• Johan (9/5): had a good time except stayed there for family difficulties - nothing to do with hotel - the spaciousness and locality did not like the hard pillows but housekeeping provided better softer ones

• Susan (10/5): Clean, comfortable and an easy walk to Macquarie University Hospital. - The apartment roomy, clean and comfortable. Appreciated having a laundry in the apartment and the bed was very comfortable. It was overall a great place to stay. The pillows were very high but overall there really is nothing else that we did not like.

We stayed 6 nights and had to ask for fresh towels on fourth day. Sheets were not changed, bins were not emptied and tea/coffee satchels were not replenished during our stay.

They suggested we look else where for our 8th night when checking out. This was hard as I'd just had back surgery and having to find a place after being told we had to check out was really stressful

The only thing that I wasn't happy with was that the TV wouldn't connect to my phone and even the staff couldn't connect to it. I think the the TV wasn't connected the WiFi properly

• Alexandre (9/5): Great location, great room and great staff - disappointing recreational amenities. - Good sized rooms, great staff and great location! There are no lockers in the pool/spa/sauna/gym area which means I can't store my things securely while using these facilities. The spa was broken the whole time I was there. The towels were not changed enough so there was always a shortage in this pool area. The taps in the showers were on the wrong way (cold side was hot and hot side was cold - exact opposite of the way they worked in our rooms!). There was no water station outside the sauna and with the combination of no lockers to store a water bottle, it can get dangerous if you feel dehydrated. Please add a water filling station. Lastly, a nice to have, would be a tap in the sauna so we can fill up the water bucket without having to open the door and let the heat out.

So I booked it to use the spa. Got there checked in and went straight to the spa... it was out of order. So that sucked. But we were super happy with the room.

• Alejandra (6/5): Okay for the price - Good location, shopping centre right in front so lots of options to eat, things to do and also train station was close Staff was not friendly or welcoming at all, the hotel is right in front of a highway so it’s very loud in the morning with cars, also the room isn’t dark enough at night or morning for when you sleep
