• Tahlina (8/5): - The ammenities within the room were great, the staff we amazing and quick to solved any issues that we had and the price we paid for what we got was amazing. We had some issues with maintenance of the room however as soon as we rung guest services they were amazing about helping fix the issue as quickly and effectively as possible. Would definitely say and recommend again. The shower head in the room had come loose meaning we couldn’t shower the first night (we discovered the issue at like 10pm and maintenance wasn’t on site however they came by the next morning and fixed it with no issue). The main issue we had was the pool was very cold and the spa felt more like the heated pool should rather than the temp of a spa. The spa also looked like it had a jet cleaner solution through it and hadn’t had the water changed properly as the cleaning foam was still formed when the spa was run and you could see the gunk that had been removed from the pipes floating on top making it quite gross. Overall the spa was a letdown and a bit disappointing however everything else was amazing.
• Lisa (8/5): - Great sized rooms, had everything we needed. Very clean and tidy. Comfy bed and pillows. Easy access to the pool, sauna and gym! Good restaurants nearby, 10min walk to train. Nice area. The showers were terrible. Temperature was very inconsistent..water would go from warm to burning hot to freezing hot. Made it very hard to have a good shower.

• Declan (10/5): - The apartment was very clean, modern, and comfortable. The AC worked perfectly, wonderfully deep bath, and had all the modern amenities you could want. Mattress was on the medium firmness side which I love, and there was a selection of excellent quality pillows. Would stay again.

The bathroom had not been thoroughly cleaned, as used cotton swabs from a previous guest were still left in the corner. The bath towels were also not clean, and the hotel was quite noisy with limited sound insulation.

• Kathryn (9/5): Good facilities in a newly developed area close to good transport. - Terrace view from floor 22 was spectacular. Very clean. Located in a newly developed suburb. Very high density with an attractive streetscape and easy walking around. Nearest eating places to the hotel were all small Asian restaurants but there was a supermarket and mall only 5 minutes walk away for self catering and other options. Close to bus routes and only half an hour uber ride from the airport. Would definitely stay here again but might bring my own cutlery and cups as the amount supplied was absolutely minimal. One hour wait after check-in time as room had not been inspected.

• Bernd (9/5): Immer wieder gern wohnen wir in Zetland! - wir waren bereits zum 4. Mal in dieser Apartmentanlage. Sie wird offenbar regelmäßig modernisiert (einrichtung), wie derzeit der Empfangsbereich. Das uns zugewiesene Apartment lag allerdings zur lauten M1 Autobahn, Auf unsere Einwendung hin bekamen wir ein Apartment zur Backyard, total ruhig! keine Probleme

• Linda (10/5): Will stay again next time we are in Sydney - Very friendly staff. Exceptionally clean and spacious apartment. Comfy bed, quiet room. Great location in quiet leafy area with several green spaces nearby. Plenty of ebikes available everywhere and uber within minutes. Highly recommend. The air freshener was very overpowering in the room. Dissipated somewhat with the door open, but the traffic noise was a trade off. If you try, you can pretend it's the surf you hear, lol

• Rick (3/5): Very unexpected lack of cleanliness - Good location. Easy to park. Easy check in (although late). Unfortunately Meriton fell well short of expectations this time. Having stayed at least 15 times at Meriton properties including this one on numerous occasions, it was well below their usual high quality. The whole apartment was filthy, the toilet was absolutely disgusting & needed to be cleaned before use. There was a layer of dust everywhere indecating it hadn't been properly cleaned for weeks. The a/c didn't heat the room. The seals on the windows were gone so the outside wind just blew straight in. One of the towels in the bathroom still had black make up on it. The kitchen was lacking washing up liquid, spare bin liners, tea towels & cleaning sponges. Very disappointing.

The air conditioning doesn’t go below 20 degrees and level 2 highway side meant it was too noisy to open a window, therefore I was too hot and didn’t sleep well.

She told me yes. Turns out when I was leaving it wasn’t the correct parking and I had to pay another $20 on top of the $30 I had already spent
• Mary (8/5): Great location, great transport & easy access to amenities - We were given an upgrade due to booking.com however the apartment was unfortunately dirty. Nothing really worked phone & IT & couldn’t be resolved. Patricia was very patient, very helpful too & found us a more suitable location which seemed perfect. Unfortunately the main TV did not work so it needs to be swapped out. Great location- it’s perfect for the airport, the wedding event & also amazing public transport. Super close to shopping & cafes. Lack of attention to detail for cleaning & general maintenance.
