnell mit dem Auto erreichbar. Ein Besonderes Highlight war die Dame an der Rezeption Victoria, die den Tagdienst hatte. Sie war wirklich eine tolle Bereicherung unseres Urlaubes. Leider war es im Hotel während der Nacht sehr sehr Laut. Chaos auf den Gängen. Nachts wegen der Partygäste, morgens wegen des Personals. Wäre im Grunde nicht schlimm. Allerdings sind die Zimmer wenig bis gar nicht lärmtechnisch isoliert. Nach Nachfrage um ein ruhigeres Zimmer, wurde uns zwar ein Alternativzimmer angeboten, aber am Ende war es nur ein bisschen besser.
• Gillian (10/5): Don’t think twice about booking - fab for everyone - Literally everything - it’s an amazing hotel - excellent Cuban feel but not gimmicky - boutique so much more personal than the big hotels -rooms amazing - all with front facing views - roof top bar is sublime ( especially at sunset) - staff are very friendly and helpful.
