• Alicia (8/5): Great location, beautiful views but starting to get a bit old and worn - It was a lovely property but the bathrooms were quite outdated and the fittings were old
• Peter (6/5): Pleasant - Location was chosen as it suited our needs. On arrival the apartment was welcoming, although cleanliness aspects became apparent later. The apartment is in need of maintenance, we advised Qstay, but the issues were not addressed in our 6 day stay. I could not recommend this accommodation for a family with small children. Fortunately this did not apply to us - all adults over 30. The switches on the hot plate in the kitchen need to be replaced and/or the dials placed in the off position. Upon turning the hot plate on using the master switch, all plates came on full and were very difficult to adjust or could not be adjusted. This is potentially dangerous. The shower screen in the ensuite had a panel missing and the remaining sliding panel could not be used, in almost fell out of the frame. Hence water sprayed onto the floor. All the external sliding doors to access the balconies need maintenance, either to slide easily or lock, the swinging door to the upper floor balcony cannot be locked, making access very easy for small children - 14th floor... Some bed linen was torn and fraying. The pool, BBQ, gym and common areas were lovely - cleaned and maintained by Accor.

• Margo (10/5): We loved it - Keys were uplifted from a seperate property due to after hours check in which caused us a little confusion. Could not check in earlier due to international flights. We failed to read instructions properly so was our fault however if keys could be uplifted from actual premises where accommodation is situated would be easier
• Kellie-marie (10/5): The penthouse apartment was amazing! We managed to book it at a bargain price but so happy with it! - The location was great. Easy to access and convenient to get around. The apartment was beautiful, all the necessitates were provided and the veiw incredible. Nothing to complain about. Was great.
